How to enter

• Entry period: Oct 6, 2026 (Tue) 13:00 ~ Oct 8, 2026 (Thu) 23:59 KST. Entries close based on completed payment time.
• Store: Musicart Online Mall. KOR: www.musicart.kr, ENG: en.musicart.kr, CHN: cn.musicart.kr, JPN: jp.musicart.kr
• How to enter: During the entry period, buy Soyeon (소연) 1st Full Album [Kkeutnaejuneun Insaeng (끝내주는 인생)] (Home ver. (집 Ver.)) at Musicart Online Mall. 15 winners are drawn for the video call.
• You cannot win twice. (If you enter more than once, the quantities are combined for the draw.)
• Winner announcement: Oct 9, 2026 (Fri) 15:00 KST or later. Check the winners notice board on the Musicart website (KOR).

Video call fan sign: guide

1. Winners prepare their device for the video call in advance and wait for their turn.

• The event runs in the order of winning numbers from the start time of the fan sign. (The order may change depending on the situation.)
• Winners get event guidance messages through KakaoTalk.
• Check your network and device in advance for smooth running.
• A test call and ID check run before the event. Prepare your ID in advance. (The test call time will be announced individually with the event time.)
• Accepted IDs for Korean nationals: resident registration card, driver's license, passport.
• Accepted IDs for Korean minors: youth ID (issued by a community center), student ID (with date of birth), passport.
• Accepted IDs for foreigners: passport, alien registration card.
• No other IDs are accepted (certified copy of resident registration, copies, IDs without a photo, etc.).
• Photos of an ID are not accepted. Only the physical ID counts.

1. When the call comes in, the video call starts.

• Only the winner (1 person) can take part. If someone else joins, or 2 or more people take part, the call ends.
• If call content is judged inappropriate, the video call may end and participation may be restricted.

• If you do not end the call when time runs out, it ends automatically.

Video call fan sign: notes

• The video call uses KakaoTalk's Face Talk feature and runs in order at the announced event time. Read the event details and apply only if you can take part during that time.
• If you do not answer 2 or more calls on your turn, 1 more call will be made at the end of the video call round.
• If the call cannot be connected by the end, the video call cannot take place. Check the fan sign time and apply only if you can take the call.
• Only the winner can take the call. Changing contact details or transferring the win is not possible.
• If someone other than the winner takes the call, or hands it over midway, the connection ends.
• Do not call the event number yourself, to keep things running smoothly.
• The artist signs only on pages inside the album. Short phrases and P.S. requests are not possible, and other components and personal belongings cannot be signed.
• Recording audio, taking photos or videos with a third electronic device, or live streaming yourself is not allowed during this event.
• Do not make unreasonable demands of the artist or otherwise hinder smooth running. Inappropriate behavior may end the call and bring disadvantages later.
• Network problems can make the event hard to run. Check your network environment in advance.
• Even if not listed above, staff may stop you if you are judged to hinder the event too much.
• The To. on the signed album is possible only with the real name (Korean or English) you gave when entering.

Purchase notes

• This product includes an entry right. Entry is completed automatically after purchase, so it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason. If you do not agree to enter, you cannot buy. Buy carefully.
• Event products cannot be withdrawn from purchase. Minors must buy with the consent of a legal guardian (applies to anyone born in 2008).
• Applicant information cannot be changed after winners are announced. Check the information you entered before applying.
• Transferring or selling fan sign entry is not allowed. If someone is found taking part under another person's name, they are immediately barred from the fan sign.
• Winners are drawn from the information entered at purchase. If buying for someone else, enter the information of the person who will take part, not the buyer's.
• If you place several orders with identical applicant information during the entry period, they are combined automatically.
• Albums with this event ship after the gifts are made and the event ends, regardless of the purchase date. Depending on the production schedule, shipping may take 2 weeks or more after the event ends.
• The fan sign schedule may change for unavoidable reasons. Exchange and refund are not possible even then, so keep this in mind.
• When you apply, the winners' personal information is provided as follows to check duplicate winners and run the event.
  • Items provided: name, contact, channel ID, date of birth, email address, nationality
  • Purpose: to run the Soyeon (소연) 1st Full Album [Kkeutnaejuneun Insaeng (끝내주는 인생)] release celebration event
  • Recipients: Musicart Co., Ltd., Cube Entertainment
  • Retention and use period: deleted when the purpose is achieved
