How to enter: Winners are chosen from people who buy AND2BLE mini album 2 'Sequence 02: Attraction' (POCAALBUM) on this event page during the entry period.

• Part 1, in-person fansign: 50 winners in total
• Part 2, individual video call event: 75 winners in total (15 per member)
• You can enter parts 1 and 2 and each member together, and you can win more than one. If you win more than once for the same member, it counts as one turn.

SPECIAL EVENT

25 of the individual video call winners are chosen for a 5-minute video call with the member they entered for (5 per member).

• You are entered into the SPECIAL EVENT automatically when you enter the individual video call.
• If you win the SPECIAL EVENT, the video call you entered is replaced by the SPECIAL EVENT.
• The SPECIAL EVENT is held last in the individual video calls.

More on entering

• The number of entries is unrelated to the number of orders. You get one entry for every album you buy in this event. Example: buy 10 items and get 10 entry tickets; buy 24 items and get 24 entry tickets.
• Orders marked payment complete are entered automatically. If you place several orders, you are entered as many times as the total quantity you bought.
• You still receive the Makestar perks if you choose not to enter.
• The venue is announced individually, by email, only to winners 1 to 3 days before the event.
• If you live in the event region, you can verify your identity with an official ID card instead of a passport.
• Entries are based on the event entry info you type when ordering (name, date of birth, phone number, messenger and ID).
• The name written in your album is the entrant name you typed at purchase. Only Korean or English is possible. Requests for modifiers, drawings, symbols or P.S. notes are not applied.
• After the entry period ends, requests to change applicant or messenger info are never accepted. If a wrong entry makes it hard to verify you on the event day, you will be told you cannot take part. Makestar is explaining this because past change requests caused operational difficulties.

Notes on entering your info

• If you live overseas, enter your own phone number with the country code. Do not use a freight forwarder's number or someone else's. Makestar is not responsible for any disadvantage caused by a number that cannot be reached.

1. When you order, enter the entrant's real name and the entrant's email in the order info. Foreign entrants write the name in English as on the passport and include the country code in the phone number.
2. Entries are based on the event entry info you type when ordering (entrant name, phone number, date of birth, messenger and ID), not on your member info. International applicants must apply using the English name exactly as it appears on their passport.

• To change your entry info before the event closes, cancel the original purchase and buy again.
• Customer service cannot change entrant info.

1. Only the winner can take part. You cannot change contact details or info after entering, so enter accurate info when you apply and order. Nicknames and aliases are not accepted. Use your real name.
2. Enter the info of one person per order. If you enter two or more people, only one person's info is accepted as the entry, according to the organizer's standard. The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not knowing this.
3. This event accepts entries only from Line, Discord and WeChat.
4. Make sure the messenger ID you enter allows friend search and friend requests. Makestar is not responsible for problems if the messenger info you gave cannot be added or registered.

Video call event notes

• From Apr 13, 2026, minors under 14 cannot enter or take part in events. Notice: https://www.makestar.com/notice/500935
• The video call event is held only on Line, Discord and WeChat.

1. The event is held on the video call channel ID you provided. The messenger and ID cannot be changed after you enter.
2. The artist and the winner hold the video call, and the call ends when the set time is up.
3. One day before the event and on the day it starts, an event confirmation message is sent through the messenger channel you entered. Reply to the request to confirm your info and the friend request message.
4. If you do not answer, reject or hang up on your turn twice or more, you get one more call after the later turns. If the call still does not connect, the video call cannot take place and you are told it cannot be held again.
5. Problems with the winner's network connection or device settings may make the event hard to run.

• If the call fails to connect or is cut off because of the network, it may not be possible to redo it. Check your network, screen and audio settings in advance.

1. If you reject the call or hang up on your turn, it is treated as not taking part and the call cannot go ahead.
2. If the winner does not end the call, the staff may end it by force.
3. Do not ask the artist private questions or make unreasonable requests. For swearing, blame or inappropriate behavior, the staff may end the call by force.
4. For smooth running, do not call or contact the organizer. Calling back means you may be barred from the event.
5. ID is checked before the event starts. Have your ID ready.

• No other means of verification works. Only a physical ID card with a photo is accepted. Photos, scans, and copies or certificates of registration are never accepted.
• If you cannot be verified, for example because you do not have your ID, you cannot take part.
• Korean citizens (adults): resident registration card, driver's license, passport
• Korean citizens (minors aged 14 or older): middle or high school student ID, passport, nationally recognized certificate showing date of birth
• Foreigners: passport, alien registration card
• Only IDs that have not expired are accepted.

1. Only the winner can take part. If the call connects with someone other than the winner, or two or more people take part, the call may be ended by force.

