How to enter

Winners are chosen from people who buy ONEUS 12th EP [FIRST LIGHT : 井] (FIRST LIGHT ver.) on this event page during the entry period.

• Part 1, in-person fansign: 50 winners in total
• Part 2, individual video call: 50 winners in total (10 per member)
• 2 winners per member are chosen for a special individual video call.
• You can enter both parts and each member, and win more than once. If you win more than once for the same member, it counts as one participation.
• The number of entries does not depend on the number of orders. You get one entry for each album you buy in this event. For example, 10 items bought gives 10 entry tickets, and 24 items gives 24.
• Orders with payment completed are entered automatically. If you place several orders, you get as many entries as the total quantity bought.
• Even if you choose not to enter, you still get the Makestar perks.
• The location is sent by email to winners only, 1 to 3 days before the event.
• If you live in the region where the event is held, you can verify your identity with an official ID instead of a passport.
• Entry is based on the entry information you give when ordering (applicant name, date of birth, phone number, messenger and ID).
• The name written in the album is the applicant name you entered when buying, in Korean or English only. Modifiers, drawings, symbols and P.S. requests are not applied.
• After entry closes, requests to change applicant and messenger information are never accepted. If a mistake makes it hard to verify you on the day, you will be told you cannot take part. This notice exists because changes after the entry period closed have caused problems in past events.
• Shipping starts in order after the on-site event ends.

Notes on entering applicant information

• If you live outside Korea, enter your own contact number with the country code. Do not use a freight forwarder's or someone else's number. Makestar is not responsible for disadvantages caused by a number that cannot be reached.

1. Always enter the applicant's real name and email in the order information. Foreigners must write their name in English as on their passport and include the country code in the contact number.
2. Entry is based on the entry information you give when ordering (applicant name, phone number, date of birth, messenger and ID), not on your member profile. International applicants must apply using the English name exactly as it appears on their passport.
   • To change entry information before entry closes, cancel the existing purchase and buy again.
   • Customer service cannot change applicant information.
3. Only the winner can take part in the event. Contact and information cannot be changed after entering, so enter accurate information when applying and ordering. Nicknames and aliases are not accepted; use your real name.
4. Enter the information of only 1 person per order. If you enter 2 or more people, only 1 is recognized as the entry information according to the organizer's standard. The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not reading this.
5. Video call events are held only on LINE and Discord.
6. Make sure friend search and friend adding are allowed for the messenger ID you enter. The organizer is not responsible for problems when friends cannot be added or registered with the messenger information you gave.

Video call event notes

• Since Apr 13, 2026, minors under 14 cannot enter or take part in events. Notice: https://www.makestar.com/notice/500935
• Video call events are held only on LINE and Discord.

1. The event is held on the video call channel ID you provided. You cannot change the messenger or ID after entering.
2. The artist and the winner hold the video call, and the call ends when the set time is up.
3. One day before the event and on the day it starts, a confirmation message is sent through the messenger channel you entered. Be sure to reply to the information check request and the friend request message.
4. If you do not answer on your turn 2 or more times, decline, or end the call without permission, you are called one more time at the end. If the call still does not connect, the video call cannot proceed and you are told it cannot be held again.
5. The event may be hard to run if the winner has network or device setting problems. If the call fails or stops because of the network, it may not be possible to redo it, so check your network, screen and audio settings in advance.
6. If you decline or end the call without permission on your turn, it counts as not taking part and the event cannot proceed.
7. If the winner does not end the call, the staff may force it to end.
8. Do not ask the artist personal questions or make unreasonable requests. For profanity, criticism or inappropriate behavior, staff on site may force the call to end.
9. Do not call or contact the organizer, to keep the event running smoothly. Calling back to the organizer limits your participation.
10. An identity check is held before the event starts. Prepare your ID in advance.

In-person fansign notes

This event is held in Korea. Enter only if you can attend in person.

