Offline fan sign event: notes for winners

Winners receive event venue and guidance by text message or email after the announcement. Check it.

• An ID check is done on the day, so bring your original ID. Accepted IDs:
  1. Korean minors: elementary, middle or high school student ID, passport, or a government-issued qualification showing date of birth
  2. Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  3. All foreigners: passport, alien registration card
  • Apart from Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for ID checks.
  • Only IDs that have not expired are accepted.
  • If your original ID cannot be checked, or the name you entered differs from the name on your ID (Korean for Koreans, English as on the passport or alien registration card for foreigners), you cannot join.
• Check-in and entry are only available at the set time. You cannot enter after the event starts, so arrive at the venue on time.
• Fan sign winning tickets cannot be transferred. If the name on your ID differs from the name you entered, you cannot enter. If you join using someone else's name and are caught, you are removed on the spot, and you may be restricted from later events.
• There is no separate waiting area. Enter right after check-in and receiving your number ticket.
• Arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the start. If you arrive after the start, you may not be allowed to join. Changes to entry or participation time midway are hard to make on site.
• Arrive at the venue early, sit in the seat for your number, and join the fan sign in order.
• Moving seats after entering is restricted. Changing seats on your own or moving around without reason during the fan sign may get you removed.
• If order is not kept or you do not follow on-site staff, you may be sanctioned.
• If you must leave your seat, tell on-site staff first. Staff are not responsible for any disadvantage caused by leaving your seat, so follow staff guidance.

Offline fan sign event: on-site procedure

• The fan sign is held with the artist in your order.
• Before going on stage, an ID check (with date of birth and photo) is done once more, so bring your ID.
• When you go up for your autograph, leave all belongings that could record or call at your seat (all electronic devices, including cameras, handphones, Bluetooth earphones, wired earphones and smart watches).
• Do not carry electronic devices when getting your autograph. Shooting and recording are not allowed. If caught, staff check and delete them.
• You can get an autograph only on the separate sign sheet provided on site. If you ask for an autograph on a photocard, personal item or anything other than the sign sheet, staff collect it on site.

Offline fan sign event: notes on the day

• [TO.] for the autograph can only be the real name on your ID or passport (Korean or English). No nicknames, stage names or pet names.
• Post-it questions and P.S. are not allowed so the event runs smoothly.
• Gifts cannot be passed on at the fan sign. Letters can be passed on in your own turn.
• Food and flowers cannot be passed on for safety reasons such as hygiene and spoilage.
• For items you must wear directly, such as headbands and hats, hand them to on-site staff and they can help pass them to the artist.
• Items that are not collected may be discarded.
• Take part in the fan sign in the order of your own number. If you swap number tickets despite staff guidance, do not line up in order, or do not cooperate, the fan sign may be hard to run and you may be removed.
• Staff are not responsible for any problem caused by not standing in your number's order. Follow staff instructions.
• Do not set up a camera (tripod) or place personal items anywhere except your own seat. If a selfie stick or tripod goes above a suitable height and blocks other visitors' view, you may be asked to stop using it. If you ignore staff guidance, you may be removed.
• Sit in your assigned seat. Moving around the seats during the event or leaving your assigned place may get you removed, so stay in your seat.
• While waiting in line and getting your autograph, you cannot carry phones, cameras or recorders, and you cannot shoot or take voice recordings. If caught, staff may seize the device, force-delete data and remove you, and are not responsible for any damage to the device.
• Do not draw on skin or ask the artist to do so.
• Do not give personal comments to the artist after the fan sign ends.
• Fan sign items may be hard to pass on or wear depending on the situation on site.
• Except for water with a lid, no drinks or food can be brought into the venue.
• No drinking alcohol before entry or during the event. If caught, you may be limited from entering or removed.
• Do not use flash, AF assist light or strobe light when taking photos.
• If your waiting turn is near, you cannot leave the venue. If you must leave, do so before or after your turn. Wristband checks are done on entering and leaving, so take care not to lose it.
• Live streaming on social media is not allowed at the fan sign. If caught, you are removed.
• You cannot leave from 30 minutes before the end, to keep order in the fan sign venue.
• The fan sign may be partly changed or canceled without prior notice.

Video call event: before you enter

• Entry is complete only after you enter the details of the person who will join the event when ordering the product.
• Only the winner can join the video call, and contact and information cannot be changed after you enter, so enter the exact details of the person who will join.
• The video call runs on the LINE and KakaoTalk apps in order from the set event time. If contact with the winner is hard during the event, or the call cannot run through LINE or KakaoTalk, we cannot help. Join only if you have confirmed the contents and have no trouble with LINE and KakaoTalk in that time.
• If a winner has trouble with their network or phone settings, or the connection drops or is cut by network problems, a redo may be hard. Check your network, screen and audio settings in advance.

Video call event: guidance for winners

Winners receive identity checks and event guidance by text message or email after the announcement. Check it and reply within the deadline.

• The event runs in the order given in the winner announcement at the set time. Event guidance is sent by LINE and KakaoTalk app message on the event day and before the start, so wait for the message.
• If the call fails to connect twice or more, the video call cannot run, so be careful. (Do not call the organizer during the event, to keep it running smoothly.)
• If you are connected to someone other than the winner, or 2 or more people join, and the call content is judged inappropriate, staff may stop the event, so please cooperate.
• TO. in the signed sheet can only be your real name (Korean or English) written when applying.
• Special wording, drawings, symbols and P.S. requests are not allowed.
• If you make unreasonable requests, or use abusive or hateful words to the artist during the call, staff stop the call and you may be limited from later events.
• If you disrupt the event in ways not listed in this notice, staff may stop you.
• The event may be changed or canceled in part or in whole without prior notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances.

6. If information from another person is found to have been used to enter, you will be disadvantaged in later fan sign draws. Keep this in mind.
