How to enter

Winners are chosen from people who buy NiziU Korea 1st Mini Album "Sour Grapes" (Sniper ver. / Sour Grapes ver.) on this event page during the entry period.

• Part 1, in-person fansign: 80 winners in total (50 signing + 30 watching)
• Part 2, 1:1 photo event: 80 winners in total (10 per member, including 1 special winner)
• You can enter both parts and win both.
• The number of entries does not depend on the number of orders. You get one entry per album bought in this event.
• For example, 10 products give 10 entries, and 24 products give 24 entries.
• Orders marked as payment completed are entered automatically. If you place several orders, you get as many entries as the total quantity.
• You still get the Makestar perk if you choose not to enter.
• If you live in the event area, you can verify your identity with an official ID instead of a passport.
• Entry is based on the entry information you give when ordering (applicant name, date of birth, phone number, messenger and ID).
• The name written in the album is the applicant name you enter when buying. Korean or English only. Modifiers, drawings, symbols and P.S. requests are not applied.
• Applicant and messenger information cannot be changed after the entry period ends. If wrong information makes it hard to verify you on the day, you cannot take part.

Notes on entering

Foreign residents must give their own contact number with the country code, not a shipping agent's or someone else's. Makestar is not responsible for any loss from contact details that cannot be reached.

1. Enter the applicant's real name and email in the order information. Foreigners must write the name in English as on their passport and include the country code in the contact number.
2. Entry is based on the entry information you give when ordering (name, phone number, date of birth, messenger and ID), not your member profile. International applicants must apply using the English name exactly as it appears on their passport.
   • To change entry information before the event closes, cancel the existing order and buy again.
   • Customer service cannot change applicant information.
3. Only the winner can take part. Contact details and information cannot be changed after you enter, so enter accurate information. Nicknames and aliases are not accepted. Use your real name.
4. Enter information for only 1 person per order. If you enter 2 or more people, only 1 person's information is accepted under the organizer's standard. The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not knowing this.

1. Your identity is checked before entry. Prepare your ID in advance.
   • Only a physical ID with a photo is accepted. Photos, scans and copies of resident records are never accepted.
   • Without ID, you cannot take part.
   • Japanese nationals (adults): ID with a face photo, such as a driver's license, passport, Basic Resident Register card, My Number card, residence card or special permanent resident certificate
   • Japanese nationals (minors aged 14 and over): middle or high school student ID with a photo, passport, or a national certificate showing the date of birth
   • Foreigners (non-Japanese nationals): only an unexpired passport is accepted
   • All IDs must be within their validity period.
2. Winner check-in and number tickets start 90 minutes before the event starts. Seats are assigned by a draw on site.
3. Check-in and entry are only possible at the set times. After that, you cannot enter or take part.
4. Buying on someone's behalf is allowed. Only the person who entered can take part, and tickets cannot be transferred or sold. If you transfer a winning ticket or use someone else's identity, you are removed on site and excluded from all of that artist's future events.
5. Be seated at your number before the event starts. Moving seats after entry is strictly restricted. Standing up or changing seats on your own can get you removed.
6. Your ID (date of birth and photo required) is checked once more before you go on stage. Bring it.
7. Makestar is not responsible for any disadvantage from arguing with other fans, swapping number tickets, moving seats, or not lining up in order. You are treated as not wishing to take part and removed.
8. Only handwritten letters are accepted as gifts. Other gifts are returned to the sender.
   • Letters cannot be handed to the artists directly, for safety. Use the letter box or staff.
9. Personal cheering items (placards, banners and so on) are not allowed.
   • Do not set up cameras or leave belongings anywhere other than your own seat.
10. Props the members wear, such as headbands and hats, are collected through member prop boxes before the fansign starts. Props cannot be submitted after the event starts.

• Props judged unsuitable for shooting may not be passed on or used. The artists may not use every prop they receive.
• Bubbles, confetti, fireworks, personal cheering items, items with unidentifiable patterns, and electronic devices that can film or record cannot be submitted.
• Fresh or dried flowers, takeout drinks, unpackaged food and perishable food gifts are not allowed.
• All props are returned after the fansign. Props not collected at the set return time are discarded, and Makestar is not responsible for losses.
• You cannot put props on the artists yourself.

1. You can get a signature once, on the album prepared at the venue. Photocards, personal belongings and anything other than the album are collected by staff.

• No signing on photocards, posters, albums, phone cases or other personal belongings

1. You can get one signature per member in the album. Attach a "TO" sticky note beforehand. Repeatedly changing the album or name during signing may count against you at future fansigns.

• Names can be written in Korean or English only.
• Mark the page for each member's signature with a sticky note or index tab in advance.
• No question sticky notes, requests or demands (such as drawings or P.S. messages).

1. Artist P.S. messages are not offered at this event.
2. Only the writing tools provided can be used. You cannot ask the artists for signatures or doodles with your own pens.
3. You can film and photograph from your own seat during the event. After you move to take part, all filming and recording is banned. Leave cameras, phones, earphones and other electronics at your seat when you move.

• Anyone caught filming or recording may be restricted from the event, have the data deleted on site and be removed.
• Makestar is not responsible for damage to filming or recording devices seized to delete data.

