• The event runs in the order Part 1 > Part 2 > Part 3 from the start time.

Event details

• Entry period: Oct 26, 2026 (Mon) 3:00 PM ~ Oct 28, 2026 (Wed) 11:59 PM KST. The entry deadline is based on the time payment is completed.
• Store: Musicart Online Mall - KOR: www.musicart.kr, ENG: en.musicart.kr, CHN: cn.musicart.kr, JPN: jp.musicart.kr
• How to enter: Buy the LEEHANGYUL - NOISE event entry album at Musicart Online Mall during the entry period. Winners are drawn from buyers: 20 for the in-person fansign, 5 for the special DIY, 10 for the video call.
• You can win and take part in Parts 1 to 3 at the same time, but you cannot win the same event more than once.
• Winner announcement: Oct 29, 2026 (Thu) 3:00 PM KST or later, on the winners notice board on the Musicart website (KOR).

• All in-person and special DIY applicants: 1 of 3 unreleased photocards, random (Gyeoldaenchi ver.).
• All video call applicants: 1 of 3 unreleased photocards, random (Sundung Yang ver.).
• If you buy 3 albums under one order number as the same applicant for the same event, you get all 3 photocards without duplicates.

Winner perk

• In-person winners (3 drawn): 1 signed Polaroid.
• All special DIY winners: Decorate a keyring with the artist.
• Video call winners (2 drawn): 1 signed Polaroid.

Winner ID check

• Before each event starts, winners' IDs are checked to confirm identity. Bring a valid ID.
• IDs accepted for identity check:
  • Korean citizens: resident registration card, youth ID (issued by a community center), driver's license, passport.
  • Foreigners: passport, alien registration card.
  • No other ID is accepted (for example a student ID, a copy of a resident registration card, or any other copy).
• Photos of an ID are not accepted. Only a physical ID can be checked.
• Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for identity check.
• Only IDs within their validity period are accepted.
• If your physical ID cannot be verified, or your applicant name differs from the name on your ID, you cannot take part. Korean citizens must write their name in Korean. Foreigners must write their name in English as shown on their passport or alien registration card.
• Foreigners cannot participate if the name on their ID card and the applicant's name are different when applying for the event. Please write your name accurately.

In-person fansign guide

• Number tickets are handed out after the winner ID check, starting 30 minutes before the start time.
• Bring your number ticket. You cannot take part in the fansign without it.
• The seller prepares 1 album for winners to get signed, so you do not need to bring one. Albums you bring yourself cannot be signed.
• Number tickets cannot be transferred. If you transfer one and get caught, your win and participation are void.
• If you copy or lose your number ticket, you cannot take part in the fansign.
• You cannot move seats after entering. Changing seats on your own, changing seats in the middle of the fansign or moving around without reason may get you removed.
• You cannot swap seats with other attendees. You cannot move to a seat other than your assigned one or set up a tripod in another place.
• Live broadcasting the fansign on SNS (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, SOOP, etc.) is banned. Offenders will be removed.
• Filming and recording are allowed at this fansign. However, you can film only from your own seat. Filming is not allowed while waiting in the signing line or while getting a signature. Offenders will have their footage deleted and be removed.
• To protect the artist's clothes and skin, do not ask for drawings directly on the skin, such as brooches, stickers or bands.
• You can get signatures only on the album prepared on site. Items such as photocards and dolls that you bring may be taken by on-site staff if you ask for a signature on them.
• To speed things up, stick a Post-it with [To.] written on it in advance. Korean fans are asked not to write [To.] in English or Chinese characters. For the Post-it question during the fansign, you can ask only 1 multiple-choice question.
• On-site staff will check Post-it questions. If a question is inappropriate, you may be asked to edit it or the question may be skipped.
• You can hand letters and gifts directly to the artist. Hand small items to the staff when it is your turn. Small items are returned after the fansign. Items you do not take with you are discarded. We are not responsible for items not collected during the set return time.
• Items judged unsuitable for filming cannot be handed over or used. Depending on the situation on site, the artist may not be able to use all the items received.
• Flowers and food cannot be handed over as gifts.
• If you leave the fansign venue without permission, you cannot re-enter.
• If you act excessively toward the artist or use inappropriate language, on-site staff may sanction you. If this continues after a warning, you may be removed.
• Drinking is banned before entering and during the fansign. If you drink before entry, entry is restricted. If you drink during the event, you may be forcibly removed.
• Even if not listed above, if you act in a way that makes smooth running difficult on the day, you may be removed or sanctioned regardless of who you are.
• Part or all of this event may be changed or canceled depending on the organizer's circumstances.
• The notice may be edited later. Please keep this in mind so that you do not suffer a disadvantage by missing it.

