How to enter: Winners are chosen from buyers of KISS OF LIFE 3rd Single [SWEAT] (POCAALBUM) on this event page during the entry period.

• Part 1, special offline event: 12 winners (3 per member)
• Part 2, in-person fansign: 30 winners. 4 of them also get a special individual fansign.
• Part 3, group video call: 15 winners
• You can enter and win parts 1, 2 and 3 and each member more than once. Winning the same member twice counts as one participation.
• The number of entries does not depend on the number of orders. You get one entry per album bought in this event. Example: buy 10 and you get 10 entry tickets; buy 24 and you get 24.
• Orders marked as payment completed are entered automatically. If you split your purchase across several orders, you are entered as many times as the total quantity.
• Makestar benefit items are given even if you choose not to enter.
• If you live where the event is held, you can verify your identity with an official ID card instead of a passport.
• Entries use the event entry info typed at checkout (name, date of birth, phone number, messenger ID).
• Names on signing sheets use your Starmaker name from checkout, in Korean (up to 5 characters) or English (up to 10 characters). Modifiers, drawings, symbols and P.S. requests are not applied. The Starmaker name cannot be changed after sales end. A name that breaks these rules is replaced by your real name.
• After the entry period ends, entrant and messenger details cannot be changed. If a wrong entry makes it hard to confirm your identity on the event day, you will be told you cannot take part.

Entrant info

Overseas residents must give their own phone number with country code, not a forwarding address or someone else's number. Makestar is not responsible for problems caused by a number that cannot be reached.

1. Enter your real name and email in the order info. Foreign entrants use the English name exactly as on their passport and add the country code to the phone number.
2. Entries use the event entry info typed at checkout, not your member profile. If you need to change it before the event closes, cancel the order and buy again. Customer service cannot change it.
3. Only the winner can take part, and details cannot be changed after entering. Nicknames are not accepted.
4. Enter one person per order. If you enter two or more, only one is counted.
5. Video call events run on Line or Discord only.
6. Make sure your messenger ID can be found and added as a friend. Makestar is not responsible for problems if friend requests are blocked.

Video call notes

1. An ID check happens before the event. Bring a physical ID with a photo; photos, scans and copies of records are not accepted.
   • Korean adults: resident ID card, driver's license or passport.
   • Korean minors aged 14 or over: middle or high school student ID, passport or a nationally recognized certificate showing date of birth.
   • Foreigners: passport or alien registration card.
   • All IDs must be unexpired.
   • From Apr 13, 2026, people under 14 cannot enter or take part (notice: https://www.makestar.com/notice/500935).
2. Names on signing sheets use your Starmaker name from checkout, in Korean (up to 5 characters) or English (up to 10 characters). Other requests are not applied, and the name cannot be changed after sales end. A name that breaks these rules is replaced by your real name.
3. The artist video calls the winner 1:1, and the call ends when the set time is up.
4. The event runs on the video call channel ID you gave. It cannot be changed after entering.
5. Video call events run on Line or Discord only.
6. If the channel ID does not match the account tied to your phone number, the event may be limited.
7. Before and on the day of the event, you get a confirmation message on your messenger. Reply to the info check and friend request messages.
8. Only the winner can take part. If you are connected with someone else, or two or more people join, the call may be cut off.
9. If the winner does not end the call, staff may end it.
10. If you miss or reject your turn twice, you get one last call at the end. If that fails, the video call cannot go ahead.
11. Problems with the winner's network or device settings can stop the event. Check your network, screen and audio settings beforehand.
12. Do not ask the artist private questions or unreasonable favors. Swearing, blame or bad behavior can get the call cut off by staff.
13. Nothing beyond a signature can be requested, such as drawings or P.S. notes.
14. Do not call or contact the organizer during the event. Calling back can restrict your participation.
15. Live streaming on social media is not allowed during the video call.
16. The notices above may change depending on circumstances.

Special offline event and fansign notes

Special offline event

This event is held in Korea. Enter only if you can attend in person. From Apr 13, 2026, people under 14 cannot enter or take part.

1. An ID check happens before entry. Bring a valid physical photo ID (same list as above).
2. Winner check and numbered tickets start 20 minutes before the event. Seats are assigned by on-site draw.
3. Check-in and entry are possible only at the set times. Late arrivals cannot enter or take part.
4. Buying on behalf of others is allowed, but only the person who entered can take part. Ticket transfers or identity theft lead to removal and exclusion from all of the artist's later events.
5. Sit at your number before the event starts. Moving seats is strictly limited after entry.
6. Arguing with other fans, swapping number tickets, moving seats or ignoring the queue order leads to removal.
7. If you leave the venue without permission, you cannot re-enter.
8. Take part in the order of your number.
9. You can give the artist gifts through staff before your turn starts, not in person. Gifts outside the allowed range are returned after the event; unclaimed gifts may be discarded. Handwritten letters go through the letter box or staff.
10. Fansign items cannot be handed over at this event.
11. You may set up a shooting device (phone) on the table during the 1:1 special offline event.
12. Flash, AF assist light and strobe light are banned when taking photos.
13. Live streaming on social media is banned and leads to removal.
14. No physical contact such as drawing or sticking stickers on skin, or touching hands. Excessive behavior or inappropriate language can lead to staff sanctions and removal.

