Notes for offline fan sign winners

Winners receive the venue and event guidance by text message or email after the announcement. Check it.

• Winners' ID is checked on the day. Bring your physical ID. Accepted IDs:
  1. Korean minors: student ID, passport, youth ID card
  2. Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  3. All foreigners: passport, alien registration card
• Except for Korean minors, winners cannot use a student ID (including university) for identity checks.
• Expired IDs are not accepted.
• If your physical ID cannot be confirmed, or the name on your entry differs from the name on your ID, you cannot join. Korean nationals write their name in Korean and foreigners write it as in English on the passport or alien registration card.
• Check-in and entry are only available at the set time. You cannot enter after the event starts.
• Winning tickets cannot be transferred. If your ID name differs from your entry name, you cannot enter. If you join using someone else's name, you will be removed immediately and may be restricted from later events.
• There is no separate waiting area. Enter right after check-in and receiving your number ticket.
• If you do not arrive at the venue in your turn, the event may be hard to run, so enter on time.
• Masks are no longer required, but wearing one is recommended for the health of all attendees.
• Arrive early and sit in the seat that matches your number, then join the fan sign in order.
• Videos and photos are only allowed at your own seat. Do not move around after the fan sign starts.
• If you do not keep order or ignore staff instructions, you may be penalized.
• If you must leave your seat, tell the staff or your entry contact first. You are responsible for any disadvantage from leaving your seat. Follow staff instructions.

On-site guide

• The fan sign is held in your number order together with the artist.
• Before you go on stage, your ID (date of birth and photo required) is checked once more. Bring your physical ID.
• When you go to get your autograph, leave every item that could record or call (camera, phone, Bluetooth earphones, smart watch and other electronics) at your seat.
• No electronics may be brought in for the autograph. If recording or photos are found, staff will check and delete them.
• The album to be signed is 1 of the albums you bought. The venue prepares it, so you do not need to bring it.

Rules for the fan sign

• Only 1 autograph per member per album. Additional autographs are not possible. Mark the page where you want the autograph in advance.
• [TO.] must be your own name. Vague names such as OO are not allowed.
• [TO.] must be the name of the winner. Nicknames, stage names and pet names are not allowed.
• Post-its must be attached to the member's page with the member's name written on them.
• Do not make unreasonable requests of the members (such as "draw something" or "write a PS").
• If an item must be worn by a member (hair band, hat and so on), give it to staff and it will be passed on. These items are returned after the fan sign ends. Items not collected may be thrown away.
• Only questions may be written on a Post-it. No names, nicknames or anything else.
• Post-it questions must be multiple choice, O/X, or vs format. Open-ended questions are not allowed.
  • Multiple choice: up to 7 choices, and the member picks one. "Other" or any open-ended option is not allowed.
  • Choose one: O/X, vs or other either-or questions. Up to 5.
• Personal questions between you and a member, private questions about members, rumors and false claims are all not allowed. Questions about fans are fine.
• Blank Post-its are not allowed.
• Staff checks Post-its on site before the autograph. Inappropriate questions may be removed or ask to be changed.
• Post-its that break these rules are removed on the spot. Repeated violations earn a warning, and 3 warnings restrict you from joining fan signs.
• Electronic fan sign props (toy cameras, camcorders, phones, Bluetooth headsets and so on) are banned.
• Only letters or message books may be passed to staff at the autograph. Letters in non-standard envelopes are also accepted.
• All items other than letters or message books are returned after the fan sign ends. Items not collected may be thrown away. We are not responsible for lost items.
• This fan sign gives you a signature on 1 of the albums you bought, whatever the version. Items other than the signed CD are shipped separately.
• You cannot get autographs anywhere other than the album (photocards, posters, dolls, phone cases and other personal items). Such items are taken by staff and cannot be returned.
• Join in your own number order. If you swap number tickets given on site, do not line up or follow instructions, the fan sign may be hard to run and you may be removed.
• We are not responsible for problems caused by not standing in your own number order. Follow staff instructions.
• Live-streaming to SNS at the fan sign venue gets you removed.
• This fan sign may be partly changed or canceled without notice.
