ID check
- Every event starts with an ID check to confirm the winner, so bring your physical ID. If your identity cannot be confirmed, you cannot take part. This includes no ID, a copy of an ID, or an ID name that differs from the applicant name.
- In-person fan sign: ID is checked when seat numbers are drawn.
- Video call: ID is checked during the test call.
- Accepted IDs for Korean nationals: passport, resident registration card, driver's license, youth ID (issued by a community center), mobile ID (Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety / Korean National Police Agency, PASS).
- Accepted IDs for foreigners: passport, alien registration card.
- No other IDs are accepted (student ID, copy, photo, certified copy, etc.).
- Photos, printed copies and screenshots of a mobile ID are not accepted. Staff may ask you to open the mobile ID app on site.
- An ID is checked only if it matches the applicant information entered for the event. Only a physical ID showing name, date of birth and photo counts. If it does not match the application, you cannot take part.
- Only IDs within their validity period are accepted.
- A Korean ID must show a photo, date of birth (6 digits) and full name, and be issued by the head of a public institution.
- An issuance application confirmation must carry the institution head's seal, and the personal details, issue number and validity period must be covered with a clear sticker. If tampering is suspected, it is not accepted.
- If you entered a name that is not in English and it cannot be checked against the English name on your passport, staff may ask on site to see an extra ID with a photo and a non-English name. Prepare it in advance.
- Staff may ask follow-up questions to guard against borrowed or forged IDs.
Group video call fan sign: guide
- Winners prepare their device in advance and wait for their turn.
- The event runs in order of winning numbers from the start time of the fan sign. (The order may change depending on the situation.)
- Winners get event guidance messages through KakaoTalk.
- Check your network and device in advance for smooth running.
- A test call and ID check run before the event. Prepare your ID in advance. (The test call time will be announced later.)
- The video call starts when the phone call comes in.
- Only the winner (1 person) can take part. If someone else joins, or 2 or more people take part, the call ends.
- If you refuse your turn or end the call without permission, you are treated as unable to take part and the event cannot go on.
- If call content is judged inappropriate, the video call may end and participation may be restricted.
- The video call ends.
- If you do not end the call when time runs out, the call moves on to the next member or ends automatically.
Group video call fan sign: notes
- This is a group video call, and every member gets the same amount of time.
- Entry is complete only after you enter the applicant's information. Apply with accurate information, as the person who will take part.
- The video call uses KakaoTalk's video call and runs in order at the announced event time. Read the event details and apply only if you can take part during that time.
- You cannot change your KakaoTalk ID after winners are announced. This is true for any reason, including account suspension or block, a lost ID or password, being unable to add friends, or a simple typo. Check that the KakaoTalk ID you enter works normally.
- If the call is not answered 2 or more times, the next winner may go first, and 1 more call will be made at the end of that round.
- If someone other than the winner joins, or 2 or more people including the winner join, the fan sign may be ended.
- If the call cannot be connected by the end, the video call cannot take place. Check the fan sign time and apply only if you can take the call.
- Before the event starts, prepare a mobile phone that can make video calls. Do not call the event number yourself, to keep things running smoothly.
- Recording audio, taking photos or videos with a third electronic device, or live streaming yourself is not allowed during this event.
- Do not make unreasonable demands of the artist or otherwise hinder smooth running. Inappropriate behavior may end the call and bring disadvantages later.
- During the video call, a staff member monitors to protect the artist. If content is judged inappropriate, the event may be ended.
- Network problems can make the event hard to run. Check your network environment in advance.
- Even if not listed above, staff may stop you if you are judged to hinder the event too much.
- The fan sign is held on the pages set in the ALLDAY PROJECT The 2nd EP Album 'CRASH' COMPLETE ver. album, and you cannot choose the signature position.
- The To. in the signed album uses the real name you gave when entering. Nicknames, unreasonable requests and requests other than the signature are not possible.
- This fan sign may be postponed or canceled for unavoidable reasons.
In-person fan sign: guide
- Winner checks and number ticket handout start 1 hour before the event starts, at the fan sign venue.
- You meet the artist and have the fan sign in order of the seat number randomly assigned that day.
- Bring your number ticket. If you lose it, you cannot take part in the fan sign.
- This is a closed event, and only the winner can take part. If someone other than the winner takes part, or a number ticket is copied, transferred or sold, the person is removed immediately.
- 1 album is provided on site for signing (1 of the albums you bought).
- You can get signatures only on the album prepared on site, and only at the designated place. If you ask for signatures on photocards, personal belongings or anything other than the designated album, on-site staff will confiscate the item.
- Write [TO. name] (Korean or English) on the Post-it provided and attach it to the album you receive. To. uses the real name you gave when entering. Nicknames are not allowed.
- You choose the signing page yourself. Mark the page for each member in advance with the index Post-its provided on site.
In-person fan sign: notes
- Follow staff guidance on site, and read the notes carefully so the event runs smoothly.
- Seats are assigned by random draw, which may take some time. Arrive 1 hour before the event starts. You cannot enter after the event starts.
- There is no separate waiting area at the venue, so enter right after the number ticket handout.
- Props for photo or video shooting and gifts cannot be handed over. Letters only can be handed over, through the collection box prepared at ID check.
- You may use a memo with a message you want to tell the artist (for example, a script). It may be taken away if attached to the album or if it includes an inappropriate message.
- A Q&A is planned. Write your Q&A question only on the paper prepared on site and hand it in through the collection box. (You cannot use your own paper.)
- Each member allows 1 [TO.] / [signature] / [question Post-it] / [PS request]. Staff check Post-it questions on site before signing. If a Post-it has too many items, mentions other artists, contains questions about private life, drawings or unreasonable demands, staff may take it away or ask you to revise the question.
- Do not make unreasonable demands of the artist or touch the artist directly. If you behave inappropriately toward the artist, you may be removed and face disadvantages at later events.
- You can take photos and video at your own seat, but photos and recording are restricted while waiting for and during the signing. Selfie and Polaroid-style instant photos are not allowed. Flash, AF assist light and strobe light are prohibited. Leave electronic devices, including phones, cameras and recording devices, at your waiting spot when you come up to sign. The store is not responsible for damage to filming devices.
- If you bring a phone, Bluetooth earphones, a smartwatch or another device that can film or record, staff check them on site. If you are caught filming or recording, the content is deleted and you are removed.
- You cannot move seats after entering. Changing seats on your own, changing seats midway through the fan sign, setting up a tripod anywhere but your own seat, or moving around without reason may lead to removal.
- Live streaming on social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Live, SOOP, etc.) is not allowed. If you are caught, all related material is taken or deleted, and you may be removed.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the venue, including beverages.
- This event may be partly changed or canceled without notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances.