1. An identity check is held before entry. Prepare your ID in advance.
   • Only the IDs below are accepted. Only a physical ID with a photo works. Photos, scans, extracts and copies of registration records are never accepted.
   • If your identity cannot be verified, for example because you did not bring ID, you cannot take part.
   • Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
   • Korean minors aged 14 or older: middle/high school student ID, passport, nationally certified qualification with a date of birth
   • Foreigners: passport, alien registration card
   • Only IDs that have not expired are accepted.
2. Winner check and number tickets are available from 30 minutes before the event starts. Seats are assigned by a draw on site.
3. Winner check and entry are possible only at the set times. After the set time you cannot enter or take part, so keep to the schedule.
4. You can buy on someone else's behalf. However, only the person who entered can take part, and the right cannot be transferred or sold. If a transfer of the winning right or identity theft is found, you are removed on site and excluded from all of that artist's events afterward.
5. Be seated at your number before the event starts. Moving seats after entry is strictly limited. If you stand up, change seats on your own or move seats, you may be removed.
6. The organizer is not responsible for disadvantages from not following instructions, such as quarreling between fans, exchanging number tickets, moving seats or not lining up in order. Such fans are judged to have no intention to take part and are removed.
7. If you leave the venue without permission, you cannot re-enter.
8. You can give the artist gifts and handwritten letters at this event.
   • Gifts outside the allowed range are all returned after the fansign. Gifts that are not collected may be discarded.
9. For the artist's safety, staff check in advance everything you take on stage. Items that could harm the artist, or that have patterns that cannot be generally checked or recognized, cannot be taken on stage.
   • Props judged unsuitable for filming may not be handed over or used, and depending on the situation on site, the artist may not be able to use all the props received.
   • Soap bubbles, confetti, fireworks, personal cheering tools, items with patterns that cannot be generally checked or recognized, and electronic devices with filming or recording functions cannot be submitted.
   • Flowers (fresh or dried), takeout drinks, unpackaged food and perishable food gifts are not allowed.
   • Props are all returned after the fansign ends. Props not collected at the set return time will be discarded, and Makestar is not responsible for losses.
   • Do not put anything on the artist yourself.
10. You can take photos and videos at your own seat during the event, but after you move to take part, all filming and recording are prohibited. When you move to take part, leave camera equipment, phones, earphones and other electronics at your seat to avoid misunderstanding.
    • If you are caught using electronic devices to film or record while taking part, your participation may be restricted, and you may be removed after your data is deleted on site.
    • Makestar is not responsible for damage to filming or recording devices if they are confiscated to delete data.
11. Flash, AF assist light and strobe light are prohibited when taking photos.
12. Photos and videos are allowed only at your own seat, and selfie sticks and tripods too. If they go above a reasonable height and bother other guests, you may be asked to stop using them.
13. Live broadcasting on social media during the event is not allowed. If caught, you are removed whether or not you are taking part.
14. No doodling or stickers directly on the skin and no physical contact such as hand touching. Excessive behavior or inappropriate words toward the artist can be sanctioned by on-site staff, and you may be removed if it continues after a warning.
15. You cannot use writing tools other than those provided, and you cannot ask the artist to sign or doodle with your own writing tools.
16. You can get a signature only once, on the album prepared on site. Signing on anything other than the album, such as photocards or personal items, is collected by on-site staff.
    • No signing on photocards, posters, albums, phone cases or other personal items
17. You can get only one signature per member in the album. Attach the TO sticky note in advance. Continuously changing the album or name while signing may cause disadvantages at future fansigns, so please cooperate.
    • The name can be written in Korean or English only.
    • Mark the page for each member to sign in advance with a sticky note or index.
    • Question sticky notes, requests and demands (such as asking for a drawing or a P.S.) are not allowed.
18. The artist's P.S. message is not offered at this event.
19. Sticky note questions are not offered.

• Show good manners as fans who care about the artist. If inappropriate words or actions toward the artist are severe or repeated, staff can remove you.
• Take care of your valuables. The organizer is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of belongings caused by your carelessness.
• The organizer is not responsible for accidents caused by not following the notes above or the staff's instructions. Your active cooperation is appreciated.
• This event may be partly changed or canceled without notice depending on the situation.

Notes for all buyers

The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not reading these notes.

1. Products bought during the entry period cannot be canceled or refunded at your discretion after entry closes. Only cancellation requests made by Nov 1, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST are accepted, and requests after that cannot be canceled or refunded. A canceled order is also removed from the draw, so check before you buy.
2. You can enter and win multiple times.
   • You can buy on someone else's behalf, but only the winner can take part in the event. No one can attend as a proxy.
3. After winners are announced, the applicant's real name, contact and video call channel ID cannot be changed through customer service. Before ordering, check that you wrote the applicant's real name as the orderer name and the applicant's email as the orderer email, and that you entered details that let you take part in the event and a phone number that can take calls.
4. To check duplicate wins and run the event, personal information is collected and provided as follows.
   • Items collected: name, contact, date of birth, ID for each video call channel, etc.
   • Purpose: checking winners and running the <ONEUS 12TH EP [FIRST LIGHT : 井] MEET&CALL EVENT PART.2>
   • Recipients: Makestar, Beewave Entertainment
   • Retention period: destroyed within 1 year after the event ends
5. This event may be changed or canceled without notice depending on the organizer's circumstances. Some members may be unable to attend because of unavoidable circumstances.
6. This product includes a draw entry ticket, and the ticket loses its value when entry closes. After the sale ends, refunds for a simple change of mind are not possible.

Process from sale to delivery

Makestar-exclusive rewards go into production right after pre-orders close and the production quantity is fixed.

• For events held overseas, shipping starts after the on-site event ends.
• Step 1: You can order for this event until Nov 1, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST.
• Step 2: Right after the event ends, quantities are fixed and production of Makestar-exclusive rewards (including perks) begins. Production takes about 1 to 2 weeks on average.
• Step 3: Worldwide shipping begins. Shipping dates may change depending on production time and circumstances.

Sales, exchange and shipping info

Makestar-exclusive rewards are pre-order products whose production quantity is fixed, and they go into production right after the sale ends. For events held overseas, shipping starts after the on-site event ends.

1. Missing or damaged items
   • Take photos, and if possible an unboxing video, that show whether anything is missing or damaged. Report them to customer service within one week after delivery so that a resend or exchange can be considered.
   • Photo or video of the first unboxing after receiving the parcel
   • Photo or video of the packaging after opening the box
   • Photo or video showing all contents
   • Exchanging damaged contents inside an album can take 4 to 12 weeks.
   • No exchange is possible if 7 days have passed since receipt per the tracking record, or if no video is attached. The same applies if you used a freight forwarder.
   • For exchanges and returns, using a courier other than the designated one causes automatic return.
   • Even if damage or missing items are confirmed, exchange and resend may not be possible if there is no stock.
2. Domestic shipping
   • Jeju and remote island areas may incur extra shipping fees.
3. International shipping
   • Customs duties may apply depending on the country, and the buyer pays them.
   • Depending on the country, the courier may contact you separately about duties before delivery.
   • If duties are not paid within a set period, the product may be discarded automatically and cannot be re-shipped.
   • If customs clearance is not completed, the product may be discarded automatically and cannot be re-shipped.
   • Undervaluing is not possible, and notes in the remarks field are not applied.
