  • Entry period: Nov 8, 2026 (Sun) 14:00 ~ Nov 10, 2026 (Tue) 23:59 KST. Entries close based on completed payment time.
• Offline (record store inside Youngpoong Bookstore, Starfield Suwon): 4F Starfield Suwon, 175 Seongsu-ro, Jangan-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi-do. Open daily 10:00 - 22:00 KST. Inquiries: 031-690-1416.
  • Entry period: Nov 8, 2026 (Sun) 14:00 ~ Nov 10, 2026 (Tue) 21:00 KST. Entries close based on completed payment time.
  • The store may be crowded near closing time, so leave plenty of time.
• How to enter: During the entry period, buy A2O SOUL DEBUT EP [SUPERSTAR] (SOUL Ver. / CONSTELLATION Ver.) at a designated store. 15 winners online and 15 offline, 30 in total.
• A2O SOUL DEBUT EP [SUPERSTAR] (CARABINER Ver.) does not count for this event.
• Online and offline entries and draws are separate. You cannot win twice.
• Winner announcement: Nov 11, 2026 (Wed) 15:00 KST or later, on the winners notice board of the Musicart website (KOR).

Gift

• All applicants: 1 random unreleased selfie photocard out of 15 types.
  • Buying 15 albums under the same applicant info in one order number gives all 15 types without duplicates. If you buy in several orders, you may get duplicates.
  • The same photocards are given online and offline.

Open fan sign guide

• ID check and number tickets are handled from 1 hour before the start. Bring your number ticket. Without it you cannot join the fan sign.
• IDs accepted for identity check:
  • Korean nationals: resident registration card, youth ID (issued by a community center), driver's license, passport
  • Foreigners: passport, alien registration card
  • Not accepted: student ID, copy of resident registration, photocopies and so on
  • An image of an ID is not accepted. Only a physical ID with a photo works.
  • Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including a university student ID).
  • Only IDs that have not expired are accepted.
• If your physical ID cannot be verified, or the applicant name differs from the ID name, you cannot join. Korean nationals write the name in Korean. Foreigners write the English name on their passport or alien registration card. Foreigners cannot join if the ID name and the applicant name differ.
• If you cannot show ID, you cannot join, so keep this in mind when you enter.
• Winners do not need to bring their own album for the autograph. The store prepares 1 album for you. You cannot get an autograph on an album you bring yourself.

Viewing cautions

• For safe viewing, no personal gear such as chairs, ladders, monopods or tripods in the free viewing area. No flash, AF assist light or strobe light when taking photos.
  • Only fan sign winners may set up a tripod at their own seat in the winners' area.
• The viewing area is crowded. Anyone who disturbs safe running of the event, viewers included, may be removed without exception.
• Other dangerous behavior, and behavior that disturbs viewing or passage, may be sanctioned. Please cooperate so everyone can enjoy the event safely and comfortably.

Fan sign cautions

• Only letters can be handed to the artist. Gifts and items for photos cannot be handed over. Give your prepared letter through the separate box or to staff (not directly to the artist).
• Winners get 1 album for the autograph, handed out on site at the in-person fan sign entrance (random version). Only the photobook of that album can be signed. Other items cannot be signed, such as photocards and posters inside the album, other albums, phone cases and personal items. Such items will not be returned once collected.
• After you receive the album, stick the [TO.] Post-it with the name or nickname you want signed, and the member signature page, as indexes. Without the [TO.] Post-it and the member signature page index, the signing cannot go ahead, so prepare them before your turn.
• Only 1 [TO.] / [signature] per member. [TO.] is allowed as 1 real name or nickname in Korean or English only. No fancy styling, leading phrases, special characters, drawings or emoji in the nickname. The album is checked before signing, and staff may ask you to change it.
• No fancy styling or P.S. requests, and no Post-it question sheets.
• No direct physical contact with the artist. To avoid damage to clothes and skin trouble, no requests to sign directly on skin, such as brooches, stickers or bands.
• ID is checked before entry and right before the signing, so bring your physical ID.
• No drinking before entry or during the event. After drinking, entry is limited, and you may be removed during the event.
• You may take photos and video from your own seat during the event, but not while you are getting an autograph. Put your phone, camera and smart watch aside when you get your autograph. Recording or filming will get you removed.
• No standing up from your seat, moving to another seat, or walking around during the fan sign.
• No flash, AF assist light or strobe light when taking photos.
• Selfie sticks and tripods can be set up only at your own seat. If they bother other guests beyond the proper height, you may be asked to stop using them.
• No drinks other than water, and no food, in the fan sign venue.
• Even for things not listed above, you may be removed and sanctioned whether or not you get an autograph if you act in a way that disrupts the event on the day.
• The notice may be edited later. Read it so you do not suffer a disadvantage.
• Some members may not attend due to unavoidable circumstances or schedule changes. The absence notice may be given just before the event.
• The event may be changed or canceled depending on the situation.

Purchase cautions

• This product includes an entry right. Buying it enters you automatically, and it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason. If you do not agree to entering, do not buy. Buy carefully.
• Event products cannot be withdrawn from. Minors (those born in 2008) must buy with a legal guardian's consent.
• Applicant info cannot be changed after winners are announced. Check the info you entered before you enter.
• The draw uses the info entered at purchase. If you buy on someone's behalf, enter the info of the person who will join the event, not the buyer's.
• If you place several orders with the same applicant info during the entry period, they are added up for the draw.
  • They are added up only within the same store. If you buy both online and offline, each is entered separately.
• Albums ship in order after the event ends and the gifts are made. Depending on the gift production time and album stock, it may take 2 weeks or more after the event ends (same for online and offline).
• Scratches, tiny dents, dots or creases caused by the gift's material or production are not grounds for exchange.
• Personal information provided for this event, for checking duplicate winners and running the event:
  • Items provided: name, contact that can take calls, date of birth, email, nationality
  • Purpose: running the A2O SOUL DEBUT EP [SUPERSTAR] release celebration event
  • Recipients: Musicart Co., Ltd., A2O Entertainment
  • Retention and use period: deleted once the purpose is achieved
• All albums bought for this event count toward the Hanteo Chart.
