• The parts run in order, Part 1, then Part 2, then Part 3, from the event start time.

How to enter

• Entry period: Oct 12, 2026 (Mon) 3 PM ~ Oct 14, 2026 (Wed) 11:59 PM KST. Orders count once payment is complete.
• Store: Musicart Online Mall. KOR: www.musicart.kr, ENG: en.musicart.kr, CHN: cn.musicart.kr, JPN: jp.musicart.kr
• How to enter: During the entry period, buy ROCKY 3rd MINI ALBUM [UNSAID] at Musicart Online Mall. 20 buyers are drawn for the in-person fan sign, 5 for the special photo and DIY, and 15 for the video call.
• Each applicant can win each event once, but cannot win twice within the same event.
• Winner announcement: Oct 15, 2026 (Thu) 3 PM KST or later. Check the winners notice board on the Musicart website (KOR).

Special gift

In-person fan sign

• Every applicant gets 1 of 3 unreleased selfie photocards, chosen at random (Hamlaki ver. (햄라키)).
• Winners get 1 signed Polaroid (3 winners drawn).

Special photo and DIY

• Every applicant gets 1 of 3 unreleased selfie photocards, chosen at random (lucky fairy ver. (행운 요정)).
• Every winner gets a Polaroid shot with the artist in a pose you choose, signed, and decorates a top loader with the artist.

Video call

• Every applicant gets 1 of 3 unreleased selfie photocards, chosen at random (rockstar ver. (락스타)).
• Winners get 1 signed Polaroid (3 winners drawn).

Applicant perks: if you buy 3 or more albums under one order number for the same event with the same applicant, you get all 3 with no duplicates.

Winner ID check

• Winners' IDs are checked before each event starts. Bring the physical ID.
• Accepted IDs for Korean nationals: resident registration card, youth ID (issued by a community center), driver's license, passport.
• Accepted IDs for foreigners: passport (PASSPORT), alien registration card (KOR ARC).
• No other IDs are accepted (student ID, copy of resident registration, a foreign ID from your home country, etc.).
• Korean nationals attending offline events such as the in-person fan sign and DIY can also use a mobile ID (Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, PASS). It only works by running the app. Captures are not accepted.
• Photos and copies of an ID are not accepted. Only the physical ID counts.
• Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for identity checks.
• Only IDs within their validity period are accepted.
• If the physical ID cannot be verified, or the applicant's name differs from the ID name, you cannot take part. Korean nationals must write their name in Korean; foreigners must write it as shown in English on their passport or alien registration card.
• Foreigners cannot participate if the name on their ID card and the applicant's name are different when applying for the event. Write your name accurately.
• If you cannot show an ID, you cannot take part, so keep this in mind when applying.
• If your identity cannot be confirmed, or ID forgery or misuse is suspected, a second check may be requested.
• The organizer is not responsible for any disadvantage caused by wrong information entered through your own carelessness, or by not having a valid ID.

In-person fan sign: guide

• ID check and number ticket handout for winners start at 1:30 PM on the event day.
• At entry, winners get 1 album to be signed, prepared on site. Other items cannot be signed. Photocards, posters, other albums, phone cases and other personal items found during signing are collected and not returned.
• 1 [To.] / signature / [question Post-it] is allowed. After you receive the album, attach a Post-it with the name you want signed to it.
• To. can be your real name or nickname in Korean or English only, and To. with descriptive phrases is not allowed.
• Unreasonable requests about the signature and P.S. requests are not allowed.
• Staff check question Post-its on site before your signature and may ask you to edit them if they contain unreasonable requests or inappropriate content such as questions about the artist's private life.
• Gifts, letters and props for photos (fan items) prepared for the artist can be handed over through staff. They cannot be handed directly to the artist.
• Props for photos must be handed over before the fan sign starts. The artist wears them during the photo time after the fan sign, and you get them back after the fan sign, so collect them without fail. Props judged unsuitable may not be handed over or used, and the artist may not use every prop depending on the situation.
• Provocative outfits, specific outfits (items tied to other artists' fan clubs or specific groups/teams, etc.), electronics (toy cameras, camcorders, phones, Bluetooth headsets, etc.) cannot be handed over, and items needing a complete change of clothes (hoodies, sweatshirts, pants, etc.) may be restricted without notice.
• No direct physical contact with the artist. To avoid damaging clothes or causing skin trouble, you cannot ask the artist to attach brooches, stickers or bands, or draw directly on skin.
• Drinking is prohibited before entering and during the fan sign. Entry is refused after drinking, and drinking during the event leads to removal.
• You can take photos and videos at your own seat during the fan sign, but not while getting a signature. Leave your phone, camera, smart watch and other electronics at your seat when you get a signature. Recording or shooting leads to removal.
• You cannot stand up from your seat, move to another seat, or walk around during the fan sign.
• Flash, AF assist light and strobe light are prohibited for photos.
• Selfie sticks and tripods can be set up only at your own seat. If they exceed a proper height and bother other guests or block the way, you may be asked to stop using them.
• Live streaming on social media during the fan sign is not allowed. Violators are removed, whether or not they received a signature.
• Only bottled water with a cap is allowed inside the venue. No other drinks or food.
• Even if not listed above, you may be forcibly removed or sanctioned, whether or not you received a signature, if you act in ways that hinder smooth running on the day.
• This notice may be updated depending on how the event goes, so keep checking it.
• A member may be absent due to unavoidable circumstances or schedule, and the absence may be announced right before the event.

