How to enter

• Entry period: Oct 7, 2026 (Wed) 14:00 ~ Oct 9, 2026 (Fri) 23:59 KST. Entries close based on completed payment time.
• Store: Musicart Online Mall. KOR: www.musicart.kr, ENG: en.musicart.kr, CHN: cn.musicart.kr, JPN: jp.musicart.kr
• How to enter: During the entry period, buy JUNHEE (준희) LOVE METHOD at Musicart Online Mall. 15 winners are drawn for the in-person fan sign, 7 for the photo session and 10 for the video call.
• You can enter and win each event more than once, but you cannot win twice in the same round.
• Winner announcement: Oct 10, 2026 (Sat) 15:00 KST or later. Check the winners notice board on the Musicart website (KOR) / musicart.kr.

In-person fan sign: guide

• ID check starts 30 minutes before the start time, followed by number ticket handout.
• Bring your number ticket. If you lose it, you cannot take part in the fan sign.
• Accepted IDs for Korean nationals: resident registration card, youth ID (issued by a community center), driver's license, passport.
• Accepted IDs for foreigners: passport, alien registration card.
• No other IDs are accepted (student ID, certified copy of resident registration, copies, etc.).
• Photos of an ID are not accepted. Only the physical ID counts.
• Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for identity checks.
• Only IDs within their validity period are accepted.
• If the physical ID cannot be verified, or the applicant's name differs from the ID name, you cannot take part. Korean nationals must write their name in Korean; foreigners must write it as shown in English on their passport or alien registration card.
• Foreigners cannot participate if the name on their ID card and the applicant's name are different when applying for the event. Please write your name accurately.
• The store prepares 1 album for signing, so you do not need to bring one. (Albums you bring yourself cannot be signed.)

In-person fan sign: notes

• Number tickets cannot be transferred. If you transfer one, the win and participation are void.
• If you copy or lose a number ticket, you cannot take part in the fan sign.
• You cannot move seats after entering. Changing seats on your own, changing seats midway through the fan sign, or moving around without reason may lead to removal.
• You cannot swap seats with other guests, move to another seat, or set up a tripod anywhere but your designated seat.
• Live streaming on social media (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, SOOP, etc.) is prohibited. If you are caught, you are removed.
• Photos and audio recording are not allowed at all while waiting in line for a signature and while getting it. If you are caught, you are removed.
• If you carry a handphone, Bluetooth earphones, smartwatch or other device that can film or record when you get your signature, staff check them on site. If you are caught filming or recording, the content is deleted and you are removed.
• To prevent damage to the artist's clothes and skin trouble, requests such as pinning on a brooch, stickers or bands, or drawing directly on the skin are not allowed.
• You can get signatures only on the album prepared on site. If you ask for signatures on photocards, dolls or other personal belongings, on-site staff may confiscate them.
• Write [To.] on a Post-it in advance and attach it to the album, for quick on-site running. Korean fans are asked not to request To. in English or Chinese characters.
• To. signatures are possible only in Korean or English, with a real name, a short phrase or a nickname.
• Letters and gifts can be handed directly to the artist.
• Fan sign items are collected in advance in a box prepared at ID check. Clothing-type items are allowed only if they fasten with buttons. Depending on the venue, some items (confetti, fresh flowers, flower petals, soap bubbles, food, etc.) may not be allowed in the venue. Items collected are all returned after the fan sign, and items not picked up are discarded on the day.
• For gifts, flowers and food cannot be handed over.
• If you leave the fan sign venue without permission, you cannot re-enter.
• If you go too far toward the artist or use inappropriate language, you may be sanctioned by on-site staff, and if you continue after a warning, you may be removed.
• Drinking is prohibited before entering and during the fan sign. Entry is refused after drinking, and drinking during the event leads to removal.
• Even if not listed above, you may be removed or sanctioned without notice if you act in ways that hinder smooth running on the day.
• This event may be partly or entirely changed or canceled depending on the organizer's circumstances.
• Notices may be updated later. Check them to avoid disadvantages.

Photo session: guide and notes

• ID check and number ticket handout start at 14:50 KST on the day of the event.
• The ID rules are the same as above.
• You can pose as you like, but if you make unreasonable demands or behave inappropriately, you may be sanctioned by staff and removed. (Direct contact such as drawing or stickers on the artist's skin and touching hands is not allowed.)
• Gifts and support items cannot be handed over at this event. Only fan letters can be delivered.
• You can take photos on your turn according to the process. Taking extra shots with a handphone, camera, recorder, smartwatch or other electronic device, video recording, audio recording and live streaming are not allowed. If you are caught, the data is deleted and you may be removed.
• Schedules may change for unavoidable reasons, and this may be announced just before the event.
• Even if not listed above, staff may stop you if you are judged to hinder the event too much.

Video call fan sign: guide

• A test call and ID check run from 14:20 KST on the day of the fan sign. Prepare your ID in advance.
• The ID rules are the same as above.

1. Winners prepare their device for the video call in advance and wait for their turn.

• The event runs in the order of winning numbers from the start time of the fan sign. (The order may change depending on the situation.)
• Winners get event guidance messages through KakaoTalk.
• Check your network and device in advance for smooth running.

1. When the call comes in, the video call starts.

• Only the winner (1 person) can take part. If someone else joins, or 2 or more people take part, the call ends.
• If call content is judged inappropriate, the video call may end and participation may be restricted.

• If you do not end the call when time runs out, it ends automatically.

Video call fan sign: notes

• Entry is complete only after you enter the applicant's information. Apply with accurate information, as the person who will take part.
• The video call uses KakaoTalk's Face Talk feature and runs in order at the announced event time. Read the event details and apply only if you can take part during that time.
• If you do not answer 2 or more calls on your turn, 1 more call will be made at the end of the video call round.
• If the call cannot be connected by the end, the video call cannot take place. Check the fan sign time and apply only if you can take the call.
• Only the winner can take the call. Changing contact details or transferring the win is not possible. If someone other than the winner takes the call, or hands it over midway, the connection ends.
• Before the event starts, prepare a mobile phone that can make video calls on your messaging channel. Do not call the event number yourself, to keep things running smoothly.
• Recording audio, taking photos or videos with a third electronic device, or live streaming yourself is not allowed during this event.
• Do not make unreasonable demands of the artist or otherwise hinder smooth running. Inappropriate behavior may end the call and bring disadvantages later.
• Drinking is prohibited before and during the fan sign. If drinking is found during the event, the call may end.
• Network problems can make the event hard to run. Check your network environment in advance.
• Even if not listed above, staff may stop you if you are judged to hinder the event too much.

Purchase notes

• This product includes an entry right. Entry is completed automatically after purchase, so it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason. If you do not agree to enter, you cannot buy. Buy carefully.
• Event products cannot be withdrawn from purchase. Minors must buy with the consent of a legal guardian (applies to anyone born in 2008).
• Applicant information cannot be changed after winners are announced. Check the information you entered before applying.
• Transferring or selling fan sign entry is not allowed. If someone is found taking part under another person's name, they are immediately barred from the fan sign.
• Winners are drawn from the information entered at purchase. If buying for someone else, enter the information of the person who will take part, not the buyer's.
• If you place several orders with identical applicant information during the entry period, they are combined automatically.
• Parcels ship after the event ends and the gifts are made.
• This event may be partly changed or canceled without notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances.
• When you apply, the winners' personal information is provided as follows to check duplicate winners and run the event.
