• A member may be absent for unavoidable reasons or schedule conflicts, and the absence may be announced right before the event.

How to enter: Winners are chosen from people who buy xikers 8TH MINI ALBUM [ROUTE ZERO : The CALLING] (POCAALBUM) on this event page during the entry period.

• Part 1, in-person fansign: 50 winners in total
• Part 2, individual video call: 100 winners in total (10 per member)
• You can enter Parts 1 and 2 and each member together, and you can win them all. Winning the same member twice counts as one turn.
• The number of entries is unrelated to the number of orders. You get one entry for every album you buy in this event. Example: buy 10 albums and get 10 entry tickets; buy 24 albums and get 24 entry tickets.
• Orders marked payment complete are entered automatically. If you place several orders, you are entered as many times as the total quantity you bought.
• You still receive the Makestar perks if you choose not to enter.
• Entries are based on the event entry info you type when ordering (name, date of birth, phone number, messenger and ID).
• The name written on your sign is the Starmaker name you typed at purchase. Only Korean (up to 5 characters) or English (up to 10 characters) is possible. Requests for modifiers, drawings, symbols or P.S. notes, including through brackets or request notes in the Starmaker name, are not applied. The Starmaker name cannot be changed after sales end, and a name written outside the format is signed with your real name.
• After entry closes, requests to change applicant or messenger info are not accepted. If a wrong entry makes it hard to confirm your identity on the day, you will be told you cannot take part.

Before you enter: applicant info

• If you live abroad, enter your own phone number with the country code, not a forwarding agent's or someone else's number. Makestar is not responsible for any disadvantage from a number that cannot be reached.

1. Enter the applicant's real name and email in the order info. Foreigners: use the English name as on your passport and put the country code in your phone number.
2. Entries use the event entry info you type when ordering (name, phone number, date of birth, messenger and ID), not your member info. Foreign applicants should apply under the English name on their passports.
   • To change entry info before the event closes, cancel your order and buy again.
   • Customer service cannot change applicant info.
3. Only the winner can take part. Contact and info cannot be changed after you enter, so enter exact info. Nicknames are not accepted; use your real name.
4. Enter info for one person per order. If you enter two or more people, only one is accepted, as decided by the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for problems from not reading this.
5. The video call runs only on Discord and LINE.
6. Check that your messenger ID is set to allow friend search and friend adds. The organizer is not responsible for problems when a friend add is not allowed or cannot be registered.

Video call event: cautions

1. The event runs on the video call channel ID you entered. You cannot change the messenger or ID after you enter.
2. If the channel ID you entered does not match the account for your phone number, the event may be restricted.
3. Before and on the day of the event, a confirmation message is sent through your messenger channel. Reply to the info request and friend add messages.
4. The artist and the winner hold a video call, and it ends when the set time is up.
5. If you do not answer or decline 2 or more times at your turn, or end the call without permission, you get 1 more call at the very end. If you still cannot be reached, the video call cannot run and no more tries are possible.
6. If your network or device settings cause problems, the event may be hard to run.
   • A redo may not be possible if a network problem stops or cuts the call. Check your network, screen and audio settings in advance.
7. If you decline or end your turn without permission, you are treated as unable to take part.
8. If you do not end the call yourself, staff may end it.
9. Do not ask the artist private questions or make unreasonable requests. If you swear, blame or behave inappropriately, staff may end the call.
10. No requests beyond the signature (such as drawings or P.S. notes).
11. To keep the event running smoothly, do not call or contact the organizer. Calling back may limit your participation.
12. An ID check is done before the event. Bring your ID. Without matching ID you cannot take part.
    • Only a physical ID with your photo is accepted; photos, scans, copies and extracts are not.
    • Korean (14 or older, minors): youth ID, elementary/middle/high school student ID, passport, or a government-issued qualification showing date of birth
    • Korean (adults): resident registration card, driver's license, passport
    • Foreigners: passport, alien registration card (Foreigner: Passport or alien registration card only)
    • IDs are accepted only before they expire.
    • Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for ID checks.

13. Only the winner can take part. If you are connected with someone other than the winner, or 2 or more people join, the call may be ended.

