How to enter: Winners are chosen from people who buy ODD YOUTH 3rd Single [ can't go back ] (POCAALBUM BOX Ver.) / (POCAALBUM SLEEVE Ver.) on this event page during the entry period.

• The album version that counts differs by event.
• Part 1, 1:1 special offline event: 15 winners in total (3 per member)
• Part 2, in-person fansign: 30 winners in total
• Part 3, individual video call: 25 winners in total (5 per member, including 1 special)

SPECIAL EVENT

• 1 winner per member is chosen from that member's 5 individual video call winners.
• The member you entered for and the winner hold a 1:1 video call for 7 minutes.
• You are entered into the SPECIAL EVENT automatically when you enter the individual video call.
• If you win the SPECIAL EVENT, the video call you entered is replaced by the special individual video call.
• The event runs for about 7 minutes.

Entry rules

• You can enter parts 1, 2 and 3 and each member together, and you can win more than one. If you win more than once for the same member, only one counts.
• The number of entries is unrelated to the number of orders. You get one entry for every album you buy in this event. Example: buy 10 items and get 10 entry tickets; buy 24 items and get 24 entry tickets.
• Orders marked payment complete are entered automatically. If you place several orders, you are entered as many times as the total quantity you bought.
• You still receive the Makestar perks if you choose not to enter.
• Entries are based on the event entry info you type when ordering (name, date of birth, phone number, messenger and ID).
• The name written on the signed items is the entrant name you typed at purchase. Only Korean or English is possible. Requests for modifiers, drawings, symbols or P.S. notes are not applied.
• After the entry period ends, requests to change applicant or messenger info are never accepted. If a wrong entry makes it hard to verify you on the event day, you will be told you cannot take part. Makestar is explaining this because past change requests caused operational difficulties.

For 1:1 special offline event winners

1. Admission to the 1:1 special offline event with the member you entered for (7 minutes)
2. 1 object decorated together with the member you entered for (bring your own item)

• Winners bring the object to be decorated on the day.
• Items needed for decorating (stickers, oil-based markers, fabric markers and so on) are prepared on site.
• You can ask for doodles and signatures on the object you bring. (Requests after the decorating time cannot be given.)
• You cannot ask for a To. line or a P.S.
• If you do not bring an object, you get 1 postcard (signed sheet).
• The items you bring are checked beforehand, and some may not be allowed depending on the situation on site.
• Examples of allowed items: an earlier ODD YOUTH album, album photocards, a slogan, a phone case, a T-shirt.
• Examples of banned items: items of other artists, documents with legal effect, alcohol, cigarettes, lighters.

Entrant info notes

• If you live abroad, write your own contact number with the country code, not a freight forwarder's or someone else's number. Makestar is not responsible for any disadvantage caused by a number that cannot be reached.

1. When you order, write the entrant's real name and the entrant's email in the order info. Foreign entrants write the name in English as on the passport and include the country code in the phone number.
2. Entries are based on the event entry info you type when ordering (name, phone number, date of birth, messenger and ID), not on your member profile. International applicants must apply using the English name exactly as it appears on their passport.

• To change entry info before the deadline, cancel the existing order and buy again.
• Customer service cannot change entrant info.

1. Only the winner can take part, and contact details and info cannot be changed after you enter. Enter accurate info when you order. Nicknames and aliases are not accepted. Use your real name.
2. Enter info for only one person per order. If you enter info for two or more people, only one is recognized as the entry info, per the organizer's criteria. The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not reading this.
3. The video call event runs only on Discord and Line.
4. Make sure the messenger ID you enter allows friend search and friend requests. Makestar is not responsible for problems if the messenger info you gave cannot be added or registered.

Video call event notes

• From Apr 13, 2026, minors under 14 cannot enter or take part in events. Notice: https://www.makestar.com/notice/500935
• The video call event runs only on Discord and Line.

1. The event is held on the video call channel ID you provided. The messenger and ID cannot be changed after you enter.
2. The artist and the winner hold the video call, and the call ends when the set time is up.
3. One day before the event and on the day it starts, an event confirmation message is sent through the messenger channel you entered. Reply to the request to confirm your info and the friend request message.
4. If you do not answer, reject or hang up on your turn twice or more, you get one more call at the very end. If the call still does not connect, the video call cannot take place and you are told it cannot be held again.
5. Problems with the winner's network connection or device settings may make the event hard to run.

• If the call fails to connect or is cut off because of the network, it may not be possible to redo it. Check your network, screen and audio settings in advance.

1. If you reject the call or hang up on your turn, it is treated as not taking part and the call cannot go ahead.
2. If the winner does not end the call, the staff may end it by force as the schedule requires.
3. For smooth running, do not call or contact the organizer. Calling back means you may be barred from the event.
4. ID is checked before the event starts. Have your ID ready.

