• Part 1: Video call fan sign (30 winners) - Oct 3, 2026 (Sat) 18:00 KST
• Part 2: In-person fan sign (30 winners) - Oct 3, 2026 (Sat) 19:00 KST. Venue: announced individually to winners.

How to enter

• Entry period: Sep 23, 2026 (Wed) 14:00 ~ Sep 27, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST. Entries close based on completed payment time.
• Store: Musicart Online Mall. KOR: www.musicart.kr, ENG: en.musicart.kr, CHN: cn.musicart.kr, JPN: jp.musicart.kr
• How to enter: During the entry period, buy JAYN 1st EP ALBUM 'JAYN' at Musicart Online Mall. 30 winners are drawn for the video call and 30 for the in-person fan sign.
• You can enter and win both parts, but you cannot win twice in the same part.
• Winner announcement: Sep 28, 2026 (Mon) 16:00 KST or later. Check the winners notice board on the Musicart website (KOR) / musicart.kr.

Winner gift

Every winner gets 1 selfie image of the event-day outfit, sent to their mobile.

• The image is from the video call or in-person fan sign selfie.
• Gifts are expected to be sent after the fan sign ends, but may be delayed depending on the situation.

ID check guide

• An ID check is held for every winner before each event starts.
• Video call fan sign: ID check at the test call starting 16:30 KST
• In-person fan sign: ID check at the seat ticket draw starting 18:00 KST
• If your ID is not checked, or the name on the ID you bring differs from the winner's name, you cannot take part. Prepare a valid ID that can verify your identity when you win.
• IDs you can use:
  • Korean nationals (minors): passport, youth ID, youth ID application confirmation
  • Korean nationals (adults): resident registration card, driver's license, passport, mobile ID (issued through Government24, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and the National Police Agency, or PASS)
  • Foreigners: passport, alien registration card
  • No other IDs are accepted (student ID, copy of resident registration, photocopies, etc.).
• Photos, printouts and mobile ID capture files of an ID are not accepted. Staff may ask you to open the mobile ID app on site.
• Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for identity checks.
• If the physical ID cannot be verified, or the applicant's name differs from the ID name, you cannot take part. Korean nationals must write their name in Korean; foreigners must write it as shown in English on their passport or alien registration card.
• Foreigners cannot participate if the name on their ID card and the applicant's name are different when applying for the event. Write your name accurately.

Video call fan sign: guide and notes

• From 16:30 KST on the event day, test calls and ID checks run in order. Prepare your ID in advance.

1. Winners prepare a device for the video call and wait for their turn.

• The event runs in the order of winning numbers from the start time. (The order may change depending on the situation on the day.)
• Event guidance messages are sent to winners through KakaoTalk.
• Check your network environment and device in advance for smooth running.

1. When the call comes in, the video call starts.

• Only the winner (1 person) can take part. If someone else joins, or 2 or more people take part, the call ends.
• If call content is judged inappropriate, the video call may end and participation may be restricted.

1. The video call ends.

• If you do not end the call when time runs out, it ends automatically.

Notes:

• The video call uses KakaoTalk's Face Talk feature and runs in order at the announced event time. Read the event details and apply only if you can take part during that time.
• If you do not answer 2 or more calls on your turn, 1 more call is made at the end of the video call round.
• If the call cannot be connected by the end, the video call cannot take place. Check the fan sign time and apply only if you can take the call.
• Only the winner can take the call. Changing contact details or transferring the win is not possible. If someone else takes the call, or the call is handed over midway, the connection ends.
• Before the event starts, prepare a mobile phone that can make video calls on your mobile channel. Do not call the organizer, to keep things running smoothly.
• Signatures are given on the prepared album outbox only. Album contents cannot be signed.
• The To. on the album can only be the real name you provided when applying (Korean or English). Modifiers, drawings and symbols are not possible. P.S. requests are possible.
• Recording audio, taking photos or videos with a third electronic device, or live streaming yourself is not allowed during this event.
• Do not make unreasonable demands of the artist or otherwise hinder smooth running. Inappropriate behavior may end the call and bring disadvantages later.
• Drinking before and during the fan sign is prohibited. If drinking is found during the event, the call may end.
• Network problems can make the event hard to run. Check your network environment in advance.
• Staff may stop you if you are judged to hinder the event too much, even for things not listed here.
• The fan sign date and time may change or the fan sign may be canceled for unavoidable reasons, with or without notice.

In-person fan sign: guide and notes

• Starting 1 hour before the start time, winners' IDs are checked and number tickets are handed out. Entry opens 30 minutes before.
• Fan sign order follows the seat numbers assigned at random on the day.
• Bring your number ticket. You cannot take part if you lose it.
• The store prepares 1 album for signing, so winners do not need to bring one. (An album you bring yourself cannot be signed.)
• A signature can carry only 1 name (To.), so write it on a Post-it in advance.
• The To. on the album can only be the real name you provided when applying (Korean or English).
• You can take photos and videos at your own seat. While getting your signature, photos and recording are not allowed, so leave electronic devices such as phones, cameras and smart watches at your seat. Anyone caught recording or filming is removed.
• You cannot stand up from your seat, move to another seat, or walk around during the fan sign.
• Post-it questions are limited to 1. Staff check Post-it questions on site. Inappropriate questions may need to be revised or may be excluded.
• Drawing requests and modifiers are not possible, but P.S. requests are possible.
• Props you prepared for the artist can be handed to the prepared box or to staff when your identity is checked.
• Fan sign items are checked by on-site staff. Items judged unsuitable may not be handed over. Items are returned after the fan sign ends. Staff are not responsible for items not collected at the set time.
• Flash, AF assist light and strobe light are prohibited for photos.
• Selfie sticks and tripods can be set up only at your own seat. If they exceed a proper height and bother other guests, you may be asked to stop using them.
• Live streaming on social media during the fan sign is not allowed. Violators are removed, whether or not they received a signature.
• No drawing or stickers on the artist's skin.
• Drinking before entering and during the fan sign is prohibited. Entry is refused after drinking, and drinking during the event leads to removal.
• You cannot eat or drink anything other than water inside the venue (lobby, seats, etc.).
• Even if not listed above, you may be removed or sanctioned, whether or not you received a signature, if you act in ways that hinder smooth running on the day.
• The notice may be revised later. Read it to avoid disadvantages.
• The fan sign date and time may change or the fan sign may be canceled for unavoidable reasons, with or without notice.

Purchase notes

• This product includes an entry right. Entry is completed automatically after purchase, so it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason. If you do not agree to enter, you cannot buy. Buy carefully.
• Event products cannot be withdrawn from the purchase contract. Minors must buy with the consent of a legal guardian (applies to anyone born in 2008 or later).
• Applicant information cannot be changed after winners are announced. Check the information you entered before applying.
• Transferring or selling the fan sign is not allowed. If someone is found taking part under another person's name, they are immediately barred from the fan sign.
• Winners are drawn from the information entered at purchase. If buying for someone else, enter the information of the person who will take part, not the buyer's.
• If you place several orders with identical applicant information during the entry period, they are combined automatically.
• The event may be partly changed or canceled without notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances.
• Albums you entered with (including winners') ship in order after the event ends.
• When you apply, the winners' personal information is provided as follows to check duplicate winners and run the event.
  • Items provided: name, contact number available for calls, date of birth, channel ID, email, nationality
  • Purpose: to run the JAYN 1st EP ALBUM 'JAYN' event
  • Recipients: Musicart Co., Ltd., YG PLUS
  • Retention and use period: deleted when the purpose is achieved
• All albums bought for this event count toward Hanteo Chart.
