Offline fan sign event

The offline fan sign event lets you get an autograph from the artist in person. The schedule may change depending on the artist's schedule.

Video call event

3 UAU members and 1 winner hold a video call for a set time. The video call runs on the LINE and KakaoTalk apps.

• You can enter and win in each event separately.
• Albums bought during the event period ship in order after the event ends.
• The winner's autograph item is 1 of the products they bought, handed over on site.

Offline fan sign event: notes for winners

Winners receive event venue and guidance by text message or email after the announcement. Check it.

• Before entry, an ID check (date of birth and photo required) is done, so bring your ID. Only a physical ID with your photo is accepted; photos, scans and apps are not.
  • Koreans: resident registration card, driver's license, passport, youth ID, or a government-issued qualification showing date of birth, student ID (Korean minors only)
  • Foreigners: passport, alien registration card (passport or alien registration card only)
  • Passports and alien registration cards are accepted only before they expire.
  • An ID is accepted only if the name is in Korean or English. Example: Hong gil dong (O)
• Check-in and entry are only available at the set time. You cannot enter after the event starts, so arrive at the venue on time.
• Only the winner can join and tickets cannot be transferred. The person who transferred is fully responsible for any damage, and if caught you may find it hard to join later events.
• There is no separate waiting area. Enter right after check-in and receiving your number ticket.
• If you do not arrive in your turn, the event may be hard to run, so enter the venue on time.
• Seat numbers are drawn on site by winners, and autographs go in seat number order.
• Moving seats after entering is restricted. Changing seats on your own or moving around without reason during the fan sign may get you removed.

On-site procedure

• Entry to the fan sign venue opens 1 hour before the start. Be seated at your own seat 10 minutes before the autograph starts.
• Arrive at the venue 20 minutes before the autograph starts. Prepare your name Post-it in advance and write your name in Korean or English only.
• Stick your name Post-it on while waiting.
• The fan sign is held with the artist in your order.
• Before going on stage, an ID check (with date of birth and photo) is done once more, so bring your ID.
• When you get an autograph, you cannot bring any recording or shooting device, including cameras, recorders, phones and smartwatches. If caught, staff will sanction you, and depending on the situation your win may be canceled and you may be removed.
• The season's greetings item for the autograph is prepared on site from the products you bought. You do not need to bring one.
• Write the winner's name on the Post-it and stick it on the autograph item.
• The autograph is given only with the name on the attendee's ID or passport, in Korean or English (no other foreign language). If it breaks the rule, you may be asked to edit it.
• A nickname can be used, but the to-name Post-it with your real name must be prepared in advance (ex. nickname ver. - To. nickname, Hong Gil Dong / real name ver. To. Hong Gil Dong).
• Autographs are given only on the season's greetings you prepared, once. Other personal items cannot get an autograph (photocards, posters, phone cases and so on).
• You cannot get items other than the season's greetings signed or receive extras: albums, photocards, Polaroids, items you brought separately, handphone cases. If caught, those items are not returned after collection.
• Do not draw directly on skin, attach stickers, or touch the artist. At this fan sign, 1 each of [To.] / [autograph] / [question Post-it] is allowed. (Decoration and PS are not allowed.)
• Besides To., a Post-it may carry drawings or questions. Staff check it in advance before the autograph.
• Do not make unreasonable requests, ask private questions, or ask questions that may cause misunderstanding. Post-its that break the rules or are judged inappropriate may be collected or you may be asked to edit them.
• You can write a question on one Post-it smaller than the season's greetings. Prepare the question in advance.
• Staff write a Post-it for you only in your turn. After your turn, they will not.
• Staff can pass simple items for shooting photos and video directly to the artist, and you are removed after the autograph. This may change depending on the situation.
• Items for shooting are checked by staff before you get the autograph. If judged inappropriate, they may not be handed over.
• Flowers (fresh, dried), unpackaged food and food that may melt cannot be used as items. Confetti or balloons may not be allowed depending on the site.
• Electronic devices that can record or shoot cannot be used as shooting items.
• Balloons, confetti, firecrackers and flower powder may be hard to use depending on the fan sign site.
• Gifts, letters, headbands and accessories can be handed over. (Putting them on directly is not allowed.)
• Items handed over will be returned to fans after the fan sign ends. Items not collected at the set time may not be passed on again or may be lost, and responses are hard to give. Some items may not be returned depending on the situation.
• Even for actions not listed above, if you act in a way that makes smooth running hard on the day, you may be removed or sanctioned regardless of the autograph.
• Do not use flash, AF assist light or strobe light when taking photos.
• You cannot move to a seat other than your assigned one, and cannot set up a tripod anywhere other than your own place. If you ignore staff guidance and move seats or set up a tripod elsewhere, you may be removed.
• Follow your number's order. If you swap number tickets despite staff guidance, do not line up in your order, or do not cooperate, the fan sign may be hard to run and you may be removed.
• You are responsible for any problem caused by not standing in your number's order. Follow staff instructions.
• Live streaming on social media (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, YouTube Live and so on) is not allowed at the fan sign.
• If you do not read this notice and a problem comes up, the organizer is not responsible, so read it carefully.
• Live streaming on social media from the fan sign site gets you removed.
• To keep order, leaving the venue is restricted from 30 minutes before the end.
• The fan sign may be partly changed or canceled without notice. The organizer is not responsible for any disadvantage from not reading this notice.

