How to enter

• Entry period: Oct 2, 2026 (Fri) 12:00 ~ Oct 6, 2026 (Tue) 23:59 KST. Entries close based on completed payment time.

• How to enter: During the entry period, buy MW:MEU (뮤) 1st Mini Album [With U] (Jewel Case ver.) at Musicart Online Mall. 20 winners are drawn from the buyers, 10 per unit.
• You can win once per unit. You cannot win twice within the same unit.
• Winner announcement: Oct 7, 2026 (Wed) 17:00 KST or later. Check the winners notice board on the Musicart website (KOR) / musicart.kr.

• The MW:MEU unit and 1 winner hold a 3:1 or 2:1 video call for a set time.
• The call runs on the Discord account you provide.
• Prepare a device that can make video calls before the start. A desktop or laptop is recommended.

1. Winners prepare a device for the video call and wait for their turn.

• The event runs in the order of winning numbers from the start time. The order may change depending on the situation on the day.

1. Join the video call when the call comes in.

• Only the winner (1 person) can take part. If someone else joins, or 2 or more people take part, the call ends.
• If call content is judged inappropriate, the call may end and participation may be restricted.

1. End the video call.

• If you do not end the call when time runs out, it ends automatically.

1. Entry is complete only after you enter the applicant's information. Apply with the accurate information of the person who will take part.

• The event runs on the Discord account you provide. You cannot change the ID account or move to another channel after applying. Enter only if you can take part during the event time. (Discord > Settings > Account > Account Information > Username)

1. Only the winner can take part.

• If you do not show your ID, or the name on the ID differs from the winner's name, you cannot take part. Prepare a valid ID that can verify your identity.
• Accepted IDs for Korean minors: passport, youth ID, or youth ID application confirmation.
• Accepted IDs for Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport, or mobile ID (issued through Government24, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and the National Police Agency, or PASS).
• Accepted IDs for foreigners: passport, alien registration card.
• No other IDs are accepted (student ID, copy of resident registration, photocopies, etc.).
• Photos of an ID are not accepted. Only the physical ID counts.
• Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for identity checks.
• Only IDs within their validity period are accepted.
• If the physical ID cannot be verified, or the applicant's name differs from the ID name, you cannot take part. Korean nationals must write their name in Korean; foreigners must write it as shown in English on their passport or alien registration card.
• Foreigners cannot participate if the name on their ID card and the applicant's name are different when applying for the event. Write your name accurately.
• If ID forgery or alteration is suspected, a second check may be requested.

1. The event runs from the start time announced later, in the order of winning numbers. On the event day, test calls go to winners through the Discord app they registered before the event starts.

• Test call connection times may change slightly depending on the situation on the day.
• Check your announced time in advance and wait for your turn.
• When it is your turn, staff request the video call on the channel used for the test call.
• After the test call, the wait until your connection may take a while. Be ready to answer before your turn comes.

1. The video call runs in order over Discord video calls during the announced event time.

• If contact with the winner is not smooth, or the Discord app video call is hard to run, staff cannot help. Enter only if you can take part in the video call during that time.

1. If your network or settings have problems, or the call cannot connect or drops because of the network, the call may not be rerun. Check your network, screen and audio settings in advance.
2. The video call event runs at the set time, in the order announced with the winner announcement. Before the event starts on the day, instructions come through Discord. Watch for the message and wait.
3. If a winner does not answer 2 or more times on their turn, 1 more call is made at the end. If the final call does not connect, the call cannot take place.
4. If a winner refuses or ends the call without permission on their turn, they count as unable to take part and the call does not run.
5. All winners get the same time. A call that runs over may be ended.
6. Only the winner may appear on screen. If another person joins or takes part in place of the winner, the call may be ended.
7. Unreasonable requests to the artist, private questions and questions that may cause misunderstandings are not allowed. If content is judged inappropriate, staff may stop the event.
8. To. can be the winner's real name or a nickname (Korean or English).
9. Do not make calls to the organizer, to keep things running smoothly. Staff may step in if something not covered here hinders the event.
10. A member may be absent because of unavoidable circumstances or schedule conflicts. Absence may be announced right before the event.
11. The event may be partly or entirely changed or canceled without notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances.
12. Live streaming during the event is not allowed, and selling or trading video call data is not allowed. The event may end immediately if this is found.
13. Even for things not listed here, you may be restricted from taking part if you hinder the event.

Purchase notes

• This product includes an entry right, and entry is made at the same time as purchase.
• Cancellation and refunds for event entry products are possible only during the entry period. After the period ends, they are not possible, so buy carefully. You can request cancellation and refund until Oct 6, 2026 (Tue) 23:59 KST.
• To cancel: send a request through Musicart website > My Shopping > 1:1 Inquiry or Q&A. You must include the order number, and a request not received within the period cannot be canceled.
• If you cancel an order and had won, the win is voided.
• Albums bought for this event cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason after the entry period ends.
• Event products cannot be withdrawn from the purchase contract. Minors must buy with the consent of a legal guardian (applies to anyone born in 2008 or later).
• Applicant information cannot be changed after winners are announced. Check the information you entered before applying.
• Winners are drawn from the information entered at purchase. If buying for someone else, enter the information of the person who will take part, not the buyer's.
• If you place several orders with the same unit and identical applicant information during the entry period, they are combined automatically.
• Applicant perk: buying 5 albums under one order number gives all 5 Hanbok ver. photocards plus 1 set of 5 Eolppang ver. mini photocards, 10 in total. The mini photocards are added per 5 albums.
• If you split your purchase across several order numbers, photocards may be duplicated.
• Example: 7 albums in one order number: 7 Hanbok ver. photocards + 5 Eolppang ver. mini photocards, 12 in total.
• Example: 10 albums in one order number: 10 Hanbok ver. photocards + 10 Eolppang ver. mini photocards, 20 in total.
• Scratches, tiny dents, spots and nicks that can occur during production of the perk, owing to its material, are not grounds for exchange.
• Albums bought for entry (including winners') ship in order after the event ends and the perks are made.
• When you apply, the winners' personal information is provided as follows to check duplicate winners and run the event.
