Offline fan sign event

The offline fan sign event lets you get an autograph from the artist in person. The schedule may change depending on the artist's schedule.

• All applicants: 1 random unreleased photocard out of 2 types (spring ver., summer ver.). Given 1:1 with the number of products purchased.

Entry

• Entry period: Oct 28, 2026 (Wed) 14:00 ~ Nov 1, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST. Based on completed payment.
• How to enter: Buy the PARK HYUNG SIK - 2027 Season's Greetings [OFF THE GRID] event product at Soundwave Online Mall during the entry period. 50 winners.
• You can enter and win in each event separately.
• Products bought during the event period ship in order after the event ends.
• Autographs are given on a separate autograph sheet.

Before you enter

• You may enter more than once and through purchases made for you by others, but only the winner in person can attend.
• If information from another person is found to have been used to enter, you will be disadvantaged in the draw. Keep this in mind.
• Autograph tickets cannot be transferred. If you are not the winner, or your details differ from those on your entry, you may not be allowed to join.
• Ask the store where you bought the product about anything related to the fan sign.

Notes for winners

Winners receive event venue and guidance by text message or email after the announcement. Check it.

• You must bring your physical ID on the day for identity checks. Accepted IDs:
  1. Korean minors: student ID (elementary, middle or high school), passport, or a government-issued qualification showing date of birth
  2. Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  3. All foreigners: passport, alien registration card
• Except for Korean minors, winners cannot use a student ID (including university) for identity checks.
• Expired IDs are not accepted.
• If your physical ID cannot be confirmed, or the applicant name differs from the name on the ID, you cannot join. Korean nationals write their name in Korean and foreigners write it as in English on the passport or alien registration card.
• Check-in and entry are only available at the set time. You cannot enter after the event starts, so arrive at the venue on time.
• Winning tickets cannot be transferred. If your ID name differs from your entry name, you cannot enter. If you join using someone else's name, you will be removed immediately and may be restricted from later events.
• There is no separate waiting area. Enter right after check-in and receiving your number ticket.
• If you do not arrive in your turn, the event may be hard to run, so enter the venue on time.
• Arrive early and sit at the seat matching your number. The fan sign runs in order.
• You may shoot video and photos only at your own seat. After the fan sign starts, you cannot move anywhere else except your seat.
• If you do not keep order or follow staff instructions, you may be sanctioned.
• If you must leave your seat, tell the staff or the applicant in advance.
• You are responsible for any disadvantage from leaving your seat. Follow staff instructions.

On-site procedure

• The fan sign is held with the artist in your order.
• Before going on stage, an ID check (with date of birth and photo) is done once more, so bring your ID.
• When you go to receive the autograph, leave all items that can record or call at your seat (cameras, phones, Bluetooth earphones, wired earphones, smartwatches and all other electronics).
• You cannot bring any electronic device when you receive the autograph, and cannot shoot or record. If caught, staff will check and delete it.
• The autograph sheet is prepared on site. You do not need to bring one.

On-site rules

• The autograph is given on a separate autograph sheet.
• Only a to-note and a question Post-it can be attached to the sheet. Nothing else.
• The to-note can only use the name on your passport and must be written in Korean or English only.
• One question per question Post-it.
• Question Post-its are limited to multiple choice, O/X or VS questions, with up to 5 choices.
• Staff check the Post-its before the event. Questions that do not meet the guide may be collected or you may be asked to edit them.
• Gifts cannot be handed over at this fan sign. Letters and fan sign items are passed through staff before the event.
• Items the artist must wear, such as headbands and hats, can be given to staff before the event so they can be passed to the artist. Items not suitable for the event may be restricted.
• Items not collected may be discarded.
• Follow your number's order. If you swap number tickets despite staff guidance, do not line up in your order, or do not cooperate, the fan sign may be hard to run and you may be removed.
• You are responsible for any problem caused by not standing in your number's order. Follow staff instructions.
• Do not set up cameras (tripods) or leave personal items anywhere except your seat. Selfie sticks and tripods that go over a set height may be stopped. If you do not follow staff guidance, you may be removed.
• Sit at your assigned seat. Moving seats during the event or leaving your assigned place may get you removed.
• From waiting to receiving the autograph, you cannot carry phones, cameras or recorders, and cannot shoot or record while waiting or at the autograph. If caught, devices may be forced to be deleted or you may be removed. You are not responsible for device damage.
• Do not draw directly on skin or ask the artist to.
• Excessive behavior, physical contact or inappropriate remarks toward the artist may get you sanctioned or removed at staff discretion.
• Do not hold personal gatherings with the artist after the autograph.
• Fan sign items may be hard to hand over or put on, depending on the situation.
• Food and drink are not allowed in the venue, except bottled water with a cap.
• Drinking is not allowed on entry or during the event. You may be refused entry or removed.
• Do not use flash, AF assist light or strobe when taking photos.
• You cannot leave once your waiting turn is close. If you must leave, do so before or after your turn. Wristband checks are done when you enter and leave, so do not lose yours.
• Live streaming on social media from the fan sign site gets you removed.
• To keep order, leaving the venue is restricted from 30 minutes before the end.
• The fan sign may be partly changed or canceled without notice.

Common cautions

1. This product includes an event entry ticket, so buying and entering happen at the same time (products bought during the event period).
2. Before buying, you agree individually to all terms of this event (no withdrawal of purchase, shipping period, etc.). If you do not agree to even one item, you cannot join.
3. Products bought for entering during the event period can be canceled until 1 hour before the winners are announced. After that, no cancellation or refund. (Canceled orders are removed from the draw.)
4. You may enter through multiple and proxy purchases, but only the winner in person can attend.
5. If information from another person is found to have been used to enter, you will be disadvantaged in the draw. Keep this in mind.
6. Fan sign winning tickets cannot be transferred to others. If you are not the winner, or your details differ from the ones on your entry ticket, you may not be allowed to join.
7. Multiple orders in the event period with the same information are added up, and you are entered automatically the same number of times as total quantity bought.
8. The draw uses the information you entered when applying. Enter your name as on your ID or passport, in Korean or English. Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.
9. Applicant information must match the ID or passport exactly. If winner information differs from the ID, you are removed from winning. Foreigners must enter information in English as on their ID. Accepted IDs: Korean minors: student ID (elementary, middle or high school), passport, or a government-issued qualification showing date of birth. Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport. All foreigners: passport, alien registration card. 10. For winner checks and event operation, winners' personal information is provided as follows.

    • Retention and use period: within 7 days after the event ends
11. This event is one where you get an autograph on a separate autograph sheet.
12. If your conversation during the event is judged inappropriate, you may be removed or restricted.
13. Before buying, you agree individually to all terms (no withdrawal of purchase, shipping period, etc.).
14. Gift photocards are given after a defect check. Small dots, fine dust and residue from printing are not defects, so exchanges are not possible.
15. Gifts are limited in quantity. If they run out, the event may end early, and depending on stock you may be asked to cancel your order after purchase.
16. This event may be partly changed or canceled without notice.
