Event schedule

• The schedule may change depending on the artist's schedule.
• A member may be absent for unavoidable reasons or schedule conflicts, and the absence may be announced right before the event.

Venue: Entry time and detailed venue are announced to winners only.

How to enter: Winners are chosen from people who buy KEYVITUP 2nd EP [NA-GARI] (MEO-JEORI Ver.) on this event page during the entry period.

• Part 1, offline fansign event: 30 winners in total
• Part 2, individual video call event: 50 winners in total (10 per member, including 2 special winners each)

SPECIAL EVENT: 10 of the individual video call winners are chosen for a special individual video call with the member they entered (2 per member, 10 in total).

• You enter the special event automatically when you enter the video call event.

• If you win the special event, the individual video call you entered is replaced by the special individual video call.

• You can enter and win Parts 1 and 2 and each member more than once. If you win the same member twice, only one counts.

• The number of entries does not depend on the number of orders. You get as many entries as the total number of albums you buy in this event. Example: 10 albums = 10 entries, 24 albums = 24 entries.

• Orders marked payment complete are entered automatically. If you place several orders, you are entered as many times as the total quantity.

• Applicant info comes from the event entry info you type at checkout (name, date of birth, phone number, messenger ID), not your member profile. Changes are not possible after entries close. If the info is wrong and the staff cannot confirm you on the day, you are told you cannot take part.

• Cancelling an existing order and buying again is the only way to change entry info before the deadline. Customer service cannot change it.

• Winners are told the venue by email 1 to 3 days before the event. Entry time and detailed venue are announced to winners only.

• You still get the Makestar perks if you choose not to enter.

• The signed name uses the entrant name you typed at checkout, in Korean or English only. Modifiers, drawings, symbols and P.S. are not applied.

2. 1 signed album with your name from that member (one of the albums you bought)

Entrant info notes

• If you live abroad, write your own contact number with the country code, not a freight forwarder's or someone else's number. Makestar is not responsible for any disadvantage caused by a number that cannot be reached.

1. At checkout, write the entrant's real name and email in the order info. Foreigners write the name in English as on the passport and add the country code to the phone number.
2. Entries use the event entry info you type at checkout (name, phone number, date of birth, messenger and ID), not your member profile. International applicants must apply using the English name exactly as it appears on their passport.

• To change entry info before the deadline, cancel the existing order and buy again.
• Customer service cannot change entrant info.

1. Only the winner can take part, and contact info cannot be changed after you enter. Enter accurate info. Nicknames and aliases are not accepted; use your real name.
2. Enter info for only one person per order. If you enter two or more people, only one is recognized, per the organizer's criteria. The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not reading this.
3. The video call runs only on LINE and Discord. If you pick Discord, enter a Discord ID that can be searched and added in the ID field, not an email address.
4. Check that friend search and friend add are allowed for the messenger ID you enter. The organizer is not responsible for problems if friend add is blocked or registration fails.

Video call event notes

• From Apr 13, 2026, minors under 14 cannot enter or take part in events. Notice: https://www.makestar.com/notice/500935

1. The call uses the video call channel ID you gave. Messenger and ID cannot be changed after you enter.
2. The artist and the winner hold the call, and it ends when the set time is over.

• Individual video call: the artist and the winner talk for a set time of about 2 minutes.

1. One day before the event and on the day it starts, an event confirmation message is sent through your messenger channel. Reply to the info check and friend add messages.
2. If you do not answer or you reject the call twice at your turn, or you end it without permission, you get one more call at the end. If the call still does not connect, the event cannot be held and no further attempt is made.
3. Network or device problems on the winner's side can make the event hard to run. If the connection drops or fails, a redo may not be possible, so check your network, screen and audio settings beforehand.
4. If you reject the call or end it without permission at your turn, it counts as not taking part.
5. If the winner does not end the call, staff may end it by force.
6. Do not ask the artist private questions or unreasonable favors. Swearing, blame or inappropriate behavior can get the call ended by force at the staff's decision.
7. Do not call or contact the organizer during the event. Calling back limits your participation.
8. Identity is checked before the event. Have your ID ready.

