NCT 127 7th Full Album 'BLINGY' release commemoration video call event

Per the NCT fan etiquette rules, if you use abusive or insulting language, make inappropriate remarks or mockery, or make unreasonable demands during the event, your win may be canceled, you may be removed, and you may face disadvantages at later album events.

To celebrate the release of NCT 127's 7th full album 'BLINGY', a video call event is held at Musicart. Join in if you want. Please check how to enter and the notes below.

Event details

1. Winners take part in a 1:1 video call event (30 winners per member, 150 in total).
2. Winners get a signed postcard with their name written on it.

Every applicant gets 1 of 5 unreleased selfie photocards in the outfit worn on the event day, given at random.

• This gift is given based on the number of albums you buy.
• If you buy 5 albums on one order, you get all 5 photocards without duplicates.

How to enter

• Entry period: Oct 8, 2026 (Thu) 18:00 ~ Oct 10, 2026 (Sat) 23:59 KST. Entries are processed based on completed payment time.
• Store: Musicart Online Mall. KOR: www.musicart.kr
• How to enter: During the entry period, buy NCT 127 7th Album 'BLINGY' (JET Poster Ver.) at Musicart Online Mall. 150 winners in total are drawn from customers who completed payment.
• Winner announcement: Oct 11, 2026 (Sun) 11:00 KST or later. On the winners notice board on the Musicart website (KOR), and by individual contact.
• Contact: Musicart customer center 031-8084-3441 / My Shopping 1:1 inquiry or Q&A on the website. Customer service hours: 11:00-17:00 KST, closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, lunch 12:00-13:30 KST.

Event guide

• This event is a video call through KakaoTalk Face Talk. Winners must prepare a phone with KakaoTalk in advance. The video call event runs only through KakaoTalk video call (Face Talk).
• Only the winner may take part. You cannot change your information after entering, so enter with the exact information of the person who will take part.
• Every winner gets the same video call time, about 2 minutes each. If you are not the winner, or 2 or more people take part, the call cannot take place.
• The video call event runs in the order of the numbers announced with the winners.
• You cannot record the call or live stream it on social media.
• To keep things running smoothly, do not make calls or send messages to the event organizer.
• If contact with the winner is not smooth during the event, or the call is hard to run through KakaoTalk, staff cannot help. Check the event details and enter only if you can use KakaoTalk without difficulty at that time.

Notes before you enter

• This product includes an event entry right, and you enter as soon as you buy.
• Cancellation and refund requests for event products are accepted only during the entry period. After the entry period ends, you cannot cancel or get a refund, so buy carefully. (You can request cancellation and refund until Oct 10, 2026 (Sat) 23:59 KST.)
• How to cancel: Submit a request through the Musicart website > My Shopping > 1:1 inquiry / Q&A. You must state the order number to cancel. Requests not received within the period cannot be canceled.
• Cancellation requests are processed based on the date and time of your request. Requests received after customer service hours are processed on the next business day, but if you request during the cancellation period, you can cancel regardless of customer service hours.
• This event product is drawn based on the payment completion time announced in the notice, even if the order has a deposit deadline. If payment is not made by the end of the entry period, the order is canceled automatically.
• If you win after requesting cancellation, the win is voided.
• Albums bought for this event cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason after the entry period ends.
• This event runs only through the ID of the KakaoTalk messenger channel you enter. Enter a searchable channel ID for your KakaoTalk ID, not the email address you use to log in on PC. Check in advance that ID search is allowed.
• Only the winner may take part. Winner contact details cannot be edited or transferred. You bear all responsibility for any harm caused by transfer or entering on someone's behalf. A non-winner cannot take part, so be careful when you enter.
• When you enter, write your name in Korean or English as shown on your ID or passport. If your name differs from the name on the ID, you cannot take part. Korean nationals write it in Korean; foreigners write it in English as shown on their passport or alien registration card. (Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.)
• IDs that can verify the winner:
  • Korean nationals: resident registration card, resident registration application confirmation, passport before expiry, driver's license, youth ID card, youth ID card application confirmation
  • Foreigners: passport before expiry, alien registration card
  • Not accepted: other IDs (student ID, employee ID, national health insurance card, resident registration copy, government employee ID, expired passport, expired alien registration card, etc.)
• Photos of IDs and mobile IDs cannot be used. Only physical IDs are accepted.
• An ID is accepted only if it shows a Korean name or an English name. Prepare it in advance. Example: 홍길동 (OK), Hong gil dong (OK), 洪吉童 (not OK), たなかけんのすけ (not OK)
• Enter your personal information (name, contact, date of birth, channel ID, email, etc.) correctly. You are responsible for what you enter.
• After winners are announced, name, contact and shipping address cannot be changed and will not be reflected. Check that your applicant information is correct on the order details page when you place the order.
• This event allows multiple entries. If you place several orders with the same applicant information during the event period, they are all combined and entered automatically as many times as the total number of albums you bought.
• Albums you bought to enter ship in order after the event ends and the gifts are made.
• Personal information collected and provided for shipping under the Personal Information Protection Act and to check duplicate winners:
  • Recipient: Musicart Co., Ltd.
  • Items collected: name, contact, email, date of birth, channel ID, shipping address, etc.
  • Purpose: to enter the NCT 127 7th Album 'BLINGY' release commemoration video call event
  • Use period: within 7 days after the event ends
• This event may be partly changed or canceled depending on circumstances, and we will let you know separately.

Notes for winners

• Before the event, a test call and ID check are held, so prepare your ID in advance. (Photos, scans and apps are not accepted.)
• The To. on the signed item is written only with the real name (Korean or English) you entered at entry.
• If you have network problems, the event may be hard to run, and if the connection drops or stops because of network problems, it may be hard to redo. Check your network environment in advance.
• The event cannot be redone in the following cases, so check your schedule, network and device before taking part:
  • You do not answer 2 or more calls, or after connecting you cannot reconnect 2 or more times because of network problems
  • You refuse the call or end it without permission
  • The connection is not smooth because of microphone or camera problems
• If you use abusive or insulting language, make inappropriate remarks or mockery, or make unreasonable demands to the artist during the event, your win may be canceled, you may be removed, and you may face disadvantages at later events.
• To keep things running smoothly, staff may step in if you disrupt the event in ways not listed in the notice.
• When the video call wraps up, end the call. If the winner does not end the call, the connection may be ended.
