SF9 2nd Album [TENACITY] FAN SIGN EVENT: 1:1 video call

Read the fan sign event notice and cautions carefully. The organizer and host are not responsible for any disadvantage caused by not reading them. All details may be added to or changed depending on the situation.

This product is the 1:1 video call entry. The same notice covers the 1:1 SPECIAL EVENT and the 1:1 VIDEO CALL EVENT.

1:1 video call event

1 SF9 member and 1 winner hold a 1:1 video call for a set time, on the LINE and KakaoTalk apps.

• Date: Nov 11, 2026 (Wed) 19:00 KST / after Part 1 ends, following the 1:1 SPECIAL EVENT
• Winners: 60 (10 per member)
• Part 1: Inseong / Jaeyoon / Hwiyoung
• Part 2: Youngbin / Dawon / Chani
• All applicants: 1 random unreleased same-day-outfit selfie photocard out of 6 types (B ver.), given 1:1 with albums bought.
• Winner draw gift (6 winners): 1 signed same-day-outfit Polaroid from the winning member.

1:1 SPECIAL EVENT (the other product)

The 1:1 SPECIAL EVENT is where a member and a winner make a donut fur keyring 1:1. The schedule may change depending on the artist's schedule.

Entry

• Entry period: Nov 2, 2026 (Mon) 15:00 ~ Nov 4, 2026 (Wed) 23:59 KST. Based on completed payment.
• How to enter: Only for those who buy the SF9 2nd Album [TENACITY] (TENACITY Ver. / LIGHTEN Ver. / INTEND Ver.) event product at Soundwave Online Mall during the entry period. 120 winners in total (1:1 SPECIAL 60 (10 per member) + 1:1 video call 60 (10 per member)).
  • You can enter and win each event and each member separately.
  • Albums bought during the event period ship in order after the event ends.
  • The winner's autograph comes on 1 of the albums you bought. The special event has no separate signed album.

• Winner announcement: after Nov 6, 2026 (Fri) 17:00 KST, in the Soundwave website [Notices - Winner announcements] board.
• This product is not eligible for points or coupons. Event product: orders cannot be canceled or refunded. The product ships with the gift, so shipping may be delayed depending on gift image supply and production. Random items in the album come at equal odds.

1:1 VIDEO CALL EVENT: before you enter

• Select a member when you enter.
• Enter the info of the person who will join the event when you place the album order. Entry is complete only then.
• You can enter and win both this event and the 1:1 SPECIAL EVENT running at the same time.
• Only for those who buy SF9 2nd Album [TENACITY] (TENACITY Ver. / LIGHTEN Ver. / INTEND Ver.).
• Albums bought for this event cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Some members may not attend due to unavoidable circumstances or schedule changes. The absence notice may be given just before the event.
• Only the winner can join. You cannot change contact details or info after entering, so enter the exact info of the person who will join.
• This is an online event held over the LINE and KakaoTalk apps. Winners must prepare a phone that can make video calls and check their network.
• If the winner has network or phone setting problems, or the connection fails or drops, the call may not be re-run. Check your network, screen and audio settings in advance.

1:1 VIDEO CALL EVENT: for winners

Winners get a text/email after the announcement with an ID check and event guide. Reply within the deadline.

• The event runs in the order announced to winners at the set time. You get event guidance through a LINE or KakaoTalk app message on the day and before the start, so wait for it.
• If you do not receive the video call from the member in your turn twice or more, or you refuse or end the call yourself, it counts as not joining and cannot be re-run. Do not call the entry organizer or event venue.
• Winners hand in the personal information needed for the video call and Polaroid (name / date of birth / contact / channel ID) before the event.
• Personal information of winners is deleted automatically after the event ends.
• The video call runs only on the phone contact and channel ID you entered. The call time is the same for all winners.
• This is an event where each winner and the artist talk 1:1 by video call. Prepare a phone that can make video calls before it starts.
• Wait with your phone ready and answer the video call you receive in your turn.
• End the call when the artist wraps up.
• The 1:1 VIDEO CALL EVENT time is limited to 2 minutes per winner. The call ends automatically after about 2 minutes.
• After the event ends, gifts including the signed album are shipped to winners separately.
• To. is written only with the real name (Korean or English) you gave when entering, the same for every member.
• Staff do not allow P.S. requests so you can focus on talking with the member during your time.
• Albums you bought are shipped in order after that event ends (winners included).
• As in the earlier offline events, only the winner can join. Others cannot connect, and staff may end the call if they do.
• If 2 or more people join, or someone other than the winner joins, the event cannot proceed.
• If the artist is asked for unreasonable things, or insulted or demeaned during the call, staff stop the call and you may be restricted from future events.
• Staff may restrict anything that disturbs the event beyond what is listed.
• The event may be partly or fully changed or canceled without notice, depending on the organizer.

1:1 SPECIAL EVENT notes (for the other product)

• Winners show a physical ID on the day: Korean minors: elementary, middle or high school student ID, passport, or a government-issued ID showing date of birth. Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license. All foreigners: passport, alien registration card. Except for Korean minors, no student ID (including university). Expired IDs are not accepted. If your name on the ID and on the entry differ, you cannot join (Korean nationals write the name in Korean; foreigners write the English name on the passport or alien registration card). Forged IDs mean you cannot join and are excluded from all later events of that artist.
• The winning ticket cannot be copied or transferred to others, and cannot be collected by a proxy. Only the winner can join.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start. If you arrive after the start, you may not be allowed in. Moving seats is limited after entry.
• The event may be replaced by a video call event if an external factor makes an in-person event impossible.

Common notes

1. This product (bought within the entry period) includes an event entry right, and you enter at the same time you buy.
2. Each participant agrees to all items related to this event before purchase (no-withdrawal product notice, shipping period, etc.). If you do not agree to even 1 item, you cannot join.
3. A product bought to enter during the entry period can be canceled until 1 hour before winners are announced. After that, it cannot be canceled or refunded. (A canceled order is removed from the draw.)
4. Multiple purchases are possible, and only the winner can join; contact details cannot be corrected and the right cannot be transferred. If the person is not the winner, the event cannot proceed.
5. If you place several orders with the same info during the event period, they are all added up, and you are entered the same number of times as the total quantity bought.
6. The draw uses the info entered when applying. Enter the name shown on your ID or passport, in Korean or English. (Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.)
7. Applicant info must match the ID or passport exactly. If winner info differs from the ID, the winner is excluded. Foreigners write the English name exactly as on their ID. Accepted IDs: minors: student ID (date of birth and photo required), passport, youth ID; Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport; all foreigners: passport, alien registration card. No other ID is accepted. (Korean nationals other than minors cannot use a student ID.)
8. Personal information provided for checking duplicate winners and running the event:
   • Items provided: name, contact, channel ID, date of birth, email, nationality
   • Purpose: drawing SF9 event winners
   • Recipients: Soundwave, FNC Entertainment
   • Retention and use period: within 7 days after the event ends
9. If the conversation during the event is judged inappropriate, you may be removed or restricted.
10. This event may be partly changed or canceled without notice.