• Only a physical ID with a photo works: no mobile ID, photos, scans or copies. Photo, name and date of birth are required.
• Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license or passport. Korean minors aged 14 and over: middle or high school student ID, passport or youth ID. Foreigners: passport or alien registration card. The ID must not be expired. The name on the ID must be in Korean or English.
• If you cannot show ID, you cannot take part.

1. Only the winner can take part. If you are connected to someone else, or two or more people join, the call can be ended by force.
2. No recording, filming or live broadcast on social media during the call. If you are caught, staff can stop you and end the event by force.
3. The signed name uses the entrant name you typed at checkout, in Korean or English only.
4. No modifiers, drawings, symbols or P.S. requests.

• The organizer is not responsible for situations caused by not reading this notice.
• The organizer is not responsible for accidents caused by ignoring these rules or the staff's instructions.
• The event may be partly changed or cancelled without prior notice depending on the situation.

Offline fansign notes

This fansign is held in Korea. Enter only if you can attend on site.

1. Identity is checked before entry. Have your ID ready.

• Only a physical ID with a photo works: no photos, scans or copies.
• Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license or passport. Korean minors aged 14 and over: middle or high school student ID, passport or youth ID. Foreigners: passport or alien registration card. The ID must not be expired. The name on the ID must be in Korean or English.
• If you cannot show ID, you cannot take part.

1. Winner check and number tickets start 30 minutes before the event. Seats are assigned by lottery on site.
2. Winner check and entry are possible only at the set time. After that time you cannot enter or take part.
3. Buying for someone else is allowed. Only the person who entered can attend, and transfer or resale is not allowed. If you give away a winning ticket or use someone else's identity, you are removed on the spot and excluded from all of that artist's events afterward.
4. Sit at your numbered seat before the event starts. Moving seats after entry is strictly limited, and getting up or changing seats can get you removed.
5. The organizer is not responsible for disadvantages from arguing with other fans, swapping number tickets, moving seats, not lining up in order, or not following staff. You are treated as not wanting to take part and removed.
6. You can take photos and video at your seat during the event. After you move to take part, no filming or recording is allowed. Leave cameras, phones, earphones and other electronics at your seat when you move.

• If you are caught using electronics to film or record, you can be restricted from taking part, have your data deleted on site and be removed.
• The organizer is not responsible for damage to devices that are seized to delete data.

1. No flash, AF assist light or strobe light when taking photos.
2. Photos and video are allowed only at your own seat, and selfie sticks and tripods too. If they go above a reasonable height and bother others, you may be asked to stop.
3. No live broadcast on social media during the event. If you are caught, you are removed whether or not you took part.
4. You cannot use writing tools other than the ones provided, and you cannot ask the artist to sign or doodle with your own tools.
5. You can get a signature only on the album prepared on site. You cannot ask to change the name or get a signature anywhere else. Items other than the album, such as photocards and personal belongings, are collected by staff if you get them signed.

• No signing on photocards, posters, albums, phone cases or other personal belongings.
• Items caught this way are collected and not returned.

1. Each member signs once per album. Attach your TO sticky note beforehand. If you keep changing the album or the name while getting signed, you can be penalized at later fansigns.

• TO. must be your real name in Korean or English, with no modifiers and no PS.
• Mark the page each member signs with a sticky note or index.

1. One sticky note question per member. Prepare it in advance.

• Questions about the member only, as a choice (A vs B / YES or NO) or multiple choice with 5 options or fewer.
• No questions about the winner, short-answer or essay questions, or questions that push for a specific answer.
• No requests for a drawing or a letter on an album or personal item.
• Staff check the sticky note questions before the signing. Questions with unreasonable requests or inappropriate content, such as the artist's private life, can be edited or refused.

