Notes for all buyers

Makestar is not responsible for problems caused by not reading these notes.

1. Products bought during the entry period cannot be canceled or refunded by the customer after entries close. Only cancellations requested by Nov 1, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST are accepted, and later requests cannot be canceled or refunded. Canceling removes you from the draw, so check before buying.
2. If you buy several albums, you may get duplicate photocards.
3. Photocard images are drafts and may differ from the real items.
4. The event may be partly changed or canceled without prior notice depending on circumstances.
5. If you report missing items, you may be asked for a parcel unboxing video.
   • Without an unboxing video, missing items may not be handled.
6. To take part in the event, personal information is collected and shared as follows.
   • Items collected: name, contact number, date of birth, email, shipping address and similar

From sale to delivery

Makestar-exclusive rewards go into production right after pre-orders close and quantities are confirmed. For events held overseas, shipping starts after the on-site event ends.

1. Step 1: You can order until Nov 1, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST.
2. Step 2: Right after the event ends, quantities are confirmed and production of Makestar-exclusive rewards (including perks) starts. Production takes about 1-2 weeks on average.
3. Step 3: Worldwide shipping starts. Delivery dates may shift depending on production time and circumstances.

Sales, exchange and shipping info

Makestar-exclusive rewards are pre-order items. They go into production right after sales end and quantities are confirmed. For events held overseas, shipping starts after the on-site event ends.

1. Missing or damaged items
   • Take photos that show whether anything is missing or damaged, and an unboxing video if you can.
   • Send them to customer service within a week after delivery, and extra shipping or an exchange can be reviewed.
   • Film or photograph the first parcel on receipt, the packaging after opening the box, and all contents in view.
   • Exchanging damaged album contents can take at least 4 weeks and up to 12 weeks.
   • Exchanges are not possible 7 days after receipt (by tracking record) or without a video. This applies to shipping agents too.
   • Returns sent with a courier other than the designated one are sent back automatically.
   • Even when damage or missing items are confirmed, exchange and reshipping may be hard if there is no stock.
2. Domestic shipping
   • Jeju and remote islands may have an extra shipping fee.
3. International shipping
   • Customs duties may apply depending on the country, and the buyer pays them.
   • The courier may contact you about duties before delivery.
   • If duties are not paid within a set period, the product may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped.
   • If customs clearance is not completed, the product may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped.
   • Undervaluing is not possible, even if you write it in the remarks.
4. Refunds
   • Within the refund period, you can request a refund yourself from your order history.