DIY event guide

• From 8:10 PM KST on the day of the event, winners' IDs are checked on site. * This may change depending on how Part 1 goes.
• You cannot use items you prepared yourself for decorating. If caught, they are taken and discarded.
• During the event, you can film only with 1 phone + tripod. No other filming device is allowed, so leave it at the event waiting area before entering.
  • The tripod can be set up facing the artist.
  • Tripods are not provided separately. Bring your own.
• If you live broadcast on SNS at the venue and are caught, all related footage is deleted, and your win may be canceled and you may be removed, depending on staff sanctions and the situation on site.
• If you make unreasonable demands, shout, swear or otherwise act unpleasantly toward the artist, you will be removed.
• If you ask for or force unnecessary excessive skinship with the artist, you will be removed.
• Please keep the above in mind for smooth running. Even for matters not listed, on-site staff may stop you if problems arise.

Video call fansign guide

1. Winners prepare the device for the video call in advance and wait for their turn.
   • The event runs in the order of the winning number from the fansign start time. (*The order may change depending on the situation on site.)
   • Winners get a KakaoTalk message with event instructions.
   • Check your network and device in advance for smooth running.
   • From 7:30 PM KST on the day, test calls and ID checks are held, so have your ID ready.
2. When the call comes in, you do the video call.
   • Only the winner (1 person) can take part. If anyone other than the winner joins, or 2 or more people join the video call, the call is forcibly ended.
   • If the call content is judged inappropriate, the video call may be ended and your participation restricted.
3. End the video call.
   • If you do not end the call after your time is up, it is forcibly ended.

Notes

• When you enter the event, you must enter the event applicant's information to complete the entry.
• Be sure to enter with the exact information of the person who will take part.
• The video call uses the KakaoTalk Face Talk feature and runs in order at the announced event time. Check the event details and enter only if you can join at that time without trouble.
• If you do not answer a call 2 or more times when it is your turn, you get 1 more call at the end of that video call round.
• If the call does not connect even at the end, the video call cannot take place. Check the fansign time and enter only if you can take the call.
• Only the winner can take the call. You cannot change the contact or transfer it. If anyone other than the winner joins the call, or the call is passed to someone else midway and this is caught, the connection is forcibly ended.
• Before the event starts, prepare a mobile phone that can make video calls on a mobile channel. *For smooth running, please do not call the number you were sent the call from.
• The To. in the album can be only the real name (Korean or English) you gave when entering. Requests for decorative text, drawings, symbols, P.S. and the like are not possible.
• You cannot record audio, take photos or videos with a third-party electronic device, or live broadcast yourself during the event.
• Do not make unreasonable demands of the artist or otherwise get in the way of smooth running. If you act inappropriately, the call may be ended and a penalty may apply afterward.
• Drinking is banned before the fansign and during it. If you are found drinking during the event, the call may be forcibly ended.
• If your network connection has problems, the event may be hard to run, so check your own network environment in advance.
• Even for matters not listed, if you are judged to interfere excessively with the event, staff may stop you.

Purchase notes

• This product includes an entry right. Entry is completed automatically after purchase, and it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason. If you do not agree to the entry, you cannot buy, so please buy carefully.
• Event products cannot be withdrawn from the purchase. Minors must buy with the consent of a legal guardian. (Applies to people born in 2008.)
• After winners are announced, you cannot change applicant information at all. Check the information you wrote before entering.
• Fansign entries cannot be transferred or sold. If you are caught taking part in a fansign using someone else's name, your participation is restricted immediately.
• Winners are drawn based on the information entered at purchase. If you buy on someone's behalf, enter the information of the person who will take part, not the buyer's information.
• If you place multiple orders with the same applicant information during the entry period, they are combined automatically.
• Items for this event are shipped by courier after the perks are made, regardless of the purchase date. Depending on album stock and perk production, it may take 2 or more additional weeks after the event ends.
• This event may be partly changed or canceled without prior notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances.
• For this event, the following personal information of winners is provided for checking duplicate winners and running the event:
  • Items provided: name, contact number for calls, date of birth, channel ID, email, nationality.
  • Purpose of collection: to run the LEEHANGYUL - NOISE event.
  • Recipients: Musicart Co., Ltd. and Orcar Music.
  • Retention and use period: deleted once the purpose is achieved.
• All albums bought for this event count toward the Hanteo Chart.
