How to enter

• Entry period: Oct 29, 2026 (Thu) 15:00 ~ Oct 31, 2026 (Sat) 23:59 KST. Entries close based on completed payment time.

• How to enter: During the entry period, buy Eric Nam (에릭남) Confessions of a Lonely Heart at Musicart Online Mall. 30 winners are drawn for the in-person fan sign and 20 for the video call.
• You can enter and win both events at the same time, but you cannot win twice within the same event.
• Winner announcement: Nov 2, 2026 (Mon) 15:00 KST or later. Check the winners notice board on the Musicart website (KOR) / musicart.kr.

• Applicant perk photocards are given in the same quantity as the albums you buy (1:1).
• If you buy 2 or more albums with identical applicant information under one order number for each event, the photocards ship without duplicates.

In-person fan sign: guide

• ID check and number tickets start 30 minutes before the start time.
• Accepted IDs for Korean nationals: resident registration card, youth ID (issued by a community center), driver's license, passport.
• Accepted IDs for foreigners: passport, alien registration card.
• No other IDs are accepted (student ID, copy of resident registration, photocopies, etc.).
• Photos of an ID are not accepted. Only the physical ID counts.
• Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for identity checks.
• Only IDs within their validity period are accepted.
• If the physical ID cannot be verified, or the applicant's name differs from the ID name, you cannot take part. Korean nationals must write their name in Korean; foreigners must write it as shown in English on their passport or alien registration card.
• Foreigners cannot participate if the name on their ID card and the applicant's name are different when applying for the event. Please write your name accurately.
• The store prepares 1 album for signing, so you do not need to bring anything.
• Signatures go on the album only. If you ask for a signature on photocards, personal belongings or anything other than the album, on-site staff will confiscate the item.
• Write [To.] on a Post-it in advance and attach it to the album. To. can be the real name you provided when entering (Korean or English) or a nickname.
• Staff check Post-it questions on site before you get your signature. Questions with unreasonable requests or demands, or inappropriate content such as questions about the artist's private life, may need to be revised or may be excluded.
• You cannot move seats after entering. Changing seats on your own, changing seats midway through the fan sign, or moving around without reason may lead to removal.
• Selfie sticks and tripods can be set up only at your own seat. If they exceed a proper height and bother other guests, you may be asked to stop using them.
• Gifts are not allowed at this fan sign. Letters can be handed directly to the artist on your turn. Props must be handed to on-site staff.
• Props are returned after the fan sign. Some props may be discarded depending on the situation.
• Flash, AF assist light and strobe light are prohibited for photos.
• Live streaming on social media during the fan sign is not allowed. Violators are removed, whether or not they received a signature.
• No drawing or stickers on the artist's skin.
• Drinking is prohibited before entering and during the fan sign. Entry is refused after drinking, and drinking during the event leads to removal.
• Even if not listed above, you may be removed or sanctioned, whether or not you received a signature, if you act in ways that hinder smooth running on the day.

Video call fan sign: guide

1. Winners prepare their device for the video call in advance and wait for their turn.

• The event runs in the order of winning numbers from the start time of the fan sign. (The order may change depending on the situation.)
• Winners get event guidance messages through KakaoTalk.
• Check your network and device in advance for smooth running.
• Test call and ID check start at 15:30 KST on the event day. Prepare your ID in advance.
• Accepted IDs for Korean nationals: resident registration card, youth ID (issued by a community center), driver's license, passport.
• Accepted IDs for foreigners: passport, alien registration card.

1. When the call comes in, the video call starts.

• Only the winner (1 person) can take part. If someone else joins, or 2 or more people take part, the call ends.
• If call content is judged inappropriate, the video call may end and participation may be restricted.

1. The video call ends.

• If you do not end the call when time runs out, it ends automatically.

Video call fan sign: notes

• Entry is complete only after you enter the applicant's information. Apply with accurate information, as the person who will take part.
• The video call uses KakaoTalk's Face Talk feature and runs in order at the announced event time. Read the event details and apply only if you can take part during that time.
• If you do not answer 2 or more calls on your turn, 1 more call will be made at the end of the video call round.
• If the call cannot be connected by the end, the video call cannot take place. Check the fan sign time and apply only if you can take the call.
• Only the winner can take the call. Changing contact details or transferring the win is not possible. If someone other than the winner joins, or the call is handed over to someone else midway, the connection ends.
• Before the event starts, prepare a mobile phone that can make video calls on your messaging channel. Do not start the call from your side, to keep things running smoothly.
• Recording audio, taking photos or videos with a third electronic device, or live streaming yourself is not allowed during this event.
• Do not make unreasonable demands of the artist or otherwise hinder smooth running. Inappropriate behavior may end the call and bring disadvantages later.
• Drinking is prohibited before and during the fan sign. If drinking is found during the event, the call may end.
• Network problems can make the event hard to run. Check your network environment in advance.
• Even if not listed above, staff may stop you if you are judged to hinder the event too much.

Purchase notes

• This product includes an entry right. Entry is completed automatically after purchase, so it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason. If you do not agree to enter, you cannot buy. Buy carefully.
• Event products cannot be withdrawn from purchase. Minors must buy with the consent of a legal guardian (applies to anyone born in 2008).
• Applicant information cannot be changed after winners are announced. Check the information you entered before applying.
• Transferring or selling fan sign entry is not allowed. If someone is found taking part under another person's name, they are immediately barred from the fan sign.
• Winners are drawn from the information entered at purchase. If buying for someone else, enter the information of the person who will take part, not the buyer's.
• If you place several orders with identical applicant information during the entry period, they are combined automatically.
• Parcels ship after the event ends and the gifts are made.
• This event may be partly changed or canceled without notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances.
• When you apply, the winners' personal information is provided as follows to check duplicate winners and run the event.
