How to enter: Winners are chosen from buyers of THE 1st MINI ALBUM [WHICH WAY] on this event page during the entry period. Only the Minicard ver. counts for entry.

• Showcase: 20 winners per store (160 in total)
• The number of entries does not depend on the number of orders. You get one entry per album bought in this event. Example: buy 10 and you get 10 entry tickets; buy 24 and you get 24.
• Orders marked as payment completed are entered automatically. If you split your purchase across several orders, you are entered as many times as the total quantity.
• Makestar benefit items are given even if you choose not to enter.
• Entries use the event entry info typed at checkout (name, date of birth, phone number, messenger ID).
• After the entry period ends, entrant and messenger details cannot be changed. If a wrong entry makes it hard to confirm your identity on the event day, you will be told you cannot take part.
• Products ship in order after the on-site event ends.

Entrant info

Overseas residents must give their own phone number with country code, not a forwarding address or someone else's number. Makestar is not responsible for problems caused by a number that cannot be reached.

1. Enter your real name and email in the order info. Foreign entrants use the English name exactly as on their passport and add the country code to the phone number.
2. Entries use the event entry info typed at checkout, not your member profile.
3. Only the winner can take part, and details cannot be changed after entering. Nicknames are not accepted.
4. Enter one person per order. If you enter two or more, only one is counted.

Notes for all buyers

• The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not reading these notes.
• Products bought during the entry period cannot be cancelled or refunded after it ends. You can cancel only until Oct 9, 2026 (Fri) 23:59 KST, and a cancelled order is removed from the draw.
• You can enter and win more than once. You can enter on behalf of someone else, but only the winner can take part.
• After winners are announced, name and phone number cannot be changed through customer service.
• Makestar and ODDWAVE collect name, contact details and date of birth to confirm winners and run the event, and delete them within 1 year after the event ends.
• The event may change or be cancelled without notice, and some members may be unable to attend.
• The product includes a draw ticket that loses its value when entry closes, so there are no refunds for a change of mind after sales end.

Showcase notes

Entering

• This sale is for showcase entries. There are no refunds if you cannot attend.
• You can enter through several stores, but you cannot win more than once (only one winning ticket is valid).
• Enter with the name and date of birth on your valid ID. Foreign entrants use the English name and date of birth on their passport or alien registration card.
• You can enter on behalf of someone else, but only the winner whose details match can attend.

On the day

• Ticket booth: 18:00 - 19:00 KST
• Doors open: 18:30 - 19:00 KST
• If you arrive after the ticket booth or entry times, you may not be able to collect your ticket or enter.
• Photos and video are allowed, but monopods, tripods, AF assist light, strobe light and anything that blocks other viewers are banned. Live streaming on social media is banned and can get you removed.
• All seats are handed out at random when you collect your ticket, regardless of entry order.
• No flowers, letters or gifts.
• Only water in a bottle with a cap is allowed in; all other food, lighters and fireworks are banned. No drinking before entry; anyone caught drinking may be removed.
• Moving seats after entry is restricted.
• An ID check happens before entry. Only the winner can enter; no proxy pick-up, ticket transfer or copying. Offenders are excluded from all later events. You cannot take part without ID. All forms of transfer or trading are banned.
• Valid ID: resident ID card, driver's license, passport, youth ID card, alien registration card (foreign residents in Korea). Mobile ID works but screenshots do not. Photos, scans, apps and copies are not accepted, and the ID must be unexpired. Student IDs and certificates are not accepted. Bring a name change certificate if you changed your name.
• Elementary school students can be verified with just a resident registration copy or a health insurance card.
• If you only have an application receipt for an ID that is still being issued, it must be stamped across the page seams with the issuing authority head's official seal, and the personal details (including the photo), issue number and validity period must be covered with a transparent sticker. It is not accepted if forgery is suspected.
• An ID whose information cannot be read is not accepted as valid ID.
• The showcase may change or be cancelled depending on the organizer.

Shipping

Makestar-exclusive rewards go into production right after pre-orders close, once quantities are fixed. Production takes about 1 to 2 weeks on average, then worldwide shipping starts. Schedules may shift.

• Missing or damaged items: send photos or an unboxing video to customer service within one week of delivery. Exchanges are not possible after 7 days or without a video, including freight forwarder deliveries.
• International shipping: the buyer pays any customs duties. Unpaid or uncleared items may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped. Undervaluation is not supported.
• Refunds within the refund period: Profile picture (top right) - Shipping/Orders - Order history - Cancel

Showcase rules not listed above

• Seats cannot be changed after entry. Changing seats on your own or moving around may get you removed.
• Even for cases not listed above, staff may act if your behavior makes it hard to run the event smoothly on the day.
• Valid ID is a government-issued ID that shows your date of birth and lets your face be identified.
