Schedule

• Part 1: 1:1 stick cookie decorating - 3 winners per member. Nov 8, 2026 (Sun) 14:00 KST. Venue: announced individually to winners.
• Part 2: In-person fan sign - 30 winners. Nov 8, 2026 (Sun), after Part 1 ends. Venue: announced individually to winners.
• Part 3: 1:1 video call fan sign - 5 winners per member. Nov 8, 2026 (Sun), after Part 2 ends.

How to enter

• Entry period: Oct 30, 2026 (Fri) 15:00 ~ Nov 1, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST. Entries close based on completed payment time.
• Store: Musicart Online Mall. KOR: www.musicart.kr, ENG: en.musicart.kr, CHN: cn.musicart.kr, JPN: jp.musicart.kr
• How to enter: During the entry period, buy NouerA 4th Mini Album [.exe] POCA ver. at Musicart Online Mall. Winners are drawn from album buyers: DIY 3 per member, in-person 30, video call 5 per member.
• You can enter each round and win more than once across rounds. You cannot win more than once within the same round or for the same member.
• Signatures go on the member-specific sign page. The signed page is prepared separately by the store.
• Winner announcement: Nov 2, 2026 (Mon) 17:00 KST or later. Check the winners notice board on the Musicart website (KOR) / musicart.kr.

ID check

• Every winner's identity is checked before each event starts.
• Part 1, stick cookie decorating: ID check starts at 13:40 KST.
• Part 2, in-person fan sign: ID check starts at 14:20 KST.
• Part 3, 1:1 video call fan sign: ID check starts at 15:30 KST, during the test call.
• If your ID is not verified at check-in, or the name on the ID differs from the winner's name, you cannot take part. Prepare a valid ID that can confirm your identity when you win.
• Accepted IDs for Korean nationals: resident registration card, youth ID (issued by a community center), driver's license, passport.
• Accepted IDs for foreigners: passport, alien registration card.
• No other IDs are accepted (student ID, copy of resident registration, photocopies, etc.).
• Photos of an ID are not accepted. Only the physical ID counts.
• Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for identity checks.
• Only IDs within their validity period are accepted.
• If the physical ID cannot be verified, or the applicant's name differs from the ID name, you cannot take part. Korean nationals must write their name in Korean; foreigners must write it as shown in English on their passport or alien registration card.
• Foreigners cannot participate if the name on their ID card and the applicant's name are different when applying for the event. Please write your name accurately.

Stick cookie decorating: rules and notes

• Winner check and number tickets are handed out on site from 13:40 KST on the event day.
• Each winner gets about 5 minutes.
• This is a decorating experience using finished stick cookies. Winners decorate their own cookies together with the member. Wear gloves for hygiene. Sharing food with others is not allowed.
• The stick cookies are for the experience only. Eating them at the venue is not allowed. Pack them up individually and take them out after the experience.
• You cannot use items you brought yourself. If caught, they will be confiscated and discarded.
• Filming is limited to 1 smartphone on a tripod (a phone stand). Fixed shots only. You can film and set up facing the member across the table.
• Film cameras, Polaroid cameras and professional camera equipment are not allowed in.
• Selfie cams without any decorating, or using the whole time just to leave a message (PS), are not allowed. Violations may lead to deletion of footage and removal from the event.
• Excessive skinship, unreasonable demands and inappropriate remarks may lead to staff sanctions and removal. (No drawing or stickers on the artist's skin and no touching of the hands or other direct contact.)
• Live streaming on social media at the venue will lead to deletion of all related material, cancellation of the win and removal, depending on staff decision and the situation.
• Entry tickets cannot be transferred. Violators are removed.
• Members may be absent due to unavoidable circumstances or schedules. Absences may be announced just before the event.
• Even if not listed above, you may be removed or sanctioned if you act in ways that hinder smooth running on the day.
• This event may be partly changed or canceled without notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances.

