In-person fan sign: guide

• Winner check and number tickets start at 13:30 KST on the day at the venue.
• Seat numbers are assigned at random on the day, and the fan sign runs in that order.
• Bring your number ticket. If you lose it, you cannot take part.
• The store prepares 1 album for signing, so you do not need to bring anything.
• Write your name (Korean or English) on a Post-it and attach it to the album. Also mark the page each member should sign on.
• The signed name must be the Korean or English name shown on your ID or passport. Descriptive phrases are fine; P.S. is not allowed.
• Post-it questions: 1 per member, multiple-choice with 4 options or fewer. Staff check them on site and may ask you to change or drop inappropriate ones.
• You can take photos and videos at your own seat, but not while getting a signature. Leave your phone, camera, smart watch and other electronics at your seat when you get a signature. Recording or shooting leads to removal.
• You cannot stand up, move to another seat, or walk around during the fan sign.
• Gifts are not allowed. Letters and fan sign items can be handed over.
• Staff check fan sign items before your signature and may refuse unsuitable ones. All items are returned after the fan sign; the organizer is not responsible for items not collected at the set time.
• Flash, AF assist light and strobe light are prohibited for photos.
• Selfie sticks and tripods can be set up only at your own seat. If they exceed a proper height and bother other guests, you may be asked to stop using them.
• Live streaming on social media is not allowed. Violators are removed, whether or not they received a signature.
• No drawing or stickers on the artist's skin.
• Drinking is prohibited before entering and during the fan sign. Entry is refused after drinking, and drinking during the event leads to removal.
• Only water is allowed inside the venue (lobby, seats, etc.). No other drinks or food.
• No signed album is provided if you do not attend.
• Even if not listed above, you may be removed or sanctioned, whether or not you received a signature, if you act in ways that hinder smooth running on the day.
• This notice may be updated later, so keep checking it.
• A member may be absent due to unavoidable circumstances or schedule, and the absence may be announced right before the event.
