MEET & CALL fan sign event

• In-person fan sign - 7 PM KST.
• Group video call - 8:30 PM KST.
• Venue: Seoul area, announced individually to winners. This is a closed, offline fan sign.

How to enter

• Entry period: Oct 14, 2026 (Wed) 8 PM ~ Oct 16, 2026 (Fri) 11:59 PM KST. Orders count once payment is complete.
• Store: Musicart Online Mall. KOR: www.musicart.kr, ENG: en.musicart.kr, CHN: cn.musicart.kr, JPN: jp.musicart.kr
• How to enter: During the entry period, buy MEOVV Single Album [GO HARD] at Musicart Online Mall. 50 buyers are drawn for the in-person fan sign and 30 for the group video call.
• The HARD KIT ver. does not count for entry.
• Winner announcement: Oct 17, 2026 (Sat) 3 PM KST or later. Check the winners notice board on the Musicart website (KOR).

Special gift

Every applicant gets 1 of 5 unreleased selfie photocards, chosen at random (same quantity as albums purchased, 1:1). There are separate photocard sets for the in-person fan sign and the group video call.

• If you buy 5 albums with the same order number and applicant information, you get all 5 with no duplicates. If you split your purchase into several orders, you may get duplicates.
• The photocards are made with different images for the in-person fan sign and the video call.

Event ID check

• Winners' IDs are checked before every event starts. Bring the physical ID. If your identity cannot be confirmed, you cannot take part in the fan sign. (No ID, a copy, or an ID whose name differs from the applicant's name means no entry.)
• In-person fan sign: ID check when you draw your seat ticket.
• Video call: ID check at the test call.
• Accepted IDs for Korean nationals: passport, resident registration card, driver's license, youth ID (issued by a community center), mobile ID (Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, PASS).
• Accepted IDs for foreigners: passport, alien registration card.
• No other IDs are accepted (student ID, copy, photo, etc.).
• Photos of an ID, printouts and captured files of mobile IDs are not accepted. Staff may ask you to run the mobile ID app on site.
• An ID is checked only if it matches the application information, and only a physical ID showing name, date of birth and photo counts. If it does not match the application, you cannot take part.
• Only physical IDs within their validity period are accepted.
• IDs of Korean nationals must clearly show a photo, date of birth (6 digits) and name, and be issued by the head of a public institution.
• For an application confirmation of issuance, the head of the institution's seal must be clearly visible, and the personal details including the photo, issue number and validity period must be covered with a transparent sticker. If forgery is suspected, it is not accepted.
• If you entered your name in English and it cannot be matched to the English name on your passport, staff may ask on site for an extra ID showing your photo and a name other than your English name. Prepare in advance.
• When confirming your identity, staff may ask questions as a second check to guard against transferred or forged IDs.
• The organizer is not responsible for any disadvantage caused by wrong information entered through your own carelessness.

In-person fan sign: guide

• Winner information check and number tickets start 1 hour before the event start time at the fan sign venue.
• Seat numbers are assigned at random on the day, and the fan sign runs in that order.
• Bring your number ticket. If you lose it, you cannot take part.
• This event is closed, and only the winner can take part. Anyone else taking part, or copying, transferring or selling number tickets, is removed immediately.
• The store gives you 1 album for signing on site (1 of the albums you bought, version random).
• You cannot get a signature on anything other than the album prepared on site or anywhere other than the designated place. Staff collect photocards, personal items or any other item that is not the designated album if you ask for a signature on it.
• Write [To. name] (Korean or English) on the Post-it provided and attach it to the album. To. uses the real name you gave when applying. Nicknames, drawings and P.S. are not allowed.
• You choose the signature page yourself. Mark the page each member should sign on with the index Post-its provided on site.

In-person fan sign: notes

• Read these notes and follow staff requests and guidance for smooth running.
• Fan sign seats are assigned by random draw, which can take some time. Arrive at the venue 1 hour before the event starts. Entry is not possible after the event starts, so arrive in time.
• There is no separate waiting area. Enter right after the winner check and number ticket handout.
• Simple props for photos and videos can be passed to the artist through staff, but props you prepare may not be used depending on the situation. Props can be collected after the fan sign when you leave, but this may vary on the day. (Props not collected may be discarded on the day.)
• Fan letters and props prepared for the artist are handed to the box or staff provided at the ID check. Letters are the only gift allowed. All other support (gifts), including food, cannot be handed over.
• Post-its are not accepted at this fan sign. Unreasonable requests beyond signing the album (such as drawing a picture or writing P.S.) are not allowed.
• Do not make unreasonable demands or have direct contact with the artist, or otherwise hinder smooth running. If you act inappropriately toward the artist, you may be sanctioned or removed, and disadvantaged at later events.
• You can take photos and videos freely at your own seat in the venue, but not while waiting or getting a signature. Selfies and instant photos where the artist poses for you are also not allowed. Flash, AF assist light and strobe are not allowed. Leave electronics, including phones, cameras and recorders, at the waiting area when you go up. The organizer is not responsible for damage to your shooting equipment.
• If you carry a phone, Bluetooth earphones, smart watch or other device that can record or shoot, staff may check you on site. If you are caught shooting or recording, the content is deleted and you are removed.
• Seat changes after entering are restricted. Changing seats on your own, changing seats midway through the fan sign, setting up a tripod anywhere other than your seat, or moving around without reason leads to removal.
• Live streaming on social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Live, SOOP, etc.) is not allowed. If caught, all related material is collected or deleted and you are removed.
• No food or drinks, including drinks, may be brought into the fan sign venue.
• This event may be partly changed or canceled without notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances. A member may be absent due to unavoidable circumstances, and no exchange or refund is possible even then.

