Common cautions

1. This product (bought within the entry period) includes the event entry ticket, so you buy and enter at the same time.
2. Before you buy, you individually agree to all items for this event (no cancellation for non-cancelable products, shipping period and so on). If you disagree with even one, you cannot enter.
3. A product bought within the entry period to enter can be canceled until 1 hour before the winners are announced. After that, no cancellation or refund. (Canceled orders are removed from the draw.)
4. You can buy multiple times to enter, and only the winner in person can join. Contact details cannot be edited and tickets cannot be transferred. The person who transferred is fully responsible for any damage, and the event cannot run if you are not the winner, so keep this in mind when entering.
5. Multiple orders in the event period with the same information are added up, and you are entered automatically the same number of times as total quantity bought.
6. The draw uses the information you entered when applying. Enter your name as on your ID or passport, in Korean or English. (Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.)
7. Applicant information must match the ID or passport exactly. If winner information differs from the ID, you are removed from winning. Foreigners must enter information in English as on their ID. Accepted IDs:
   • Korean minors: elementary, middle or high school student ID, passport, or a government-issued qualification showing date of birth
   • Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
   • Foreigners: passport, alien registration card
   • Apart from Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for ID checks.
   • Only IDs that have not expired are accepted.
   • If your original ID cannot be checked, or the name you entered differs from the name on your ID, you cannot join.
   • If a forged ID is found, you cannot join and are excluded from all later events of that artist.
8. For entry, checking duplicate winners and event operation, winners' personal information is provided as follows.
   • Items provided: name, contact, channel ID, date of birth, e-mail, nationality
   • Purpose: to draw AxMxP event winners
   • Recipients: Soundwave, FNC Entertainment
   • Retention and use period: within 7 days after the event ends
9. If your conversation during the event is judged inappropriate, you may be removed or restricted.
10. The event may be changed or canceled in part without prior notice.