In-person fan sign: rules and notes

• Winner check and number tickets are handed out at the fan sign venue from 14:20 KST on the event day.
• Times may change depending on how the earlier event goes.
• The fan sign proceeds in order of seat numbers assigned at random on the day.
• Bring your number ticket. If you lose it, you cannot take part.
• 1 set of sign pages (7 types) is prepared by the store, so you do not need to bring anything. Personal albums cannot be signed.
• Only one name (To.) can be signed. Prepare a Post-it in advance.
• Write your real name or the name (nickname) you want signed. It must be 5 characters or fewer in Korean or English; modifiers are allowed. PS is not allowed. Without a name (To.), you cannot receive a signature.
• Read the notes below and cooperate with staff requests.
• You can take photos and videos at your own seat, but not while receiving the signature. Leave phones, cameras, smart watches and other electronics at your seat while you get your signature. Recording or filming will lead to removal.
• You cannot stand up from your seat, move to another seat, or walk around during the fan sign.
• Post-it questions at the fan sign: 1 multiple-choice or short-answer question per member. Staff check Post-it questions on site. Inappropriate questions may need to be revised or may not be allowed.
• Gifts to the artist are not allowed. Letters and fan sign items can be handed to the artist directly.
• Staff check fan sign items before you get your signature. Items judged inappropriate may not be handed over. All items are returned after the fan sign. We are not responsible for items not collected at the designated time.
• Flowers (including fresh and dried flowers), food that may spoil or is unpackaged (cake, loose snacks, chocolate, takeout drinks, etc.), soap bubbles, party poppers and confetti are not allowed as entry items or fan sign items.
• Flash, AF assist light and strobe light are prohibited for photos.
• Selfie sticks and tripods can be set up only at your own seat. If they exceed a proper height and bother other guests, you may be asked to stop using them.
• Live streaming on social media during the fan sign is not allowed. Violators are removed, whether or not they received a signature.
• No drawing or stickers on the artist's skin.
• Drinking is prohibited before entering and during the fan sign. Entry is refused after drinking, and drinking during the event leads to removal.
• Inside the venue (lobby, seating, etc.), no drinks or food other than water.
• Even if not listed above, you may be removed or sanctioned, whether or not you received a signature, if you act in ways that hinder smooth running on the day.
• Notices may be edited later. Read them carefully to avoid disadvantages.
• Members may be absent due to unavoidable circumstances or schedules. Absences may be announced just before the event.

Video call fan sign: rules and notes

• Test call and ID check start at 15:30 KST on the event day. Be ready.

1. Winners prepare their device for the video call in advance and wait for their turn.

• The event runs in the order of winning numbers from the start time. (The order may change depending on the situation.)
• Winners get event guidance messages through KakaoTalk.
• Check your network and device in advance for smooth running.

1. When the call comes in, the video call starts.

• Only the winner (1 person) can take part. If someone else joins, or 2 or more people take part, the call ends.
• If call content is judged inappropriate, the video call may end and participation may be restricted.

1. The video call ends.

• If you do not end the call when time runs out, it ends automatically.

Notes

• Entry is complete only after you enter the applicant's information. Apply with accurate information, as the person who will take part.
• The video call uses KakaoTalk's Face Talk feature and runs in order at the announced event time. Read the event details and apply only if you can take part during that time.
• If you do not answer 2 or more calls on your turn, 1 more call will be made at the end of the video call round.
• If the call cannot be connected by the end, the video call cannot take place. Check the fan sign time and apply only if you can take the call.
• Only the winner can take the call. Changing contact details or transferring the win is not possible. If someone other than the winner joins, or the call is handed over to someone else midway, the connection ends.
• Before the event starts, prepare a mobile phone that can make video calls on your messaging channel. Do not start the call from your side, to keep things running smoothly.
• Signing is done on the same sign page as the in-person event. Components (such as photocards) cannot be signed.
• The To. on the sign page can be your real name or the name (nickname) you want. It must be 5 characters or fewer in Korean or English; modifiers are allowed. PS is not allowed.
• Nicknames are collected and screened in advance for winners only. Unusable nicknames may be changed arbitrarily.
• Recording audio, taking photos or videos with a third electronic device, or live streaming yourself is not allowed during this event.
• Do not make unreasonable demands of the artist or otherwise hinder smooth running. Inappropriate behavior may end the call and bring disadvantages later.
• Drinking is prohibited before and during the fan sign. If drinking is found during the event, the call may end.
• Network problems can make the event hard to run. Check your network environment in advance.
• Even if not listed above, staff may stop you if you are judged to hinder the event too much.
• Members may be absent due to unavoidable circumstances or schedules. Absences may be announced just before the event.

Purchase notes

• This product includes an entry right. Entry is completed automatically after purchase, so it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason. If you do not agree to enter, you cannot buy. Buy carefully.
• Event products cannot be withdrawn from purchase. Minors must buy with the consent of a legal guardian (applies to anyone born in 2008).
• Applicant information cannot be changed after winners are announced. Check the information you entered before applying.
• Transferring or selling event entry is not allowed. If someone is found taking part under another person's name, they are immediately barred from the event.
• Winners are drawn from the information entered at purchase. If buying for someone else, enter the information of the person who will take part, not the buyer's.
• If you place several orders with identical applicant information during the entry period, they are combined automatically.
• Parcels ship after the event ends and the gifts are made.
• This event may be partly changed or canceled without notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances.
• When you apply, the winners' personal information is provided as follows to check duplicate winners and run the event.
  • Items provided: name, contactable phone number, date of birth, channel ID, email, nationality
  • Purpose: to run the NouerA 4th Mini Album [.exe] event
  • Recipients: Musicart Co., Ltd., Noua Entertainment
  • Retention and use period: deleted when the purpose is achieved