Group video call fan sign: guide

1. Winners prepare their device for the video call in advance and wait for their turn.

• The event runs in the order of winning numbers from the start time of the fan sign. (The order may change depending on the situation.)
• Winners get event guidance messages through KakaoTalk.
• Check your network and device in advance for smooth running.
• Test call and ID check start at 19:30 KST on the event day. Prepare your ID in advance.

1. When the call comes in, the video call starts.

• Only the winner (1 person) can take part. If someone else joins, or 2 or more people take part, the call ends.
• If you refuse or end the call without permission on your turn, you are treated as unable to take part and no further call is made.
• If call content is judged inappropriate, the video call may end and participation may be restricted.

1. The video call ends.

• If you do not end the call when time runs out, the call moves to the next member or ends automatically.

Group video call fan sign: notes

• This is a group video call, held at the same time for all members.
• Entry is complete only after you enter the applicant's information. Apply with accurate information, as the person who will take part.
• The video call uses KakaoTalk and runs in order at the announced event time. Read the event details and apply only if you can take part during that time.
• After winners are announced, the channel (KakaoTalk) ID can never be changed. Account suspension, account block, lost ID or password, being unable to add friends, a simple typo: none of these is a reason to change it. Check that the KakaoTalk ID you enter works normally.
• If a call does not connect twice or more, the next winner goes first, and 1 more call is made at the end of that round.
• If someone other than you takes part, or 2 or more people including you take part, the fan sign may be ended.
• If the call cannot be connected by the end, the video call cannot take place. Check the fan sign time and apply only if you can take the call.
• Prepare a device that can make video calls on your mobile messaging channel before the event starts.
• Do not start the call from your side, to keep things running smoothly.
• Recording audio, taking photos or videos with a third electronic device, or live streaming yourself is not allowed during this event.
• Do not make unreasonable demands of the artist or otherwise hinder smooth running. Inappropriate behavior may end the call and bring disadvantages later.
• To protect the artists, a staff member watches the video call, and the event may be ended if the content is judged inappropriate.
• Network problems can make the event hard to run. Check your network environment in advance.
• Even if not listed above, staff may stop you if you are judged to hinder the event too much.
• You can get a signature only on the pages of the MEOVV Single Album [GO HARD] designated for signing. You cannot choose the signature position.
• The To. in the signed album uses the real name you gave when applying. Nicknames and unreasonable requests beyond signing the album (such as drawing a picture or writing P.S.) are not allowed.
• Because of unavoidable circumstances, the date or time of the event may change or the event may be canceled before it starts.

Entry notes

• This product includes an entry right. Entry is completed automatically after purchase, so it cannot be canceled or refunded later for any reason. If you do not agree to enter, you cannot buy. Buy carefully.
• Event products cannot be withdrawn from purchase. Buyers under 14 need a guardian's consent when applying. Contact the Musicart customer center if the buyer is under 14. Check the notice so you do not lose out.
• This is a product that completes entry automatically when you buy. After entering, check My Page order lookup to confirm payment is complete.
• Applicant information cannot be changed after winners are announced. Check the information you entered before applying. (Never enter another person's information; enter the applicant's.)
• Winners are drawn only from the applicant information entered when applying. Apply with the Korean name (Korean nationals) or the English name (foreigners) shown on your ID or passport. (Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.)
• Transferring or selling the fan sign win is not allowed. If someone is found taking part under another person's name, they are immediately barred from the fan sign.
• Winners are drawn from the information entered at purchase. If buying for someone else, enter the information of the person who will take part, not the buyer's.
• If you place several orders with identical applicant information during the entry period, they are combined automatically.
• Products you buy ship in order after the event ends and the gifts are made. The shipping schedule may change depending on gift production.
• When you apply, the winners' personal information is provided as follows to check duplicate winners and run the event.
  • Items provided: name, contactable phone number, date of birth, email address, channel ID, nationality
  • Purpose: to run the video call for the MEOVV Single Album [GO HARD] release celebration
  • Recipients: Musicart Co., Ltd., YG PLUS, The Black Label
  • Retention and use period: deleted when the purpose is achieved