DIY event: guide

• Winner ID check starts at 2 PM on site on the event day. (Part 1 timing may shift.)
• In this event, the artist takes a Polaroid in the pose you choose, and then you decorate a top loader together.
• For a designated pose, bring a printed example image.
• Poses that cannot be done may be partly changed or replaced.
• You cannot use items you prepared yourself for decorating. If caught, they are collected and discarded.
• During the event, you can shoot only with 1 phone on 1 tripod. Other shooting devices are not allowed, so leave them in the waiting area before you enter.
• A tripod is not provided, so bring your own.
• If you live stream on social media on site, all related material is deleted, and you may be removed or have your win canceled depending on staff decision and the situation.
• If you make unreasonable demands, shout, swear or use other unpleasant language, you are removed.
• If you demand or force excessive skinship with the artist, you are removed.
• This event may be partly changed or canceled without notice. If a member cannot attend because of unavoidable circumstances or schedule, the absence may be announced right before the event.
• Follow the notes above for smooth running. Even if something is not listed, staff may stop you if there is a problem.

Video call fan sign: how it works

1. Winners prepare their device for the video call in advance and wait for their turn.

• The event runs in the order of winning numbers from the start time of the fan sign. (The order may change depending on the situation.)
• Winners get event guidance messages through KakaoTalk.
• Check your network and device in advance for smooth running.
• Test call and ID check start at 2:30 PM on the event day. Prepare a valid ID in advance.

1. When the call comes in, the video call starts.

• Only the winner (1 person) can take part. If someone else joins, or 2 or more people take part, the call ends.
• If call content is judged inappropriate, the video call may end and participation may be restricted.

1. The video call ends.

• If you do not end the call when time runs out, it ends automatically.

Video call fan sign: notes

• The video call uses the KakaoTalk app's Face Talk feature and runs in order at the announced event time. Read the event details and apply only if you can take part during that time.
• If you do not answer 2 or more calls on your turn, 1 more call will be made at the end of the video call round. If the call cannot be connected by the end, the video call cannot take place. Check the fan sign time and apply only if you can take the call.
• Only the winner can take the call. Changing contact details or transferring the win is not possible. If someone other than the winner joins, or the call is handed over to someone else midway, the connection ends.
• After winners are announced, the channel (KakaoTalk) ID can never be changed. Account suspension, account block, lost ID or password, being unable to add friends, a simple typo: none of these is a reason to change it. Check that the KakaoTalk ID you enter works normally.
• Do not start the call from your side, to keep things running smoothly.
• The signature goes on the album, on the designated page. The inner pages and other components cannot be signed.
• Recording audio, taking photos or videos with a third electronic device, or live streaming yourself is not allowed during this event.
• Do not make unreasonable demands of the artist or otherwise hinder smooth running. Inappropriate behavior may end the call and bring disadvantages later.
• Network problems, or a faulty speaker, earphones or microphone, can make the event hard to run. Check your video call environment in advance.
• Even if not listed above, staff may stop you if you are judged to hinder the event too much.
• The To. in the signed album uses only the real name you gave when applying (Korean or English).

Purchase notes

• This product includes an entry right. Entry is completed automatically after purchase, so it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason. If you do not agree to enter, you cannot buy. Buy carefully.
• Event products cannot be withdrawn from purchase. Minors must buy with the consent of a legal guardian (applies to anyone born in 2008).
• Applicant information cannot be changed after winners are announced. Check the information you entered before applying.
• If you place several orders with identical applicant information during the entry period, they are combined automatically.
• Scratches, tiny dents, spots and stamping marks caused by the material and production of the gifts are not grounds for an exchange.
• Parcels ship after the event ends and the gifts are made. Depending on stock and gift production, it can take 2 weeks or more of business days after the event ends.
• This event may be partly changed or canceled without notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances.
• When you apply, the winners' personal information is provided as follows to check duplicate winners and run the event.
  • Items provided: name, contactable phone number, date of birth, channel ID, email, nationality