• No other means of verification works. Only a physical ID card with a photo is accepted. Photos, scans, and copies or certificates of registration are never accepted.
• If you cannot be verified, for example because you do not have your ID, you cannot take part.
• Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
• Korean minors aged 14 or older: middle or high school student ID, passport, nationally recognized certificate showing date of birth
• Foreigners: passport, alien registration card
• Only IDs that have not expired are accepted.

1. Only the winner can take part. If the call connects with someone other than the winner, or two or more people take part, the call may be ended by force.
2. Live streaming the video call on social media is banned.

1. Do not ask the artist private questions, swear or blame, ask for inappropriate remarks, or ask for long messages or letters. If this happens, the call may be stopped after a warning from the staff.

• Makestar is not responsible for situations caused by not reading this notice, so read it carefully.

• This event may be partly changed or cancelled without prior notice.

5. Makestar is not responsible for disadvantages caused by not following the staff, such as arguing with other fans, swapping number tickets, moving seats or not lining up in order. You are treated as not wanting to take part and removed.
6. Take part in the order of your own number.

• If you swap number tickets, or do not line up in your order or follow the staff despite their guidance, you are treated as not wanting to take part and removed.
• Makestar is not responsible for any problem caused by not standing in your number order. Follow the staff.

1. In this event, one winner per member enters and leaves at a time. There is no separate photo or talk time, so leave as soon as your turn ends.
2. If you leave the venue without permission, you cannot re-enter.
3. You cannot give gifts to the artist.
4. You can give the artist a letter directly.
5. You cannot use personal cheering items (placards, personal banners and so on) at this event.
6. During the event you can set up a phone tripod on the table and film. Only phones can film. Professional gear such as a DSLR, and tripods for it, are not allowed. All belongings except the phone and its tripod are banned (no props for filming).
7. Live streaming on social media during the event is banned. If caught, you are removed whether or not you take part.
8. You cannot use personally prepared items for decorating. If found, they are taken and discarded.
9. Do not disturb other fans' viewing. If it causes serious trouble, the staff may take action.
10. No direct physical contact with the artist. To prevent damage to clothes and skin trouble, requests such as attaching brooches, stickers or bands, or doodling directly on skin, are not allowed.
11. If you go too far or use inappropriate words toward the artist, the staff may take action. If you continue after a warning, you may be removed.
12. No drinking alcohol before entering or during the event. If you arrive after drinking, entry is restricted, and if you drink during the event you may be removed by force whether or not you take part.
13. Even for things not listed above, if you act in a way judged to disrupt the event on the day, you may be removed by force and sanctioned whether or not you take part.

• Show good manners toward the artist. If inappropriate words and behavior toward the artist are serious or keep repeating, the staff may remove you.
• Take care of your valuables. The organizers are not responsible for damage, loss or theft of belongings caused by your own carelessness.
• Makestar is not responsible for accidents caused by ignoring the notes above or the staff's instructions.

4. Sit at your numbered seat before the event starts. Moving seats after entry is strictly limited. If you stand up, change seats on your own or move seats, you may be removed.
5. If you disrupt the fansign from your seat, the staff stop you, and if it continues you may be removed (for example calling the members loudly or arguing with fans or staff).
6. Makestar is not responsible for disadvantages caused by not following the staff, such as arguing with other fans, swapping number tickets, moving seats or not lining up in order. You are treated as not wanting to take part and removed.
7. Take part in the order of your own number.

• If you swap number tickets, or do not line up in your order or follow the staff despite their guidance, you are treated as not wanting to take part and removed.
• Makestar is not responsible for any problem caused by not standing in your number order. Follow the staff.

1. If you leave the venue without permission, you cannot re-enter.
2. You can take photos and videos from your own seat during the event, but all filming and recording is banned once you move to take part. When you move, leave camera gear, phones, earphones and other electronics at your seat to avoid misunderstandings.

• If you are caught filming, recording or using electronics during the event, you may be barred from taking part, have your data deleted on site and be removed.
• Makestar is not responsible for damage to filming or recording devices when they are taken to delete data.

1. You cannot use personal cheering items (placards, personal banners and so on) at this event.

• To keep the venue comfortable, do not set up cameras or leave belongings anywhere other than your own seat.

1. Photos and videos, as well as selfie sticks and tripods, are allowed only at your own seat. You may be asked to stop if you go over a proper height and bother other attendees.
2. Flash, AF assist light and strobe light are banned when taking photos.
3. Live streaming on social media during the event is banned. If caught, you are removed whether or not you take part.
4. You cannot give gifts to the artist.
5. You can give the artist a letter directly.
6. You can hand the staff items for the photo, such as headbands. Hand them over before the fansign starts, and the artist wears them for the photo time after the fansign ends.

