In-person fan sign: notes for winners

• After the announcement, winners get a text/email with the venue and event details. Check it.
• Bring your ID. ID checks are done before entry and again before you go on stage. Photo ID with date of birth is required.
• Accepted ID for Korean citizens: resident registration card, driver's license, passport, youth ID, a state-issued qualification card showing date of birth, or a student ID (Korean minors only).
• Accepted ID for foreigners: passport or alien registration card only.
• Passports and alien registration cards must not be expired.
• The name on the ID must be in Korean or English. Example: 홍길동 (OK), Hong gil dong (OK).
• Check-in and entry are possible only at the set time. No entry after the event starts.
• Only the winner can attend. Transfers are not allowed. The transferor is fully responsible for any harm, and may be restricted from later events if caught.
• There is no waiting area at the venue. Enter right after winner check and number ticket handout.
• If you do not arrive at the venue in your turn, the event may be hard to run. Arrive on time.
• Winners draw seat numbers on site. Signing goes in seat number order.
• Moving seats after entry is restricted. Changing seats on your own or moving around without reason during the fan sign may get you removed.

In-person fan sign: on-site guide

• The venue opens 1 hour before the start. Be seated 10 minutes before the sign starts.
• Arrive at the venue 20 minutes before the sign starts. Prepare a Post-it with your name in advance. Write your name in Korean or English only.
• Stick the name Post-it on yourself while waiting.
• The fan sign is held with the artist in your turn.
• ID (with date of birth and photo) is checked again before you go on stage. Bring your ID.
• Do not bring recording or filming devices when getting your signature, including cameras, voice recorders, mobile phones and smartwatches. Staff will sanction anyone caught, and you may lose your win or be forced to leave.
• Your season's greetings to be signed is 1 of the products you bought, and is prepared on site. You do not need to bring one.
• Write the winner's name on a Post-it and stick it on the signing page.
• The signature can only be made to the attendee's own name (To.) as written on the ID or passport, in Korean or English only (no other foreign languages). If it breaks this rule, you may be asked to change it.
• Prepare your name Post-it (To.) in advance, even if you write a nickname. Example: nickname ver. - To. nickname, Hong gil dong / real name ver. To. Hong gil dong.
• Only the season's greetings you prepared can be signed. You get one signature on it. Personal items such as photocards, posters and phone cases cannot be signed.
• You cannot get extra items signed, such as albums, photocards, Polaroids, other items you brought or phone cases. Anything caught is removed and not returned.
• Physical contact that touches the skin, such as drawing on skin, stickers, or touching, is not allowed. Only one [To.] / [signature] / [Post-it question] is allowed. Embellishments and PS are not allowed.
• Besides the TO. line, drawings, questions and so on are possible on the Post-it. On-site staff check it before signing.
• Unreasonable requests, private questions and questions that may cause misunderstanding are not allowed. Staff may remove or ask you to edit Post-its that break the rules or are inappropriate.
• You can write questions on one Post-it smaller than the season's greetings. Prepare questions in advance.
• Write the Post-it only in your turn. If your turn has passed, the Post-it is not written for you.
• You can hand simple props for taking photos or videos directly to the artist, and they are returned when you leave after the sign. This may change with on-site conditions.
• Staff check props before the signing. Props judged inappropriate may not be handed over.
• Flowers (fresh or dried), unpackaged food and food at risk of spoiling cannot be used as props. Bubbles or confetti may not be possible, depending on on-site conditions.
• Electronic devices that can record or film cannot be used as props.
• Bubbles, confetti, party poppers and flower powder may be hard to use in the venue, depending on conditions.
• Gifts, handwritten letters, hair bands and accessories can be handed over. You cannot put them on the artist yourself.
• Props handed over are returned to fans after the sign. Items not collected at the set time cannot be handed over again, and we are not responsible for loss. Some items cannot be returned depending on the situation.
• Even if an action is not listed above, anyone who makes it hard to run the event on the day may be removed or sanctioned, with no signature.
• Flash, AF assist light and strobe lights are not allowed when taking photos.
• You cannot move to any seat other than your assigned seat, or set up a tripod anywhere but your own spot. Ignoring staff directions to move seats or set up a tripod elsewhere may get you removed.
• Join the fan sign in the order of your number. If you swap number tickets despite staff guidance, do not line up in your turn, or do not cooperate, the fan sign may be hard to run and you may be removed.
• We are not responsible for any problem caused by not standing in your number ticket order. Follow staff directions.
• Live streaming the fan sign on SNS (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, YouTube Live, etc.) is banned.
• Even if an action is not listed above, anyone who makes it hard to run the event on the day may be removed or sanctioned.
• We are not responsible for situations caused by not knowing this notice. Read it so you do not lose out.
• Anyone who live streams on SNS at the fan sign is removed.
• Leaving is restricted from 30 minutes before the end to keep order in the venue.
• This fan sign may be partly changed or canceled without notice.
• We are not responsible for any loss caused by not reading this notice.

