The 1:1 online two-shot event runs only on a separate app (LiNC).

• A member may be absent for unavoidable reasons or schedule conflicts, and the absence may be announced right before the event.

How to enter: Winners are chosen from people who buy NEXZ The 4th Mini Album 'SAUCIN'' (PHOTO PACK Ver.) on this event page during the entry period.

• Online two-shot event: 175 winners in total
• 25 per member (20 per member + 5 special winners)
• You can buy for several members and win for several members.
• The number of entries is unrelated to the number of orders. You get one entry for every album you buy in this event. Example: buy 10 albums and get 10 entry tickets; buy 24 albums and get 24 entry tickets.
• Orders marked payment complete are entered automatically. If you place several orders, you are entered as many times as the total quantity you bought.
• Entries are based on the event entry info you type when ordering (name, date of birth, phone number, messenger and ID).
• The name written on your signed album is the applicant name you typed at purchase. Only Korean or English is possible. Requests for modifiers, drawings, symbols or P.S. notes are not applied.

35 of the online two-shot entrants are picked for a special online two-shot event (5 per member, 35 in total).

• If you win the SPECIAL EVENT, your online two-shot is replaced by the special online two-shot.

Before you enter: applicant info

• If you live abroad, enter your own phone number with the country code, not a forwarding agent's or someone else's number. Makestar is not responsible for any disadvantage from a number that cannot be reached.

1. Enter the applicant's real name and email in the order info. Foreigners: use the English name as on your passport and put the country code in your phone number.
2. Entries use the event entry info you type when ordering (name, phone number, date of birth, messenger and ID), not your member info. Foreign applicants must apply using the English name exactly as it appears on their passport.
   • To change entry info before the event closes, cancel your order and buy again.
   • Customer service cannot change applicant info.
3. Only the winner can take part. Contact and info cannot be changed after you enter, so enter exact info. Nicknames are not accepted; use your real name.
4. Enter info for one person per order. If you enter two or more people, only one is accepted, as decided by the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for problems from not reading this.

Video call event: cautions

• Since Apr 13, 2026, people under 14 cannot enter or take part in events. Notice: https://www.makestar.com/notice/500935

1. This event runs only on a separate app (LiNC), not on any other channel. Makestar does collect KakaoTalk/LINE IDs separately at purchase, for emergency contact only.
   • You cannot join unless you download the app, sign up and enter the entry code before the event.
   • You cannot join unless you allow camera, microphone and photo storage access before the event.
2. Event confirmation emails are sent 1 day before and on the day of the event. Reply to the info request and entry code messages.
3. The online two-shot is held in landscape and ends automatically when the set time is up. Set your phone to landscape.
4. If you cannot be connected after 2 or more tries at your turn, you get 1 more try at the very end. If that extra try also fails, you cannot take part.
   • If your network or device settings cause problems, the event may be hard to run, and a redo may not be possible. Check your network, screen and audio settings in advance.
5. If you decline or end your turn without permission, you are treated as unable to take part.
6. Do not ask the artist private questions or make unreasonable requests. If you swear, blame or behave inappropriately, staff may end the call.
7. An ID check is done before the event. Bring your ID. Without matching ID you cannot take part.
   • Only a physical ID with your photo is accepted; photos, scans, copies and extracts are not.
   • Korean (14 or older, minors): youth ID, middle or high school student ID, passport, or a government-issued qualification showing date of birth
   • Korean (adults): resident registration card, driver's license, passport
   • Foreigners: passport, alien registration card
   • IDs are accepted only before they expire.
8. Only the applicant can take part. If you are connected with someone other than the winner, or 2 or more people join, the call may be ended.
9. The event runs under the applicant name. Enter the Korean name (Koreans) or English name (foreigners) written on your ID or passport. Names that differ from your ID or passport are not accepted.

Cautions for all buyers

• Makestar is not responsible for problems from not reading the cautions below.

1. Products bought during the entry period cannot be canceled or refunded by customers after entry closes. Cancellation is possible only for requests made by Nov 4, 2026 (Wed) 23:59 KST; later requests cannot be canceled or refunded. Canceled orders are removed from the draw.
2. You can enter and win more than once. Proxy entries are allowed, but only the winner can take part in the event.
3. After winners are announced, customer service cannot change your real name, contact or video call channel ID. Before you order, check that you entered the real name and email, details you can join with, and a phone number you can be reached on.
4. To check duplicate winners and run the event, personal information is collected and provided as follows.
   • Items: name, contact, date of birth, ID for each video call channel and similar
   • Purpose: to confirm winners and run the NEXZ The 4th Mini Album 'SAUCIN'' (PHOTO PACK Ver.) First 1:1 Online Photo&Call Event
   • Recipients: Makestar, JYP Entertainment
   • Retention: deleted within 1 year after the event ends
5. The event may be changed or canceled without notice, and some members may not be able to join because of unavoidable circumstances.
6. This product includes a draw ticket, and the ticket loses its value when entry closes. After sales close, no refunds for a change of mind.
   • Products and rewards you bought are made after the event ends and shipped in order.

Process from sale to shipping

Makestar-limited rewards go into production right after pre-sale ends, once the production quantity is fixed.

• For events held overseas, shipping starts after the on-site event ends.

2. Right after the event ends, the quantity is fixed and Makestar-limited rewards (including perks) go into production. Production takes about 1-2 weeks on average.
3. Worldwide shipping starts. Shipping dates may shift depending on production time and circumstances.

Sales, exchange and shipping

1. Missing or damaged items: take photos, and an unboxing video if possible, showing whether anything is missing or damaged. Report them to customer service within 1 week after delivery and extra shipping or exchange can be considered.
   • Take photos or video of the unboxing when you first receive the parcel, of the packaging after opening the box, and with all contents visible.
   • If an item inside the album is damaged, an exchange can take 4-12 weeks.
   • No exchange if 7 days have passed since receipt (by tracking) or no video is attached. This also applies if you used a forwarding agent.
   • If you return or exchange with a courier other than the designated one, the parcel is sent back automatically.
   • Even when damage or missing items are confirmed, exchange and reshipping may be hard if stock runs out.
2. Domestic shipping: Jeju and remote islands may have an extra shipping fee.
3. International shipping:
   • Customs duties may apply depending on the country, and the buyer pays them.
   • The courier may contact you separately about customs before shipping.
   • If duties are not paid in time, the product may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped.
   • If customs clearance is not done, the product may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped.
   • Undervaluing is not possible, and notes in the remarks field are not applied.
4. Refunds: within the refund period, request one in your order history. Profile photo (top right) - Delivery/Orders - Order history - Cancel.
