LEE HAN GYUL 1st Mini Album [NOISE] MEET & ONE DAY & VIDEO CALL EVENT

This is a fan sign event held in three parts: Part 1 in-person, Part 2 rice cake decorating, Part 3 video call. Each part has its own entry and draw, and you can enter and win each part more than once. Read the notices below before you enter. This page is the Part 1 in-person fan sign entry.

Part 1 - In-person fan sign

• Date: Nov 11, 2026 (Wed) 19:00 KST

• Perk for applicants: Unreleased photocard, Pepero ver. (1 of 3, random)
  • Photocards are given to match the number of albums bought.
  • Buy 3 albums in one order number and you get 3 photocards with no duplicates.
  • The image is a Starlike Music exclusive and may partly change depending on the situation.
• Perk for winners: 3 of the winners are drawn to each get 1 signed Polaroid

Part 2 (rice cake decorating) and Part 3 (1:1 video call) are entered separately on their own product pages.

Event notes

• You can only enter by buying LEE HAN GYUL 1st Mini Album [NOISE] (Random ver.).
• Items bought to enter during the entry period cannot be cancelled or refunded after entry closes.
• Personal information collected to check winners: name, contact, date of birth, etc. It is used to check winners and run the event, shared with Starlike Music and Orcamusic, and deleted within 7 days after the event ends.
• The event schedule may change with the artist's schedule.
• The schedule may also change for unavoidable reasons, and it may be announced just before the event.
• Even if order numbers differ, quantities are combined when the entry information is the same.

Applicant information notes

The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not following these notes.

• Entries are based on the entry information you type when ordering (applicant name / phone number / messenger & ID), not your member information. Foreigners should apply under the English name on their passports.
• Foreign residents must give their own contact number with the country code, not a shipping agent's or someone else's number.
• The organizer is not responsible for problems if the channel you gave cannot be added as a friend or cannot be registered.
• Nicknames and aliases cannot be used to enter. Use your real Korean or English name.
• Contact details and information cannot be changed after you enter.
• In the channel ID field, enter a channel ID that can be searched and added, not an email address or login email address.
• Check that friend search and friend add are allowed for your channel ID.

In-person fan sign notes

This is an in-person fan sign held in Korea. Please enter only if you can attend on site.

• One album is provided on site for signing. (Apart from the 1 album provided on site, the remaining albums are shipped.)

1. ID check, entry and seating

• Winner check and seat numbers are given by lottery after ID check, starting 30 minutes before the fan sign starts.
• You cannot move seats after entering. Changing or moving seats on your own can get you removed.
• An ID check is done before entry. Bring your ID.
  • If you cannot be checked because you did not bring ID, you cannot join the event. Keep this in mind when you enter.
  • Only a physical ID with your photo is accepted. Photos, scans, copies and photocopies are never accepted.
  • Accepted IDs:
  • Korean (aged 14 or older, minors): middle or high school student ID, passport, or a national public qualification card showing date of birth.
  • Korean (adults): resident registration card, driver's license, passport, or government mobile ID.
  • Foreigners: passport or alien registration card.
  • Only IDs that have not expired are accepted.
  • Applicants under 14 must send a 1:1 inquiry in advance. Without one, joining the event may not be possible.
• Fan sign tickets cannot be transferred. Only the winner can attend.
  • If the information on your entry differs from yours, or someone else's information was used, you may be disadvantaged in future fan sign draws.

2. In-person fan sign

• Write the name for [TO.] in advance, as your real name or nickname in Korean or English.
• Only the signing album provided on site can be signed. Gift items (photocards), personal belongings and the like cannot be signed, and anything found is confiscated and thrown away.
• Join the fan sign at the seat number assigned to you. If you do not follow staff instructions, you can be stopped or removed.
• You can bring 1 question Post-it, multiple choice only. Stick it on in advance.
• Letters and gifts can be given directly to the artist. Fan sign items (headband, hairpin, etc.) are passed on through on-site staff in your signing turn.
• Fan sign items cannot be put on the artist directly.
• Staff check your items before you get your signature. Items judged inappropriate cannot be handed over.
• Items that may spoil, such as food, flowers, confetti (flower powder), soap bubbles and electronics, cannot be handed over.
• All items are returned after the fan sign. The organizer is not responsible for items not picked up at the set time.
• Stickers or tattoo-style items that touch the skin, and excessive physical contact, are not allowed.

