• Receive a signature in person from the artist. The schedule may change with the artist's schedule.

Video call

• The artist and 1 winner hold a video call for a set time, over LINE or KakaoTalk.
• Feb 14, 2027 (Sun), after the in-person fan sign ends. 20 winners.

Winner notes for the in-person fan sign

• After the announcement, winners get a text/email with the venue and event guidance. Check it.
• Winners must bring a physical ID to be checked on the day.
  1. Korean minors: school ID (elementary/middle/high school), passport, or a state-issued qualification showing the birth date
  2. Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, or passport
  3. All foreigners: passport or alien registration card
• Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for verification.
• Only IDs within their validity period are accepted.
• If your physical ID cannot be verified, or your entry name differs from the ID name, you cannot take part. Write Korean names in Korean and foreigners' names in English as on the passport or alien registration card.
• Mobile IDs are accepted, but screenshots are not.
• Check-in and entry are possible only at the set time. After the event starts, entry is not allowed.
• Fan sign tickets cannot be transferred. If your ID name differs from your entry name, you cannot enter. Using another person's name leads to removal and possible limits on future events.
• There is no separate waiting area. Enter right after check-in and number-ticket distribution.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start. Arriving after the start may limit participation.
• Sit in your assigned seat and join in order. Moving seats may lead to removal.
• Follow staff instructions. Violations may lead to sanctions.
• Tell staff in advance if you must leave your seat.
• The organizer is not responsible for losses caused by leaving your seat.

On-site procedure

• The fan sign runs in your order with the artist.
• Your ID (birth date and photo required) is checked again before you go on stage.
• Leave all items that can record or call (cameras, phones, Bluetooth and wired earphones, smartwatches, and so on) at your seat.
• No electronic devices, filming or recording while receiving a signature. Violations are checked and deleted by staff.

On-site notes

• Only Season's Greetings contents can be signed. Other items (photocards, posters, phone cases and so on) cannot, and staff will remove them.
• Write [To.] on a Post-it. Names in Korean or English only. Improper writing may be changed on site.
• Post-its allow [To.] only. No questions or drawing requests.
• Staff check Post-it content before you go on stage. Content judged inappropriate may not be passed on.
• Gifts cannot be given. Letters can be passed only through on-site staff.
• Headbands, hats and similar items to be worn must be handed to the artist in your signing turn. Fan sign items may not be possible to hand over or wear depending on the situation. Staff are not responsible for items not collected at the set return time.
• Food and flowers cannot be given for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Staff can remove you if you change your number ticket, do not line up in order, or do not cooperate.
• Staff are not responsible for problems from not standing in your number order.
• No cameras or personal items at places other than your seat. Selfie sticks and tripods that disturb others must be stopped.
• Do not draw on skin or ask the artist to.
• Avoid personal comments after the signing ends.
• Only bottled drinks with caps are allowed in the venue.
• No drinking before entry or during the event.
• No flash, AF assist light or strobe when taking photos.
• Once your turn is near, you cannot leave. Staff check your wristband if you leave and re-enter.
• Live streaming on SNS at the venue leads to removal.
• To keep order, leaving is restricted for the last 30 minutes.
• The fan sign may be partly changed or cancelled without prior notice.