Fansign

This event is held in Korea. Enter only if you can attend in person. For safety, physical contact, loud talking to the artist, cheering, chanting and standing up are restricted during the event.

1. An ID check happens before entry (same ID list as above). From Apr 13, 2026, people under 14 cannot enter or take part.
2. Winner check and numbered tickets start 30 minutes before the event. Seats are assigned by on-site draw.
3. Check-in and entry are possible only at the set times.
4. Buying on behalf of others is allowed, but only the person who entered can take part. Ticket transfers or identity theft lead to removal and exclusion from all of the artist's later events.
5. Sit at your number before the event starts. Moving seats is strictly limited after entry.
6. Arguing with other fans, swapping number tickets, moving seats or ignoring the queue order leads to removal.
7. Disrupting the fansign from your seat (calling members loudly, arguing with fans or staff) can lead to removal.
8. If you leave the venue without permission, you cannot re-enter.
9. Any behavior staff judge to disrupt the event can lead to removal and sanctions, whether or not you have been signed.
10. You can give the artist gifts through staff before your turn starts, not in person. Gifts outside the allowed range are returned after the event; unclaimed gifts may be discarded.
11. You can hand the artist a letter in person.
12. Personal cheering items (banners, signs) are not allowed. Cameras and belongings cannot be placed anywhere except your own seat.
13. Photos and video are allowed from your own seat only. Selfie sticks and tripods too. No photos or recording while getting your signature, so leave devices at your seat.
14. Flash, AF assist light and strobe light are banned.
15. Live streaming on social media is banned and leads to removal.
16. Recording and shooting devices (cameras, recorders, phones, smartwatches) are banned except at your seat. If caught, your win may be cancelled and data deleted before removal.
17. Items taken on stage are checked by staff beforehand. Props that are unsafe, unidentifiable or unsuitable cannot be used. You cannot put props on the artist. Props are returned after the event; unclaimed props are discarded. Fresh or dried flowers, takeout drinks, unwrapped food and perishable food (including vitamins and supplements) are not allowed as gifts.
18. Take part in the order of your number. Swapping tickets or ignoring staff instructions counts as refusing the fansign.
19. You get one signature on the signing sheet prepared on site. Photocards, posters, albums, phone cases and other personal items are collected.
20. Mark the pages for each member to sign in advance, and write the name of the fan being signed for.
21. One signature per member per sheet; stick the TO sticky note in advance. Names in Korean or English only.
22. Question sticky notes: 1 per member, multiple choice only. No drawings, short or long answers, requests or demands. Staff check the notes and can collect or ask you to change them.
23. The artist does not write P.S. messages.
24. Do not disturb other fans. No drawing or stickers on skin, no hand touching, no inappropriate behavior; staff may sanction or remove you.

• The event may change or be cancelled without notice. Keep your valuables safe; the organizer is not responsible for damage, loss or theft.

Notes for all buyers

• The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not reading these notes.
• Products bought during the entry period cannot be cancelled or refunded after it ends. You can cancel only until Oct 5, 2026 (Mon) 23:59 KST, and a cancelled order is removed from the draw.
• You can enter and win more than once. You can enter on behalf of someone else, but only the winner can take part.
• After winners are announced, name, phone number and video call channel ID cannot be changed through customer service.
• Makestar and S2 Entertainment collect name, contact details, date of birth and video call channel ID to confirm winners and run the event, and delete them within 1 year after the event ends.
• The event may change or be cancelled without notice, and some members may be unable to attend.
• The product includes a draw ticket that loses its value when entry closes, so there are no refunds for a change of mind after sales end.

Shipping

Makestar-exclusive rewards go into production right after pre-orders close, once quantities are fixed. Production takes about 1 to 2 weeks on average, then worldwide shipping starts. Schedules may shift.

• Missing or damaged items: send photos or an unboxing video to customer service within one week of delivery. Exchanges are not possible after 7 days or without a video, including freight forwarder deliveries.
• International shipping: the buyer pays any customs duties. Unpaid or uncleared items may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped. Undervaluation is not supported.
• Refunds within the refund period: Profile picture (top right) - Shipping/Orders - Order history - Cancel