• Items judged unsuitable for filming may not be passed on or used, and the artist may not be able to use every item received depending on the situation on site.
• Revealing outfits, specific outfits (such as items linked to another artist's fan club), maid outfits and electronics (toy cameras, camcorders, phones, Bluetooth headsets and so on) cannot be handed over. Items that need a full change of clothes (hoodies, sweatshirts, trousers, skirts and so on) may not be worn, without prior notice.
• Fresh flowers (bouquets and so on) are banned inside the venue.
• All props are returned after the fansign ends. Props not collected at the set return time are discarded, and Makestar is not responsible for loss.

1. You cannot use writing tools other than the ones provided, and you cannot ask the artist to sign or doodle with your own.
2. You can get a signature only once, on the signing sheet prepared on site. Anything other than the sheet, such as photocards and personal belongings, is taken by the staff.

• No signatures on photocards, posters, albums, phone cases or other personal belongings

1. You may use only 1 [TO.] / [signature] / [question Post-it] per member, so prepare them beforehand.

• TO. can be a modifier plus a name (Korean or English), up to 10 characters.
• P.S. is not allowed.

1. Post-it questions are limited to 1 per member, in multiple-choice or short-answer form (no long open-ended questions). Requests for excessive letters, mentions of other artists and awkward questions about private life may be edited or refused on site. The staff check the Post-it before you get your signature, and if you go over the count or ask an unreasonable question, the Post-it may be taken or you may be asked to change the question.
2. Do not disturb other fans' viewing. If it causes serious trouble, the staff may take action.

Notes for all buyers

The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by not reading the notes below.

1. Items bought during the entry period cannot be cancelled or refunded at your own discretion after entry closes. Only cancellations requested by Sep 27, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST are possible, and later requests cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancelling also removes you from the draw, so check before you buy.
2. You can enter more than once and win more than once.

• Buying on someone's behalf is allowed, but only the winner can take part in the event. No one can attend on the winner's behalf.

1. After winners are announced, customer service never changes the entrant's real name, contact details or video call channel ID. When you order, check that you put the entrant's real name as the orderer name and the entrant's email as the orderer email. Also check that your info lets you take part and that your phone number can receive calls.
2. To check duplicate wins and run the event, personal information is collected and provided as follows.

• Items collected: name, phone number, date of birth, video call channel IDs, etc.

• Recipients: Makestar, TOP Media
• Retention: destroyed within 1 year after the event ends

1. The event may be changed or cancelled without prior notice at the organizer's discretion. Some members may be unable to attend because of unavoidable circumstances.
2. This product includes an entry ticket for the winner draw, and the ticket loses its value when entry closes. So after sales close, refunds for a change of mind are not possible.

• Purchased items and rewards are produced and shipped in order after the event ends.

Process from sale to delivery

Makestar exclusive rewards go into production right after the pre-order period ends, once quantities are fixed.

• Exception: for events held overseas, shipping starts after the on-site event ends.
• Step 1: You can order until Sep 27, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST.
• Step 2: Right after the event ends, quantities are fixed and production of Makestar exclusive rewards (including perks) begins. Production takes about 1 to 2 weeks on average.
• Step 3: Worldwide shipping begins. The shipping schedule may shift slightly depending on production time and circumstances.

Sales, exchange and shipping info

Makestar exclusive rewards are pre-order items. Production begins right after sales end, once quantities are fixed.

1. Missing or damaged items

Take photos, and an unboxing video if possible, that show whether anything is missing or damaged. Submit them to customer service within one week of delivery so an additional shipment or exchange can be reviewed.

• Take photos or video when you first receive the parcel and unbox it.
• Take photos or video of the packaging after opening the box.
• Take photos or video that show all components.
• If a component inside the album is damaged, an exchange can take 4 to 12 weeks.
• Exchanges are not possible if 7 days have passed since receipt (per the tracking record) or if no video is attached. This also applies if you used a freight forwarder.
• Returns or exchanges sent with a courier other than the designated one are automatically sent back.
• Even if damage or missing items are confirmed, an exchange or reshipment may not be possible if there is no stock.

2. Domestic shipping

• Jeju and remote island areas may incur an extra shipping fee.

3. International shipping

• Customs duties may apply depending on the country, and the buyer pays them.
• Depending on the country, the courier may contact you separately about duties before delivery.
• If duties are not paid within a set period, the item may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped.
• If customs clearance is not completed, the item may be discarded automatically and cannot be reshipped.
• Undervaluation is not supported. Notes in the remarks field are not applied.

4. How to get a refund

• If you need a refund within the refund period, request it directly from your order history.
