Offline fan sign event

This is a fansign where you receive signatures from the artist in person. The schedule may change depending on the artist's schedule.

1:1 video call event

One ATEEZ member and one winner hold a 1:1 video call for a set time. The 1:1 video call event runs through the LINE and KakaoTalk apps.

• Date: Nov 22, 2026 (Sun), after the offline fan sign event ends.
• 120 winners drawn (15 per member).
• Winner gift (8 winners in total): 1 handwritten signed Polaroid of the winning member

How to enter

• Entry period: Oct 29, 2026 (Thu) 14:00 ~ Nov 9, 2026 (Mon) 23:59 KST, based on completed payment.
• How to enter: Winners are drawn from those who buy ATEEZ 15TH MINI ALBUM [GOLDEN HOUR : Part.6] (A VER. / DIARY VER. / Z VER.) at Soundwave Online Mall during the entry period.
• Winners: 150 in total (30 in person + 120 by video call, 15 per member)
  • You can enter and win each event and each member more than once.
  • Albums bought during the event period will be shipped in order after the event ends.
  • A winner's signed album is 1 random album out of those purchased. In-person winners receive it at the venue, and video call winners get it shipped separately after the event ends.

Offline fan sign event: notes for winners

After the announcement, winners get event venue and procedure information by text message or email. Check it and reply by the deadline.

• Photo ID (with birth date and photo) is checked before entry, so bring it. Accepted ID:
  • Korean minors: youth ID, passport, school ID of an elementary/middle/high school showing the birth date, or a national qualification certificate
  • Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, or passport
  • Foreigners: passport or alien registration card only
  • Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for verification.
  • Only IDs within their validity period are accepted.
  • If the name on the entry differs from the name on the physical ID, you cannot join. Write Korean names in Korean, and foreigners' names in English as on the passport or alien registration card.
  • Forged IDs mean you cannot join and are excluded from all events of that artist afterward.
• Winner check-in and entry are possible only at the set time. Entry is not allowed after the event starts, so arrive at the fansign venue on time.
• Fansign winning rights cannot be transferred. If your ID name differs from the entry name, you cannot enter. Joining under someone else's name leads to immediate removal, and you may be restricted from future events.
• The fansign venue has no separate waiting area. Enter right after winner check-in and receiving a number ticket.
• If you do not arrive at the venue in your number order, the event may be difficult to run for you, so arrive on time.
• After entering, you cannot move seats. Changing seats on your own, changing seats during the fansign, or moving around without reason may lead to removal.

Offline fan sign event: on-site guide

• You join the fansign with the artist in your number order.
• Your photo ID (birth date and photo printed) is checked again before you go on stage, so bring it.
• Cameras, recorders, phones and other recording or photographing devices are prohibited while getting your signature. Violations lead to staff sanctions, and the win may be canceled and you removed on site.
• Signing is done on a separate signing page.
• For smooth running, prepare a Post-it with "TO." written on it in advance. Korean fans are asked to write in English or Chinese characters for TO.
• Only 1 name (To.) and 1 Post-it question per member are allowed. Prepare your Post-its in advance.
• Only Korean or English is allowed. Decorations and PS are not allowed.
• For questions, only short-answer or multiple-choice questions (A vs. B / YES or NO) or multiple choice with 5 or fewer options are allowed, and only questions about the member (no drawings or letters). Questions about the winner, descriptive questions, and questions that lead to a specific answer are not allowed.
• On-site staff check Post-it questions before signing. If a question includes an unreasonable request or inappropriate content such as the artist's private life, you may be asked to change it or the question may not be allowed.
• Direct contact such as drawing on skin, attaching stickers, or hand touches is not allowed.
• Gifts and support items cannot be handed over at this fansign. Fansign items (headbands, tiaras, etc.) are passed through staff at your signing turn.
• Staff check fansign items before signing. Items judged inappropriate may not be passed on.
• You may pass 1 item (1 set) per member. Putting items on the artist directly is not allowed.
• Items are returned after the fansign ends. Staff are not responsible for items not collected at the set time.
• Handwritten letters must be handed to staff before the fansign starts.
• You cannot stand up from your seat, sit in a seat other than your own, or move around during the fansign.
• Flash, AF assist lights and strobe lights are prohibited when taking photos.
• Drinking alcohol before entry or during the event is prohibited. Entry is refused after drinking, and you may be removed if you drink during the event.
• You cannot move to a seat other than your assigned seat, and you cannot set up a tripod anywhere but your own spot. Ignoring on-site staff direction, moving seats or setting up a tripod elsewhere may lead to removal.
• Live streaming from the fansign on SNS leads to removal.
• Join in your own number order. If you swap number tickets despite staff guidance, do not wait in line, or do not cooperate, the fansign is difficult to run and you may be removed.
• You are responsible for any problem caused by not standing in your number order. Follow on-site staff direction.
• Even for actions not listed above, if you do something that makes smooth running difficult on the day, you may be forcibly removed and sanctioned whether or not you receive a signature.
• You can get signatures only on the signing page. Personal items, including photocards, posters and phone cases, cannot be signed.
• This fansign may be partly changed or canceled without prior notice.

