Video call fan sign: how it runs

1. Winners prepare a device for the video call and wait for their turn.

• The event runs in the order of winning numbers from the start time. (The order may change depending on the situation on the day.)
• Event guidance messages are sent to winners through KakaoTalk.
• Check your network environment and device in advance for smooth running.
• A test call and ID check run 1 hour before the fan sign, so prepare your ID in advance.
• IDs you can use for identity checks:
  • Korean nationals (adults): resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  • Korean nationals (minors): youth ID (issued by a community center), student ID (showing date of birth), passport
  • Foreigners: passport, alien registration card
  • No other IDs can be used (copy of resident registration, photocopies, IDs without a photo, etc.).
  • Photos, printouts and mobile ID captures of an ID are not accepted. Only the physical ID can be checked.

1. When the call comes in, the video call starts.

• The call with the artist lasts about 2 minutes.
• Only the winner (1 person) can take part. If someone else joins, or 2 or more people take part, the call ends.
• If call content is judged inappropriate, the video call may end and participation may be restricted.

1. The video call ends.

• If you do not end the call when time runs out, it ends automatically.

Video call fan sign: notes

• The video call uses KakaoTalk's Face Talk feature and runs in order at the announced event time. Read the event details and apply only if you can take part during that time.
• If you do not answer 2 or more calls on your turn, 1 more call is made at the end of the video call round.
• If the call cannot be connected by the end, the video call cannot take place. Check the fan sign time and apply only if you can take the call.
• Only the winner can take the call. Changing contact details or transferring the win is not possible. If someone other than the winner joins, or the call is handed over to someone else midway, the connection ends.
• Do not call the organizer, to keep things running smoothly.
• The artist signs on the album cover only. Modifiers and P.S. requests are not possible. (Other album contents and personal items cannot be signed.)
• Recording audio, taking photos or videos with a third electronic device, or live streaming yourself is not allowed during this event.
• Do not make unreasonable demands of the artist or otherwise hinder smooth running. Inappropriate behavior may end the call and bring disadvantages later.
• Network problems can make the event hard to run. Check your network environment in advance.
• Staff may stop you if you are judged to hinder the event too much, even for things not listed here.
• The To. on the signature can only be the real name you provided when applying (Korean or English).