1. No flash, AF assist light or strobe when taking photos.
2. Filming and photography are only allowed from your own seat, and selfie sticks and tripods too. You may be asked to stop if you go above a reasonable height and bother other guests.
3. Live streaming on social media is not allowed during the event. Anyone caught is removed, whether or not they took part.
4. No drawing or stickers on skin and no touching. Excessive or inappropriate behavior toward the artists can be sanctioned by staff, and you can be removed if it continues after a warning.
5. If you leave the venue without permission, you cannot re-enter.

• Show respect for the artists. If inappropriate words or actions toward the artists are serious or repeated, staff can remove you.
• Keep valuables safe. The organizer and host are not responsible for damage, loss or theft caused by your own carelessness.
• Makestar is not responsible for accidents caused by not following these notes or staff instructions.
• The event may be partly changed or canceled without prior notice depending on circumstances.

10. Personal cheering items (placards, banners and so on) are not allowed.

• Do not set up cameras or leave belongings anywhere other than your own seat.

1. Fan items of any kind cannot be handed over, and items are not photographed.
2. This event is held in a private space. One winning fan and the artist are photographed 1:1 with an acrylic screen between them.

• You can choose a pose for the 1:1 shot, but you must submit it during the winner guidance period. If a pose is unreasonable, you may be asked to change it.
• No direct physical contact with the artists.
• You may be asked to change your pose on site depending on how the event goes.
• Props and personal items (including cheering items) cannot be taken onto the stage.

1. You cannot take a photo with any member other than the one you won. Photos of the artist alone are not possible. You must be photographed together with the winning fan.
2. A retake is allowed only once, at the staff's discretion, for problems such as excessive exposure, a blurred subject or the artist's eyes being closed. Shooting chances are limited to 1 retake.
3. Because of how the camera works, a Polaroid may not be perfectly centered, and retakes for brightness or angle are not possible. In the case of severe shaking or light blur, staff may allow up to 1 extra shot.
4. Recording and filming devices, including cameras, recorders, phones and smartwatches, are banned during the photo. Anyone caught may have their win canceled, have data deleted and be removed. Leave them at your seat.

• Makestar is not responsible for damage to filming or recording devices seized to delete data.

Notes for all buyers

Makestar is not responsible for problems caused by not reading these notes.

1. Products bought during the entry period cannot be canceled or refunded by the customer after entries close. Only cancellations requested by Nov 1, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST are accepted, and later requests cannot be canceled or refunded. Canceling removes you from the draw, so check before buying.
2. You can enter both parts and win both.
   • You can buy on someone's behalf, but only the winner can take part. No one can attend in the winner's place.
3. After winners are announced, customer service cannot change the applicant's real name, contact details or video call channel ID. Before ordering, check that you entered the applicant's real name as the orderer name and the applicant's email as the orderer email, and that you gave details that let you take part and a contact number that can receive calls.
4. To check for duplicate wins and run the event, personal information is collected and shared as follows.
   • Items collected: name, contact number, date of birth, video call channel IDs and similar
   • Purpose: checking winners and running the event for NiziU Korea 1st Mini Album "Sour Grapes" fansign & photo event in Osaka
   • Recipients: Makestar, JYP Entertainment
   • Retention period: discarded within 1 year after the event ends
5. The event may be changed or canceled without prior notice depending on the organizer's circumstances. Some members may be unable to attend because of unavoidable circumstances.
6. This product includes a draw entry ticket, and the ticket loses its value when entries close. After sales end, refunds for a change of mind are not possible.
   • The products and rewards you bought are made and shipped in sequence after the event ends.

From sale to delivery

Makestar-exclusive rewards go into production right after pre-orders close and quantities are confirmed. For events held overseas, shipping starts after the on-site event ends.

1. Step 1: You can order until Nov 1, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST.
2. Step 2: Right after the event ends, quantities are confirmed and production of Makestar-exclusive rewards (including perks) starts. Production takes about 1-2 weeks on average.
3. Step 3: Worldwide shipping starts. Delivery dates may shift depending on production time and circumstances.

Sales, exchange and shipping info

Makestar-exclusive rewards are pre-order items. They go into production right after sales end and quantities are confirmed. For events held overseas, shipping starts after the on-site event ends.

1. Missing or damaged items
   • Take photos that show whether anything is missing or damaged, and an unboxing video if you can.
   • Send them to customer service within a week after delivery, and extra shipping or an exchange can be reviewed.
   • Film or photograph the first parcel on receipt, the packaging after opening the box, and all contents in view.
   • Exchanging damaged album contents can take at least 4 weeks and up to 12 weeks.
   • Exchanges are not possible 7 days after receipt (by tracking record) or without a video. This applies to shipping agents too.
   • Returns sent with a courier other than the designated one are sent back automatically.
   • Even when damage or missing items are confirmed, exchange and reshipping may be hard if there is no stock.
2. Domestic shipping
   • Jeju and remote islands may have an extra shipping fee.
3. International shipping
   • Customs duties may apply depending on the country, and the buyer pays them.
   • The courier may contact you about duties before delivery.
   • If duties are not paid within a set period, the product may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped.
   • If customs clearance is not completed, the product may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped.
   • Undervaluing is not possible, even if you write it in the remarks.
4. Refunds