1. No gifts or support items at this signing. Fansign items such as headbands and flower crowns must be submitted by 5 minutes before the event starts.

• Each member can get 1 item (1 set). You cannot put anything on the artist yourself.
• Example: doctor's gown + stethoscope + glasses = 1 set, all can be handed over. Pajamas + sleep mask = 1 set, all can be handed over. Pajamas + stethoscope = not 1 set, only one of them can be handed over.
• Staff check the fansign items. More than 1 item per member, or inappropriate items, may not be handed over.
• No flowers (fresh or dried), take-out drinks, unpackaged food or food that can spoil.
• Items are returned after the fansign. The organizer is not responsible for items not picked up at the set time.

1. No drawing or stickers on skin, and no touching. If you behave excessively or use inappropriate words toward the artist, staff can penalize you, and you can be removed if it continues after a warning.
2. Hand over handwritten letters to staff before the fansign starts.
3. If you leave the venue without permission, you cannot re-enter.
4. No drinking before entry or during the event. If you have been drinking, entry is restricted, and drinking during the event can get you removed by force.
5. Even if something is not listed here, if you act in a way that makes the event hard to run on the day, you can be removed and penalized whether or not you got a signature.

• Be courteous. If inappropriate words or behavior toward the artist are serious or repeated, staff can remove you.
• Keep your valuables safe. The organizer is not responsible for damage, loss or theft caused by your own carelessness.
• The organizer is not responsible for accidents caused by ignoring these rules or the staff's instructions.
• The event may be partly changed or cancelled without prior notice depending on the situation.

Notes for all buyers

• The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not reading these notes.

1. Products bought in the entry period cannot be cancelled or refunded at your discretion after entries close. Cancellation is accepted only until Nov 8, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST, and a cancelled order is removed from the draw.
2. You can enter and win more than once. You can enter for someone else, but only the winner can take part in the event; no one can attend on their behalf.
3. After winners are announced, customer service cannot change the entrant's real name, contact info or video call channel ID. Check that you wrote the entrant's real name and email in the order info and entered contact info that works for the event and phone calls.
4. Personal info is collected and shared as follows to check duplicate wins and run the event.

• Items collected: name, contact info, date of birth, ID for each video call channel and similar.
• Purpose: confirming winners and running the KEYVITUP 2nd EP [NA-GARI] pre-order meet & call event.
• Recipients: Makestar, iNKODE.
• Retention: deleted within 1 year after the event ends.

1. The event may be changed or cancelled without prior notice depending on the organizer's circumstances, and some members may be unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances.
2. The product includes an entry ticket for the winner draw that loses its value when entries close, so there are no refunds for a change of mind after sales end.

Shipping and refunds

• Makestar-exclusive rewards are made after the pre-order closes, once quantities are final. Production takes about 1 to 2 weeks on average, then shipping starts worldwide. For on-site events, shipping starts after the event ends.
• Orders placed in the entry period cannot be cancelled or refunded after entries close. Cancellations are accepted only until the end of the entry period, and a cancelled order is removed from the draw.
• The product includes an entry ticket that loses its value when entries close, so there are no refunds for a change of mind after sales end.
• Missing or damaged items: film an unboxing and send photos or video to customer service within one week of delivery. Exchanges for damaged album parts can take 4 to 12 weeks. Requests after 7 days from delivery or without video cannot be exchanged, including when you used a forwarding address. Returns with a carrier other than the designated one are sent back automatically. If there is no stock, an exchange may not be possible.
• Jeju and remote islands may cost extra to ship to.
• Overseas shipping: import duties may apply and are paid by the buyer. If duties are not paid in time or customs is not cleared, the package can be destroyed and cannot be re-sent. Undervaluing is not possible.
• To refund within the allowed period: profile photo (top right) > Shipping/Orders > Order history > Cancel.
• Random items inside the label's album have equal odds.
