How to enter: Winners are chosen from people who buy LNGSHOT EP [S.W.I.S.H.] (Standard Ver.) on this event page during the entry period.

• Part 1, in-person fansign ("Ttaemyeon" fansign, as written in the notice): 30 winners in total

• Part 2, group video call: 20 winners in total

• Part 3, 4:1 group video call: 8 winners in total

• You can enter and win more than once across parts 1, 2 and 3 and for each member. If you win more than once for the same member, it counts as one participation.

• The number of entries is unrelated to the number of orders. You get one entry for every album you buy in this event. Example: buy 10 items and get 10 entry tickets; buy 24 items and get 24 entry tickets.

• Orders marked payment complete are entered automatically. If you place several orders, you are entered as many times as the total quantity you bought.

• You still receive the Makestar perks if you choose not to enter.

• The venue is sent by email to winners only, 1 to 3 days before the event.

• If you live in the region where the event is held, you can verify your identity with an official ID instead of a passport.

• Entries are based on the event entry info you type when ordering (name, date of birth, phone number, messenger and ID).

• The name written in the album is your Starmaker name from checkout. It can be in Korean (up to 5 characters) or English (up to 10 characters). Modifiers, drawings, symbols or P.S. requests do not apply, even if you use brackets or the request field. The Starmaker name cannot be changed after sales end. If it does not meet the format, your real name is used.

• After the entry period ends, requests to change applicant or messenger info are never accepted. If a wrong entry makes it hard to verify you on the event day, you will be told you cannot take part. Makestar is explaining this because past change requests caused operational difficulties.

SPECIAL EVENT: "Ttaemyeon" fansign

• In-person winners go through the fansign twice.
• Round 1: album signing with your name.
• Round 2: photocard signing (same image as the in-person entrant photocard).
• Round 2 follows round 1 in the same order, at the same time slot.
• The photocard to be signed in round 2 is provided on site. You cannot get any other photocard signed.
• In round 2, signing on belongings other than the photocard and question Post-its are not allowed.

Notes for entering applicant info

• Foreign residents: enter your own phone number with country code. Do not use a freight forwarder's number or someone else's. Makestar is not responsible for any disadvantage caused by an unreachable number.

1. Enter the applicant's real name and email in the order info. Foreigners: write the name in English as on the passport and include the country code in the phone number.
2. Entries are based on the event entry info you type at checkout (name, phone number, date of birth, messenger and ID), not your member info. International applicants must apply using the English name exactly as it appears on their passport.

• If you need to change entry info before the event closes, cancel the purchase and buy again.
• Customer service cannot change entry info.

1. Only the winner can take part. Contact details and info cannot be changed after entry. Enter accurate info when you order. Nicknames and aliases are not accepted; use your real name.
2. Enter only one person's info per order. If you enter two or more people, only one is counted, at the organizer's discretion. The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not knowing this.
3. Video calls run only on LINE or Discord. In the messenger ID field, enter a messenger ID that can be searched and added, not an email address.
4. Make sure friend search and friend adding are allowed for your messenger ID. The organizer is not responsible for problems if the ID you gave cannot be added or registered.

Notes for video call participation

• Video calls run only on LINE or Discord.

1. The call is made to the video call channel ID you provided. You cannot change the messenger or ID after entry.
2. The artists have a video call with each winner, and the call ends when the set time is up.
3. One day before the event and on the event day, a confirmation message is sent through the messenger channel you entered. Be sure to reply to the info check request and the friend request message.
4. If you do not answer or you reject or end the call without permission twice during your turn, you get one more call after the later turns. If the call still does not connect, you cannot take part, and no further attempt is made.
5. If your network connection or device settings have problems, the event may be hard to run.

• If a call fails or drops because of the network, it may not be possible to redo it. Check your network, screen and audio settings beforehand.

1. If you do not end the call yourself, staff may force it to end to keep the schedule.
2. Do not ask the artists private questions or make unreasonable requests. Swearing, blame or inappropriate behavior may lead staff to end the call.
3. For smooth running, do not call or contact the organizer. Calling back means you may be barred from the event.
4. Your identity is checked before the event starts. Bring your ID in advance.

• Only the IDs below are accepted, and only as physical ID with a photo. Photos, scans, extracts and certified copies are never accepted.
• If your ID cannot be verified, for example because you did not bring it, you cannot take part.

1. ID is checked before entry. Bring your ID in advance.

• Only the IDs below are accepted, and only as physical ID with a photo. Photos, scans, extracts and certified copies are never accepted.

1. Winner check and number tickets are available from 30 minutes before the event starts. Seats are assigned by drawing on site.
2. Winner check and entry are possible only at the set time. If you miss it, you cannot enter or take part, so be on time.
3. Buying for someone else is allowed. But only the person who entered can take part, and you cannot transfer or sell your spot. If you transfer a winning ticket or use someone else's identity, you are removed on the spot and excluded from all of that artist's events.
4. Sit at your number before the event starts. Moving seats after entry is strictly limited. Standing up, changing seats or moving around may get you removed.
5. Makestar is not responsible for disadvantages from arguing with other fans, swapping number tickets, moving around, or not lining up in order. You are treated as not wanting to take part and removed.
6. If you leave the venue without permission, you cannot re-enter.
7. You cannot give gifts to the artists. Only letters can be passed on through staff.

• Handwritten letters can be handed to staff at your signing turn.