In-person fansign: guide

• Since Apr 13, 2026, people under 14 cannot enter or take part in events. Notice: https://www.makestar.com/notice/500935
• This is an in-person fansign held in Korea. Enter only if you can attend on site.

1. An ID check is done before entry. Bring your ID.
   • Only a physical ID with your photo is accepted; photos, scans, resident registration copies and extracts are not.
   • Korean (14 or older, minors): youth ID, middle or high school student ID, passport, or a government-issued qualification showing date of birth
   • Korean (adults): resident registration card, driver's license, passport
   • Foreigners: passport, alien registration card (Foreigner: Passport or alien registration card only)
   • IDs are accepted only before they expire.
   • Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for ID checks.
2. Winner check and number tickets open 30 minutes before the fansign starts. Seats are drawn on site.
3. Be seated at your own number before the fansign starts. Moving seats after entering is strictly restricted. Changing seats on your own may get you removed.
4. Proxy purchases are allowed, but only the person who entered can attend the fansign. If you transfer your winning ticket, you are removed on site and excluded from all of the artist's later events.
5. Do not stand up, move to another seat or wander around during the fansign.
6. You can take photos and video at your seat during the fansign, but not while getting a signature. Leave phones, cameras, smartwatches and all other electronics at your seat when you go up. Recording or shooting gets you removed.
7. No flash, AF assist light or strobe light when taking photos.
8. Selfie sticks and tripods can be set up only at your own seat. Staff may ask you to stop if they go above a proper height and bother others.
9. No live streaming on social media during the fansign. If caught, you are removed whether or not you got a signature.
10. Signatures go only on the provided sign sheet. Photocards, personal items and other items are collected by staff.
11. Mark the page you want signed for each member in advance.
12. No gifts or support. For fansign items (headbands, flower crowns and so on), each participant can give 1 set (up to 3 items of the same concept) to one member only. Hand them over through staff at your turn.
    • Staff check items before the signature. Inappropriate items, or amounts that could disrupt the fansign, may not be passed on.
    • Items are checked in your queue first, and passed on only while you get your signature on stage.
    • You cannot put items on the artist yourself.
    • Everything is returned after the fansign. Makestar is not responsible for items not collected at the set time.
13. Hand letters to on-site staff before the fansign starts.
    • Handing them directly to a member may get them collected by staff.
    • Scripts can be used only for confirming the winner's identity, and may be collected by staff if handed to a member.
14. Each member gets 1 name (To.) and 1 Post-it question per person, so prepare your Post-its in advance.
    • Korean or English only; no modifiers or P.S.
    • Questions must be choice questions (A vs. B / YES or NO) or multiple choice with 5 options or fewer, and only about the member. Short-answer or essay questions, letter requests and questions that lead to a specific answer are not allowed.
    • Staff check Post-it questions before the signature. Questions with unreasonable requests or private topics may need to be changed or may not be allowed.
15. No contact that touches skin, such as drawing or stickers. Do not hold pens or stickers that touch skin during the signature.
16. No drinking before entry or during the event. You may be refused entry if you have been drinking, and removed if you drink during the event. No drinks other than water and no food inside the venue (lobby, seats).
17. Even for actions not listed above, if you act in a way that makes smooth running hard on the day, you may be removed and sanctioned whether or not you got a signature.
18. Makestar is not responsible for situations caused by not reading this notice, so read it carefully.

Cautions for all buyers

• Makestar is not responsible for problems from not reading the cautions below.

1. Products bought during the entry period cannot be canceled or refunded by customers after entry closes. Cancellation is possible only for requests made by Nov 5, 2026 (Thu) 11:59 AM KST; later requests cannot be canceled or refunded. Canceled orders are removed from the draw.
2. You can enter and win more than once. Proxy entries are allowed, but only the winner can take part in the event.
3. After winners are announced, customer service cannot change your real name, contact or video call channel ID. Before you order, check that you entered the real name and email, details you can join with, and a phone number you can be reached on.
4. To check duplicate winners and run the event, personal information is collected and provided as follows.

5. The event may be changed or canceled without notice, and some members may not be able to join because of unavoidable circumstances.