In-person fansign notes

This event is held in Korea. Enter only if you can attend on site.

1. ID is checked before entry. Have your ID ready.

• No other means of verification works. Only a physical ID card with a photo is accepted. Photos, scans, and copies or certificates of registration are never accepted.
• If you cannot be verified, for example because you do not have your ID, you cannot take part.
• Only government-issued IDs that show date of birth and a face that can be identified are accepted:
• Resident registration card
• Driver's license
• Passport within its validity period
• Mobile ID (Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety, National Police Agency, PASS, Gukmin Wallet and so on)
• Youth ID (issued by a community center). A student ID cannot be used for verification.
• Alien registration card (foreigners living in Korea only)
• Photos, printouts and screenshots of a mobile ID are not accepted. A mobile ID is checked on site only by showing the running app.
• The ID must fully match your fansign entry info. It must be a physical ID where the name, date of birth and photo can all be checked. If it does not match your entry info, you cannot take part.
• For Korean citizens, the ID must clearly show the name, photo and date of birth (6 or 8 digits), and must be issued by the head of a public institution.
• Damaged IDs, IDs without both date of birth and photo, and IDs whose photo is not you are not accepted.
• Foreigners: the English name on your passport or alien registration card must match your entry info. If you entered a name that is not in English and it cannot be checked against the English name on the document, staff may ask for more checks on site.
• If you changed your name, bring your name change confirmation.
• Student IDs, certificates and other IDs not on the list above are not accepted, so bring one of the IDs listed.
• Only IDs that have not expired are accepted.

1. Winner check-in and number tickets are available from 50 minutes before the event starts. Seats are assigned by a draw on site.
2. Winner check-in and entry are possible only at the set times. If you are late, you cannot enter or take part, so be on time.
3. Buying on someone's behalf is allowed. However, only the person who entered can attend, and tickets cannot be transferred or resold. Anyone caught transferring a winning ticket or using someone else's identity is removed on the spot and excluded from all of this artist's later events.
4. Sit at your numbered seat before the event starts. Moving seats after entry is strictly limited. If you stand up, change seats on your own or move seats, you may be removed.
5. Makestar is not responsible for disadvantages caused by not following the staff, such as arguing with other fans, swapping number tickets, moving seats or not lining up in order. You are treated as not wanting to take part and removed.
6. If you leave the venue without permission, you cannot re-enter.
7. At this event, only fan letters can be handed directly to the artist. If you cannot hand one over directly, give it to on-site staff.
8. Props that the member wears, such as headbands and hats, are collected in advance through each member's prop box before the fansign starts. Props cannot be submitted after the event starts.

• Props judged unsuitable for filming may not be passed on or used. Depending on the situation on site, the artist may not use every prop received.
• You cannot submit bubbles, confetti, fireworks, personal cheering items, items with patterns that cannot be recognized, or electronic devices with filming or recording functions.
• You cannot give flowers (fresh or dried), takeout drinks, unwrapped food, or food that may spoil.
• All props are returned after the fansign. Props not collected at the set return time will be discarded, and Makestar is not responsible for loss.
• You cannot put a prop on the artist yourself.

1. You can take photos and videos from your own seat during the event, but all filming and recording is banned once you move to take part. When you move, leave cameras, phones, earphones and other electronics at your seat to avoid misunderstandings.

• If you are caught filming, recording or using electronics during the event, you may be barred from taking part, have your data deleted on site and be removed.
• Makestar is not responsible for damage to filming or recording devices when they are taken to delete data.

1. Flash, AF assist light and strobe light are banned when taking photos.
2. Photos and videos are allowed only at your own seat. Use selfie sticks and tripods only at your own seat. You may be asked to stop if you go over a proper height and bother other attendees.
3. Live streaming on social media during the event is banned. If caught, you are removed whether or not you take part.
4. No doodles or stickers directly on skin, and no physical contact such as hand touching. If you go too far or use inappropriate words toward the artist, the staff may take action. If you continue after a warning, you may be removed.
5. You cannot use writing tools other than the ones provided, and you cannot ask the artist to sign or doodle with your own.
6. You can get a signature only once, in the AND2BLE mini album 2 'Sequence 02: Attraction' (POCAALBUM) prepared on site. Only the mini photobook of the POCAALBUM can be signed. No other album component or personal belonging can be signed. Staff may stop you and collect them if you are caught.
7. You can get one signature per member in the album. Stick a TO Post-it on it beforehand. If you keep changing albums or names while getting signatures, you may be disadvantaged at later fansigns.

