MEOVV Single Album [GO HARD] release event: SPECIAL 1:1 PHOTO EVENT

Where to enter: Musicart online mall (KOR: www.musicart.kr, ENG: en.musicart.kr, CHN: cn.musicart.kr, JP: jp.musicart.kr)

How to enter: Buy the photo event album on the Musicart online mall during the entry period. 50 customers are drawn (10 per member).

• The HARD KIT ver. is not eligible for entry.
• You can enter and win for different members at the same time. (You cannot win more than once for the same member.)

Winner announcement: After Oct 31, 2026 (Sat) 3:00 PM (KST), on the winner notice board of the Musicart website (KOR)

Special gift

• Every entrant: 1 random unreleased selfie photocard out of 5 (1 per album bought).
• If the order number and applicant details are the same, buying 5 sets sends all 5 photocards with no duplicates. If you split your purchase, you may get duplicates.
• Every winner: 1 Polaroid taken 1:1 with the artist.

ID check

• To confirm the winner's identity, ID checks start 1 hour before the event begins. Bring your physical ID. If your identity cannot be confirmed, you cannot take part. (No ID, a copy, or an ID whose name differs from the applicant's means no entry.)
• Accepted IDs:
• Korean nationals: passport, resident registration card, driver's license, youth ID (issued by a community center), mobile ID (Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety and National Police Agency, or PASS)
• Foreign nationals: passport, alien registration card
• No other ID is accepted (student ID, copies, photos, resident registration abstracts, etc.).
• Photos of an ID, printouts, and mobile ID screenshots are not accepted. Staff may ask you to open the mobile ID app on site.
• Your ID is checked only if it matches the entry information. It must be a physical ID showing name, date of birth and photo so your identity can be confirmed. If it does not match, you cannot take part.
• Only physical IDs within their validity period are accepted.
• For Korean nationals, the ID must clearly show your photo, date of birth (6 digits) and full name, and be issued by the head of a public institution.
• For an application receipt for an ID, the head of the institution's seal must be on it, and a clear sticker must cover your personal details, including photo, issue number and validity period. If tampering is suspected, it is not accepted.
• If you entered with a name other than the one in your passport's English name and it cannot be checked, staff may ask to see an additional ID showing your photo and English name on site. Prepare in advance.
• During the ID check, staff may ask follow-up questions to catch transferred or forged IDs.
• Musicart is not responsible for any loss caused by wrong information you entered.

How the 1:1 photo event works and notes

The photo event is held at a private location. Each winning fan takes a 1:1 Polaroid photo with the artist. Direct physical contact with the artist is strictly prohibited during the shoot.

• Shooting poses are sent in advance by official Musicart email. Check them and pick 1 of the poses provided. (There are 5 poses in total.)
• The event runs in the order of the posted winner list.
• Winner check-in and entry are only possible during the set times. If you are late, you cannot enter or take part.
• Filming and recording are restricted during the photo event. Leave all electronics, including phones, cameras and recording devices, in the waiting area. If you carry a phone or any recording-capable device (including Bluetooth earphones and smart watches), staff will check; if caught, your memory will be recovered and deleted, and you will be removed.
• Gifts cannot be handed over at this photo event. Only fan letters can be passed on, via the letter box at the check-in desk after your ID check. (All gifts other than fan letters will be returned to you.)
• You cannot bring small items or personal belongings (including cheering props) into the event.
• Retakes are possible only at staff discretion for problems such as severe overexposure, a blurred subject or the artist's eyes closed. You get 1 retake at most.
• Polaroid shots can have slight light bleed, soft focus or scratches on the film surface. Retakes are not available for these.
• Even for things not listed here, you may be removed or restricted if you act in a way that makes the event hard to run smoothly.
• This notice may be updated later. Read the notice so you are not disadvantaged.
• A member may be unable to attend because of unavoidable circumstances or schedules, and the absence may be announced right before the event. No exchanges or refunds are given in that case.
• The event date and time may change, or the event may be canceled, due to unavoidable circumstances.

Notes on entering

• This event product includes an entry ticket. Entry is completed automatically when you buy, and the purchase cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason later. If you do not agree to this, do not buy. Buy carefully.
• The event product cannot be withdrawn under the cooling-off rule. For children under 14, a guardian's consent is needed to enter; contact the Musicart customer center. Check this notice so you are not disadvantaged.
• Buying this product enters you automatically. After entering, check your order history in My Page to confirm payment went through.
• Applicant information cannot be changed after winners are announced. Check the details you entered before entering. (Never enter anyone else's details, such as for a proxy entry; enter the applicant's own.)
• The draw uses only the applicant information you entered. Enter the Korean name (Koreans) or English name (foreigners) shown on your ID or passport. (Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.)
• Event winning rights cannot be given or sold. If you are caught entering under someone else's name, you are barred from the event immediately.
• The draw uses the information entered at purchase. For a proxy purchase, enter the details of the person attending, not the buyer.
• Multiple orders with the same applicant information during the entry period are added together automatically.
• Purchased products ship in order after the event ends and the benefits are produced. The shipping schedule may change with the benefit production schedule.
• Winners' personal information is shared to check for duplicate winners and run the event.