1. Props for the artists, such as headbands, hats and accessories, can be handed to on-site staff.

• Props judged unsuitable for filming may not be passed on or used. Depending on the situation, the artist may not use every prop received.
• You cannot hand in bubbles, confetti, fireworks, personal cheering tools, items with patterns that cannot be identified, or electronic devices with filming or recording functions.
• Fresh or dried flowers, takeout drinks, unpackaged food and perishable food gifts are not allowed.
• All props are returned after the fansign ends. Props not collected at the set return time will be discarded, and Makestar is not responsible for loss.
• You cannot put props on the artists yourself.

1. You can take photos and video at your seat during the event. Once you move to take part, all filming and recording is banned. When you move, leave cameras, phones, earphones and other electronics at your seat to avoid misunderstanding.

• If you are caught using electronics to film or record during the event, you may be restricted, have your data deleted on site, and be removed.
• Makestar is not responsible for damage to filming or recording devices when they are taken to delete data.

1. Flash, AF assist light and strobe lights are banned when taking photos.
2. Photos and video, and selfie sticks and tripods, are allowed only at your own seat. If they go above a suitable height and bother other guests, you may be asked to stop.
3. Live streaming on social media during the event is banned. If caught, you are removed whether or not you take part.
4. Writing or stickers that touch skin, and physical contact such as touching hands, are banned. If you act excessively or use inappropriate language toward the artists, staff may sanction you. If it continues after a warning, you may be removed.
5. You cannot use any writing tools other than those provided, and you cannot use your own to ask the artists for a signature or doodle.
6. You can get one signature, on the album prepared on site. If you get a signature on anything other than the album, such as photocards or personal items, staff will collect it.

• You cannot ask for signatures or drawings on photocards, postcards, question Post-its or similar. If caught, they are taken back at once and not returned.

1. You get one signature per member inside the album. Attach a TO Post-it in advance. Only one name (To.) is allowed per signature, so write the Post-it beforehand.

• Mark the pages for each member to sign with a Post-it or index tab in advance.

1. Questions about the artists must be choices (A vs B / YES or NO) or multiple choice with 5 or fewer options. Write the Post-it in advance.

• Not allowed: questions about the winner, short-answer or essay questions, leading questions, and requests for drawings or letters on the signing sheet or personal items.
• If you ask for excessive letters, mention other artists, or ask awkward questions about private life, staff may ask you to revise them, or the question may not be allowed.
• Staff check Post-it questions and P.S. requests before signing. Questions with unreasonable requests or content about the artists' private life may need revising or may not be allowed.
• Because you love the artists, show good manners. If inappropriate words or actions toward the artists are severe or repeated, staff may remove you.
• Keep valuables safe during the event. The organizers are not responsible for damage, loss or theft caused by your carelessness.
• The organizers are not responsible for accidents caused by ignoring the notes above or staff instructions.
• This event may be partly changed or cancelled without prior notice depending on the situation.

Notes for all buyers

The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not reading the notes below.

1. Items bought during the entry period cannot be cancelled or refunded at your own discretion after entry closes. Only cancellations requested by Oct 15, 2026 23:59 KST are possible, and later requests cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancelling also removes you from the draw, so check before you buy.
2. You can enter and win more than once.

• Buying on behalf of someone else is allowed, but only the winner can take part. Attending on someone's behalf is never allowed.

1. After winners are announced, customer service never changes the entrant's real name, contact details or video call channel ID. When you order, check that you put the entrant's real name as the orderer name and the entrant's email as the orderer email. Also check that your info lets you take part and that your phone number can receive calls.
2. To check duplicate wins and run the event, personal information is collected and provided as follows.

• Items collected: name, phone number, date of birth, video call channel IDs, etc.

• Recipients: Makestar, MORE VISION
• Retention: destroyed within 1 year after the event ends

1. The event may be changed or cancelled without prior notice depending on the organizer's circumstances. Some members may be unable to attend because of unavoidable situations.
2. This product includes an entry ticket for the winner draw, and the ticket loses its value when entry closes. So after sales close, refunds for a change of mind are not possible.

Process from sale to delivery

Makestar exclusive rewards go into production right after the pre-order period ends, once quantities are fixed.

• Exception: for events held overseas, shipping starts after the on-site event ends.
• Step 1: You can order until Oct 15, 2026 23:59 KST.
• Step 2: Right after the event ends, quantities are fixed and production of Makestar exclusive rewards (including perks) begins. Production takes about 1 to 2 weeks on average.
• Step 3: Worldwide shipping begins. The shipping schedule may shift slightly depending on production time and circumstances.

Sales, exchange and shipping info

Makestar exclusive rewards are pre-order items. Production begins right after sales end, once quantities are fixed. For events held overseas, shipping starts after the on-site event ends.

1. Missing or damaged items

Take photos, and an unboxing video if possible, that show whether anything is missing or damaged. Submit them to customer service within one week of delivery so an additional shipment or exchange can be reviewed.

• Take photos or video when you first receive the parcel and unbox it.
• Take photos or video of the packaging after opening the box.
• Take photos or video that show all components.
• If a component inside the album is damaged, an exchange can take 4 to 12 weeks.
• Exchanges are not possible if 7 days have passed since receipt (per the tracking record) or if no video is attached. This also applies if you used a freight forwarder.
• Returns or exchanges sent with a courier other than the designated one are automatically sent back.
• Even if damage or missing items are confirmed, an exchange or reshipment may not be possible if there is no stock.

2. Domestic shipping

• Jeju and remote island areas may incur an extra shipping fee.

3. International shipping

• Customs duties may apply depending on the country, and the buyer pays them.
• Depending on the country, the courier may contact you separately about duties before delivery.
• If duties are not paid within a set period, the item may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped.
• If customs clearance is not completed, the item may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped.
• Undervaluation is not supported. Notes in the remarks field are not applied.

4. How to get a refund

• If you need a refund within the refund period, request it directly from your order history.