Video call: before you enter

• When you order, enter the details of the entrant who will join the event. Entry is complete only then.
• Enter your name as written on your ID or passport, in Korean or English.
• Only the winner can join the video call. Contact details and information cannot be changed after you enter, so enter the exact details of the person who will join.
• The video call is held through the LINE and KakaoTalk apps, and runs in order from the start at the announced event time. If you cannot connect smoothly with the winner during the event, or cannot use LINE or KakaoTalk, we cannot help. Check the event details, and join only if you can use LINE and KakaoTalk without trouble in that time.
• If your network connection or mobile phone settings have problems, or the connection fails or drops because of the network, a redo may be hard. Check your network, screen and audio settings in advance.

Video call: winner guide

• After the announcement, winners get a text/email with identity verification and event details. Reply within the deadline after checking it.
• The video call runs in the order announced to winners, at the set time. Event guidance is sent by LINE and KakaoTalk app message on the day and before the start, so wait for the message.
• ID (with date of birth and photo) is checked before the event starts. Bring your ID. Accepted ID is the same as for the in-person fan sign above.
• If the call does not connect 2 or more times, the video call cannot be held. Do not call the organizer, so the event runs smoothly.
• The TO. can only be your real name (Korean or English). PS is not allowed.
• Foreigners can use an English name shortened from their real name.
• A name that differs from the ID or passport is not accepted. We are not responsible for harm from wrongly entering information that is not your own.
• Only the winner can join. If the winner is connected with someone else, or 2 or more people join the video call, the call is forcibly ended.
• If you hang up or end the call without notice in your turn, you are treated as absent and the call cannot be held.
• Every winner gets the same amount of time. A call that runs over the set time may be ended at any point.
• If someone other than the winner is connected or 2 or more people join, and the call is judged inappropriate, staff may stop the event.
• If a person other than the winner steps in during the video call, staff may forcibly end it.
• If a call includes unreasonable requests of the artist, insults or slurs, or inappropriate clothing, staff stop it, and you may be restricted from future events.
• If the call content is judged inappropriate, the event is forcibly ended.
• The winner draw uses only the information entered at entry, and the signed item can only be received under the winner's real name.
• Recording, screen recording and SNS live streaming are not allowed during the video call.
• This event is a precious time shared by the artist and fans. Read the notes and cooperate for smooth running. Staff may step in if you get in the way of the event too much, even in ways not listed.

Common notes

1. This product (bought during the event entry period) includes an event entry, and you are entered at the same time you buy.
2. You individually agree to all terms of the event before you buy (non-cancelable purchase, shipping period, etc.). If you do not agree to any one item, you cannot take part.
3. A product bought to enter during the entry period can be canceled until 1 hour before the winner announcement. After that, it cannot be canceled or refunded. A canceled order is excluded from the draw.
4. You can enter through multiple purchases and proxy purchases, but only the winner can attend.
5. If you are found to have entered with someone else's information, you will face a disadvantage in later fan sign draws. Be careful.
6. A fan sign win cannot be transferred. Attendance may be restricted if you are not the winner, or if your details differ from those on your entry.
7. If you order multiple times with the same information during the event period, they are all added up, and you are entered automatically the same number of times as the total quantity bought.
8. The winner draw uses the information you entered. Enter your name in Korean or English as written on your ID or passport. (Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.)
9. Entrant information must match your ID or passport. If the winner's details differ from the ID, the winner is excluded. Foreigners must enter their details in English exactly as on their ID. Accepted ID is as follows.