Video call event: before you enter

• Entry is complete only after you enter the details of the person who will join the event when ordering.
• Enter the applicant name as the Korean or English name on your ID or passport.
• Only the winner can join the video call, and contact and information cannot be changed after you enter, so enter the exact details of the person who will join.
• The video call runs on the LINE and KakaoTalk apps in order at the set event time. If contact with the winner is hard during the event, or the call cannot run through LINE or KakaoTalk, we can offer help. Join only if you have confirmed the contents and have no trouble with LINE and KakaoTalk in that time.
• If a winner has trouble with their network or phone settings, or the connection drops or is cut by network problems, a redo may be hard. Check your network, screen and audio settings in advance.

Video call event: guidance for winners

Winners receive identity checks and event guidance by text message or email after the announcement. Check it and reply within the deadline.

• The event runs in the order given in the winner announcement at the set time. Event guidance is sent by LINE and KakaoTalk app message on the event day and before the start, so wait for the message.
• Before the event starts, an ID check (date of birth and photo required) is done, so prepare your ID. Accepted IDs are listed below.
  • Koreans: resident registration card, driver's license, passport, youth ID, or a government-issued qualification showing date of birth, student ID (Korean minors only)
  • Foreigners: passport, alien registration card (passport or alien registration card only)
  • Passports and alien registration cards are accepted only before they expire.
  • An ID is accepted only if the name is in Korean or English. Example: Hong gil dong (O)
• If the call fails to connect twice or more, the video call cannot run, so be careful. Do not call the number to smooth the event.
• To. can only use your real name (Korean or English). P.S. is not allowed.
• Foreigners may use a shortened version of their English real name.
• Names that differ from the name on your ID or passport are not accepted. You are responsible for any disadvantage from entering wrong information through your own negligence.
• Only the winner can join, and if you are connected to someone other than the winner or 2 or more people besides you join the call, the event is ended by force.
• If you leave your turn or end the call without notice, it is treated as unable to join and the call does not run.
• All winners run at the same time. If you go over the set time, the call may be ended at any point.
• If you are connected to someone other than the winner, or 2 or more people join, and the call content is judged inappropriate, staff may stop the event, so please cooperate.
• If someone other than the winner steps into the video call, staff may end it by force.
• If you make unreasonable requests of the artist, or use abuse, insults or inappropriate clothing, staff may stop the call and you may be restricted from later events. If call content is judged inappropriate, the event may be ended by force.
• Winners are drawn only using the information you entered when applying, and autographs are given only in the winner's real name.
• You cannot record, screen-record or live stream on social media during the video call.
• This event is a precious time shared by the artist and fans. Read and follow the rules for smooth running, and staff may stop anything that gets in the way of the event beyond what is listed.

Common cautions

1. This product includes an event entry ticket, so buying and entering happen at the same time (products bought during the event period).
2. Before buying, you agree individually to all terms of this event (no withdrawal of purchase, shipping period, etc.). If you do not agree to even one item, you cannot join.
3. Products bought for entering during the event period can be canceled until 1 hour before the winners are announced. After that, no cancellation or refund. (Canceled orders are removed from the draw.)
4. You may enter through multiple and proxy purchases, but only the winner in person can attend.
5. If information from another person is found to have been used to enter, you will be disadvantaged in the draw. Keep this in mind.
6. Fan sign winning tickets cannot be transferred to others. If you are not the winner, or your details differ from the ones on your entry ticket, you may not be allowed to join.
7. Multiple orders in the event period with the same information are added up, and you are entered automatically the same number of times as total quantity bought.
8. The draw uses the information you entered when applying. Enter your name as on your ID or passport, in Korean or English. Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.
9. Applicant information must match the ID or passport exactly. If winner information differs from the ID, you are removed from winning. Foreigners must enter information in English as on their ID.     • Purpose: to draw UAU event winners
    • Recipients: Soundwave, Dreamcatcher Company
    • Retention and use period: within 7 days after the event ends
11. This event is one where the winner gets an autograph on 1 of the products they bought. (The remaining products ship separately.)
12. If your conversation during the event is judged inappropriate, you may be removed or restricted.
13. Some members may not be able to join because of unavoidable circumstances or schedule. Please understand in advance.
14. The fan sign may be canceled or changed on the day.
15. This notice may be edited later. Read it carefully so you do not suffer a disadvantage from not reading it.
16. For fan sign questions, ask the store where you applied.