• Names can be written only in Korean or English.
• Mark the page to be signed for each member with a Post-it or index tab beforehand.
• Question Post-its beyond the one below, requests and demands are not allowed (for example, asking for a drawing or a P.S.).
• Only 1 name (To.) is possible, so prepare your Post-it in advance.

1. You can bring 1 question Post-it per member, in multiple-choice or short-answer format only. Prepare it in advance.

• Korean or English only. No modifiers or P.S. requests.
• No unreasonable requests or demands, private questions, or questions open to misunderstanding. For swearing, blame, or unreasonable demands beyond a signature (P.S., drawings and so on), on-site staff may remove you.
• Staff check the question Post-it. Questions that lead to drawings or long answers, or that are judged inappropriate or hard to run, may be collected or you may be asked to change them.
• Show good manners toward the artist. If inappropriate words and behavior toward the artist are serious or keep repeating, the staff may remove you.
• Take care of your valuables. The organizers are not responsible for damage, loss or theft of belongings caused by your own carelessness.
• Makestar is not responsible for accidents caused by ignoring the notes above or the staff's instructions. Your cooperation is needed so everyone can enjoy the event.
• Even for things not listed above, if you act in a way judged to disrupt the event on the day, you may be removed by force and sanctioned whether or not you get a signature.
• Makestar is not responsible for situations caused by not reading this notice. Read it carefully so you are not disadvantaged.
• This event may be partly changed or cancelled without prior notice.

Notes for all buyers

The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not reading the notes below.

1. Items bought during the entry period cannot be cancelled or refunded at your own discretion after entry closes. Only cancellations requested by Nov 2, 2026 14:59 KST are possible, and later requests cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancelling also removes you from the draw, so check before you buy.
2. You can enter parts 1 and 2 and each member together, and you can win more than one. If you win more than once for the same member, it counts as one turn.

• You can enter on someone's behalf, but only the winner can take part. Proxy attendance is never allowed.

1. After winners are announced, customer service never changes the entrant's real name, contact details or video call channel ID. When you order, check that you put the entrant's real name as the orderer name and the entrant's email as the orderer email. Also check that your info lets you take part and that your phone number can receive calls.
2. To check duplicate wins and run the event, personal information is collected and provided as follows.

• Items collected: name, phone number, date of birth, video call channel IDs, etc.
• Purpose: confirming winners and running the event <AND2BLE mini album 2 'Sequence 02: Attraction' (POCAALBUM) MEET&CALL EVENT>
• Recipients: Makestar, YH Entertainment
• Retention: destroyed within 1 year after the event ends

1. The event may be changed or cancelled depending on the organizer's circumstances, without prior notice. Some members may be unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances.
2. This product includes an entry ticket for the winner draw, and the ticket loses its value when entry closes. So after sales close, refunds for a change of mind are not possible.

Process from sale to delivery

Makestar exclusive rewards go into production right after the pre-order period ends, once quantities are fixed.

• Exception: for events held overseas, shipping starts after the on-site event ends.
• Step 1: You can order until Oct 31, 2026 23:59 KST.
• Step 2: Right after the event ends, quantities are fixed and production of Makestar exclusive rewards (including perks) begins. Production takes about 1 to 2 weeks on average.
• Step 3: Worldwide shipping begins. The shipping schedule may shift slightly depending on production time and circumstances.

Sales, exchange and shipping info

Makestar exclusive rewards are pre-order items. Production begins right after sales end, once quantities are fixed. For events held overseas, shipping starts after the on-site event ends.

1. Missing or damaged items

Take photos, and an unboxing video if possible, that show whether anything is missing or damaged. Submit them to customer service within one week of delivery so an additional shipment or exchange can be reviewed.

• Take photos or video when you first receive the parcel and unbox it.
• Take photos or video of the packaging after opening the box.
• Take photos or video that show all components.
• If a component inside the album is damaged, an exchange can take 4 to 12 weeks.
• Exchanges are not possible if 7 days have passed since receipt (per the tracking record) or if no video is attached. This also applies if you used a freight forwarder.
• Returns or exchanges sent with a courier other than the designated one are automatically sent back.
• Even if damage or missing items are confirmed, an exchange or reshipment may not be possible if there is no stock.

2. Domestic shipping

• Jeju and remote island areas may incur an extra shipping fee.

3. International shipping

• Customs duties may apply depending on the country, and the buyer pays them.
• Depending on the country, the courier may contact you separately about duties before delivery.
• If duties are not paid within a set period, the item may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped.
• If customs clearance is not completed, the item may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped.
• Undervaluation is not supported. Notes in the remarks field are not applied.

4. How to get a refund

• If you need a refund within the refund period, request it directly from your order history.
