Offline fan sign event: notes for winners

Winners receive the venue and event guidance by text message or email after the announcement. Check it.

• Winners' identity is checked on the day. Bring your physical ID; it must show your name and be valid.
  • Korean minors: elementary, middle or high school student ID, passport, or a government-issued ID showing date of birth
  • Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  • Foreigners: passport or alien registration card
  • Student IDs (including university) cannot be used, except for Korean minors.
  • If the physical ID cannot be confirmed, or the entry name differs from the ID name, you cannot join. Koreans enter their name in Korean; foreigners enter it as in English on the passport or alien registration card.
  • A mobile ID is accepted, but a screenshot is not.
• Check-in and entry are possible only at the set time. You cannot enter after the event starts, so arrive on time.
• Fan sign tickets cannot be transferred. If your ID name differs from the entry name, you cannot enter. If you join using someone else's name, you will be removed on the spot and may be restricted from later events.
• There is no waiting area. Enter right after check-in and receiving your number ticket.
• Arrive at the venue by 30 minutes before the event starts. If you arrive later, you may not be able to join. Leaving or changing your attendance time midway is difficult.
• Sit in the seat that matches your number and join the fan sign in order.
• Moving seats after entering is restricted. Changing seats on your own, or moving around without reason during the fan sign, may get you removed.
• If you break the rules or ignore staff instructions, you may be sanctioned.
• If you must leave your seat, tell the on-site staff first. The organizer is not responsible for any disadvantage from leaving your seat. Follow the staff's instructions.

On-site procedure

• You do the fan sign with the artist in your order.
• Your ID is checked once more before you go on stage (date of birth and photo required), so bring it.
• When you go up to get an autograph, leave everything that could record or call (cameras, phones, Bluetooth earphones, wired earphones, smartwatches and any other electronic device) at your seat.
• You cannot bring any electronic device when getting an autograph, and filming or recording is not allowed. If caught, staff will check and delete it.

On-site rules

• Autographs are given only on items from the season's greetings set. Other items, including the set's other contents and personal items (photocards, posters, phone cases and so on), cannot be signed. If caught, staff collect them and they cannot be returned.
• Write [To.] on a Post-it and attach it. To. can be your real name (Korean or English); an inappropriate version may be changed on site.
• Only [To.] can be written on the Post-it. Questions and drawings are not allowed.
• Before you go on stage, staff check the Post-it. If it is judged inappropriate for the artist, it may not be passed on.
• You cannot give gifts to the artist. Letters can be passed only through on-site staff.
• Items you must wear directly, such as hairbands or hats, can be passed to the artist in your autograph turn.
  • Items for the autograph are handled by staff on site and may be hard to wear, depending on the situation.
  • All items are returned after the fan sign ends. The organizer is not responsible for items not collected within the set return time.
• Food and flowers cannot be passed on, for hygiene and spoilage reasons.
• Follow the order of your own number. If you swap the number ticket despite staff guidance, do not line up in your order, or do not cooperate, the fan sign may be hard to run and you may be removed.
• The organizer is not responsible for any problem caused by not standing in your number's order. Follow staff instructions.
• Setting up a camera (tripod) or placing personal items anywhere other than your own seat is not allowed. If a selfie stick or tripod is above a proper height and bothers other attendees, you may be asked to stop using it, and ignoring staff guidance may get you removed.
• Stay in your assigned seat. Moving around during the event or leaving your assigned place may get you removed.
• Cameras, phones and recorders are not allowed while waiting in line or getting an autograph. Filming or recording is not allowed; staff may take the device, delete data by force or remove you. The organizer is not responsible for any damage to devices.
• Do not draw on skin or ask the artist to do so.
• Do not comment on the artist's personal matters after the autograph ends.
• Only unopened bottled water with the cap on can be brought into the venue. Other drinks and food are not allowed.
• Drinking alcohol before or during the event is not allowed. If caught, you may be refused entry or removed.
• Do not use flash, AF assist light or strobe light when taking photos.
• If your number is coming up after the event starts, you cannot leave. If you need to leave, do so before or after your number's turn; a wristband check is done when entering and leaving, so be careful not to lose it.
• Live streaming on social media from the fan sign site gets you removed.
• To keep order, leaving the venue is restricted from 30 minutes before the end.
• The fan sign may be partly changed or canceled without notice.

Video call event: before you enter

• Entry is complete only after you enter the details of the person who will join the event when ordering the event product.
• Only the winner can join the video call. Contact and information cannot be changed after you enter, so enter the exact details of the person who will join.
• The video call runs on the LINE and KakaoTalk apps and goes in order at the announced event time. If contact is hard during the event, or the call cannot run through LINE or KakaoTalk, we cannot help. Join only if you have confirmed this and have no trouble with LINE and KakaoTalk in that time.
• If a winner has trouble with their network or phone settings, or the connection drops or is cut, a redo may be hard. Check your network, screen and audio settings in advance.

Video call event: guidance for winners

Winners receive identity checks and event guidance by text message or email after the announcement. Check it and reply within the deadline.

• The event runs at the set time in the order given in the winner announcement. Event guidance is sent by LINE and KakaoTalk message on the event day and before the start, so wait for the message.
• If the call fails to connect twice or more, the video call cannot run, so be careful. Do not call out from the number you are given.
• If you are connected to someone other than the winner, or 2 or more people join, and the call content is judged inappropriate, staff may stop the event, so please cooperate.
• To. on the autograph item uses only the name you entered when applying (Korean or English).
• P.S. requests are not allowed.
• The product you applied with (including the winner's) ships in order after the event ends.
• If you make unreasonable requests of the artist, or use abuse, insults or other inappropriate behavior, staff may stop the call and you may be restricted from later events.
• If staff judge that something other than the notified process gets in the way of running the event smoothly, they may step in.
• This event may be partly or fully changed or canceled without notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances.

Common cautions

1. This product (bought during the entry period) includes an event entry ticket, so buying and entering happen at the same time.
2. Before buying, you agree individually to all terms of this event (no withdrawal of purchase, shipping period, etc.). If you do not agree to even one item, you cannot join.
3. Products bought during the entry period can be canceled until 1 hour before the winners are announced. After that, no cancellation or refund. (Canceled orders are removed from the draw.)
4. You may enter through multiple and proxy purchases, but only the winner in person can attend.
5. If information from another person is found to have been used to enter, you will be disadvantaged in the draw. Keep this in mind.
6. Winning cannot be transferred to anyone else. If you are not the winner, or your details differ from the ones on your entry, you may not be allowed to join.
7. Multiple orders in the event period with the same information are added up, and you are entered automatically the same number of times as total quantity bought.
8. The draw uses the information you enter when applying. Enter the name on your ID or passport, in Korean or English. (Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.)
9. Applicant information must match your ID or passport exactly. If winner information differs from the ID, you cannot join. Foreigners must enter information in English as on their ID. Accepted IDs are the same as listed above: Korean minors (school ID, passport, or a government-issued ID showing date of birth), Korean adults (resident registration card, driver's license, passport), all foreigners (passport, alien registration card). Student IDs cannot be used except by Korean minors. An ID must be unexpired, a physical ID must be confirmable, and a mobile ID is accepted but a screenshot is not.

13. Photocard gifts are checked for defects before they are given. Small dots, fine dust and scratches can happen in printing and are not grounds for exchange.
