Applicant information notes

The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not following these notes.

• Entries are based on the entry information you type when ordering (applicant name / phone number / messenger & ID), not your member information. Foreigners should apply under the English name on their passports.
• Foreign residents must give their own contact number with the country code, not a shipping agent's or someone else's number.
• The organizer is not responsible for problems if the channel you gave cannot be added as a friend or cannot be registered.
• Nicknames and aliases cannot be used to enter. Use your real Korean or English name.
• Only the winner can join the video call event, and contact details and information cannot be changed after you enter.
• In the channel ID field, enter a channel ID that can be searched and added, not an email address or login email address.
• Check that friend search and friend add are allowed for your channel ID.

Video call event notes

• Albums bought for this event cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• 1 album you bought is opened and used as the signing album during the event.
• This is an online event held by video call (Kakao Talk, Line). Winners must have a smartphone ready that can make video calls.
• Only winners are asked, before the event, for the personal information needed for the video call and signing (name / date of birth / contact / channel ID).
• After winning, a winner email is sent to the email address you gave when you entered. Check it without fail. (The organizer is not responsible for problems from not checking the email.)
• The event runs through the video call channel ID you gave. (Messenger and ID cannot be changed after you enter.) (If the channel ID you gave does not match the account for the applicant's phone number, the event may be limited.)

1. ID check and channel guide

• An ID check is done before the event starts. Bring your ID.
  • If you cannot be checked because you did not bring ID, you cannot join the event. Keep this in mind when you enter.

• The artist and the winner have a video call for a set time.
• If you do not answer 2 or more calls in your turn, the event cannot go on, so enter only if you can take calls during the event time.
• If your network is unstable and the call drops, or the sound or screen is unstable, the event may be limited.
• During the video call, unreasonable requests or demands to the artist, private questions, questions that could cause misunderstanding, heavy abuse or slander, and inappropriate behavior, gestures or words can get the call ended by force.
• Connecting with anyone else, or 2 or more people joining the video call, is not allowed. If caught, the call cannot go on, so keep this in mind.
• If the winner does not end the call, staff can end it by force.