1:1 video call event: before you enter

• Choose a member when you enter the event.
• The draw uses only the information you entered. Enter your name in Korean or English as written on your photo ID and passport.
• A name different from the name on your ID or passport is not accepted. You bear any disadvantage caused by your own incorrect entry.
• Only the winner can join the 1:1 video call event. Contact details and information cannot be changed after entry, so enter the exact information of the person who will join.
• The 1:1 video call event runs through the LINE and KakaoTalk apps and goes in order from the start of the announced event time. If contact with the winner is difficult during the event, or you cannot join through LINE or KakaoTalk, we cannot help. Check the event details and join only if you can use LINE or KakaoTalk without trouble at that time.

1:1 video call event: guide for winners

After the winner announcement, winners get ID verification and event procedure information by text message or email. Check it and reply by the deadline.

• The video call event runs in the order announced to winners with the winner announcement, at the set time. On the day, before the start, event guidance is sent through LINE and KakaoTalk app messages. Wait after receiving the message.
• An ID check is held before the event starts. Prepare your photo ID in advance.
  • Only a physical ID with a photo can be verified. Photos, scans, resident registration copies, and transcripts cannot be verified.
  • Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, or passport
  • Foreigners: passport or alien registration card only
  • Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for verification.
  • Only IDs within their validity period are accepted.
  • If the name on the entry differs from the name on the physical ID, you cannot join. Write Korean names in Korean, and foreigners' names in English as on the passport or alien registration card.
  • Forged IDs mean you cannot join and are excluded from all events of that artist afterward.
• Problems with the winner's network connection or device settings may make the event difficult to run.
• If the connection fails or drops because of network problems, a redo may not be possible. Check your network environment, screen and audio settings in advance.
• If you do not answer 2 or more calls in your turn, we call 1 more time at the end. If the call still does not connect, the video call event cannot be held, and only the signed album is shipped separately after the event ends.
• If you refuse or end the call without notice in your turn, you are treated as not participating and the event cannot proceed.
• Every winner gets the same time (about 2 minutes). The call may be ended if it goes over the set time.
• Only the winner can join. If you are connected with someone other than the winner, or 2 or more people besides the winner join the video call, the event is forcibly ended.

1:1 video call event: what common notes say

1. This product includes the entry right for the event, so entering happens at the same time as buying (products bought within the event entry period).
2. You agree individually to all terms about this event before buying (no withdrawal of purchase, shipping period, etc.). If you do not agree to even one item, you cannot join the event.
3. Products bought for the purpose of entering during the entry period can be canceled until 1 hour before the winner announcement, and cannot be canceled or refunded after that. (Requesting a cancellation removes you from the draw.)
4. Only the winner can join the event, and contact details cannot be edited or transferred. You bear full responsibility for any damage caused by a transfer, and the event cannot proceed if the person is not the winner, so be careful when entering.
5. If you order several times with the same information during the event period, all orders are combined and you are entered automatically as many times as the total quantity purchased.
6. The draw uses the information you entered when entering. Enter your name in Korean or English as written on your photo ID and passport. (Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.)
7. Entry information must match the name on your ID and passport. If the winner information differs from the ID used for verification, you are excluded from the draw. Foreigners must write the entry information in English as in their ID. The accepted ID types are the same as those listed above.
8. For this event, the following personal information is provided to check duplicate winners and run the event.
   • Items provided: name, contact, channel ID, birth date, email, nationality
   • Purpose: to draw ATEEZ event winners
   • Recipients: Soundwave, KQ Entertainment
   • Retention and use period: within 7 days after the event ends
9. If your conversation during the event is judged inappropriate, you may be removed or restricted from taking part.
10. This event may be partly changed or canceled without prior notice.

• This is an event product, so orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

• The outer case is a protective material, so minor scratches or discoloration on the case are not defects.
• Tiny dots or scratches on gifts (photocards, etc.) are not eligible for exchange or refund. Severely damaged items are exchanged only while stock lasts. Reshipping is difficult once stock runs out.
