Winner notes

• After the announcement, winners get a text/email with the venue and event guidance. Check it.

  • Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, or passport
  • Foreigners: passport or alien registration card only
• Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university).
• Only IDs within their validity period are accepted.
• If your physical ID cannot be verified, or your entry name differs from the ID name, you cannot take part. Write Korean names in Korean and foreigners' names in English as on the passport or alien registration card.
• If a forged ID is found, you cannot take part and are excluded from all of that artist's events afterwards.
• Check-in and entry are possible only at the set time. After the event starts, entry is not allowed.
• Fan sign tickets cannot be transferred. If your ID name differs from your entry name, you cannot enter. Using another person's name leads to removal and possible limits on future events.
• There is no separate waiting area. Enter right after check-in and number-ticket distribution.
• Arrive in time and sit in your assigned seat. Follow the fan sign in order.
• Filming and photos are allowed only at your own seat. After the fan sign starts, you cannot move anywhere except your seat.
• Follow staff instructions. Violations may lead to sanctions.
• Tell staff or the entrant side in advance if you must leave your seat.
• The organizer is not responsible for losses caused by leaving your seat.

On-site procedure

• The fan sign runs in your order with the artist.
• Your ID (birth date and photo required) is checked again before you go on stage.
• Leave all items that can record or call (cameras, phones, Bluetooth and wired earphones, smartwatches, and so on) at your seat.
• No electronic devices, filming or recording while receiving a signature. Violations are checked and deleted by staff.

On-site notes

• A signing sheet is handed out on site.
• Signing is done only on the set signing sheet.
• [To.] can be your own name only (Korean or English, up to 10 letters).
• No unreasonable requests to members (drawing, writing PS, drawing on the member's body, and so on).
• Excessive behavior, excessive physical contact or inappropriate remarks may lead to sanctions and removal by staff decision (for example, putting stickers on the member directly or poking).
• Headbands, hats and similar items the member must wear can be handed to on-site staff to pass to the member. Items that cause problems or suspicion are automatically excluded.
• All items except letters are returned after the fan sign ends. Items not collected may be discarded.
• For the artist's safety, staff check all items taken on stage in advance. Items that need to be requested from the artist, or have patterns that cannot be checked in general, cannot be taken on stage.
• Private questions between you and the member, private questions about the member, and rumors or false information are not allowed.
• Electronic devices for the fan sign (toy cameras, camcorders, phones, Bluetooth headsets and so on) and items the member could draw on (notebooks, sketchbooks) are prohibited.
• Only letters or message books can be handed over. No gifts.
• If anything other than a letter is inside, it is removed before handing over.
• Letters (including message books) can be handed to the artist directly in your turn.
• This fan sign is an event to receive signatures on a separately prepared signing sheet. The CD you bought ships separately.
• No signing anywhere except the signing sheet (photocards, posters, dolls, phone cases and other personal items). Staff will remove them and they cannot be returned.

• The organizer is not responsible for problems from not standing in your number order. Follow staff instructions.
• Changing the number ticket, not lining up in your order, or not following instructions is treated as refusing to be signed. You cannot receive a signature on site. The organizer is not responsible for losses from not reading this notice.
• The fan sign cannot be transferred for any reason. If transfer is found, both the transferor and the transferee are restricted from all future VIBY fan signs.