3. Photos and recording

• Photos and recording are allowed at this fan sign. During waiting and signing, shooting is limited, so leave your camera at your seat. If caught, staff check it, delete the data and you may be removed.
• Video and photos can only be taken from your waiting seat. You cannot leave your seat during the signing.
• Flash, AF assist lights and strobe lights are not allowed.
• Selfie sticks and tripods can only be set up at your own seat. If one goes over the proper height and bothers other guests, you may be asked to stop using it.
• Streaming live to social media at the fan sign is cause for removal.

4. Other notes

• Follow the notes above for a smooth event. Staff may stop you if something not listed gets in the way of the event.
• Depending on conditions, entry and exit may be limited around 10 minutes before the start and 10 minutes after the end.
• When the artist gives closing remarks after the fan sign, please do not make personal comments.
• Excessive behavior or inappropriate words toward the artist that continue can get you stopped or removed by staff.
• Cooperate with on-site staff instructions and control.
• Violence, shouting, abusive language or not following staff control can get you removed. On-site recording may be done if needed.
• The fan sign can be cancelled or changed on the day.
• This notice may be edited later.
• Keep the notice in mind so you are not disadvantaged.

Notes for all buyers

The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not following these notes.

• Items bought to enter during the entry period cannot be cancelled or refunded after entry closes.
• You can enter more than once, but you cannot win more than once. Proxy entry is possible, but proxy attendance at the fan sign is never allowed. Only the winner can attend.
• Albums are shipped at random regardless of version.
• Photocards are given to match the number of albums bought per order number. Even with the same recipient and applicant information, different order numbers can get duplicate photocards.
• Photocards are inspected before shipping. Very small scratches from the material may exist and are not eligible for exchange.
• Print marks, scratches, ink dots and dents of 5mm or less on the photocard are not eligible for refund (including the back of the card).
• If parts are missing or damaged, you may be asked for an unboxing video. Without one, missing items cannot be handled.
• Fan event perks (including photocards) can be raised with customer service for up to 3 months. After that they are discarded and cannot be handled.

• This event may be changed or cancelled without notice, depending on the organizer's situation. Some members may not be able to join for unavoidable reasons. Exchange and refund are not possible for this reason, so keep this in mind.
• Bank transfer and wire payments must be confirmed as paid before the entry period ends to join.

Shipping notes

1. This item can be ordered until Nov 4, 2026 (Wed) 23:59:59 KST.
2. After sales and the event end, quantities are checked and the perks are made, which takes about 1 to 2 weeks on average.
3. Worldwide shipping is available. Dates may vary with production time and conditions.
4. If an item is missing or damaged, you can get an extra shipment or an exchange only if you report it within 1 week of receipt with photos and an unboxing video. Send them to the Starlike Music customer center by email. The video must show:
   • all 4 sides of the box (front, back, sides) before opening
   • the packaging after opening
   • all items
   • Exchange is not possible after 7 days from receipt by tracking record, or without a video. The same applies if you used a shipping agent.
   • If you use a carrier other than the designated one for exchanges or returns, the parcel is sent back automatically.
5. Multiple orders may be packed together. Handling and materials differ, but you pay 1 shipping work fee per order group.

Domestic shipping: Jeju and island areas may cost extra.

Overseas shipping:

1. Duties may apply by country and are paid by the buyer. Parcels not paid within the period are discarded and cannot be reshipped.
2. Parcels not cleared through customs are discarded and cannot be reshipped.
3. Write the address in English.
