Meet & video call fansign event

Schedule

• Part 1: In-person fansign - Nov 8, 2026 (Sun) 13:00 KST, 30 people. Venue: announced to winners individually.
• Part 2: 1:1 mood light DIY event - Held after Part 1 ends, 3 people per member (15 in total). Venue: announced to winners individually.
• Part 3: 1:1 video call event - Held after Part 2 ends, 10 people per member (50 in total).

How to participate

• Entry period: Oct 30, 2026 (Fri) 15:00 ~ Nov 1, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST
• Store: JJ Muze Online Mall (www.jjmuze.com)
• How to enter: Winners are drawn from customers who buy 'EVNNE 6th Mini Album [on : our noise] Photobook ver.' during the entry period: 30 for the in-person fansign, 3 per member (15 in total) for the 1:1 mood light DIY, and 10 per member (50 in total) for the 1:1 video call.
• Winner announcement: Nov 2, 2026 (Mon) 15:00 KST or later, by individual email

In-person fansign

• All applicants: 1 of 5 unreleased 'I'm the ENNVE Star' ver. photocards, at random. Given by quantity purchased; buying 5 gives 1 full set (5 cards) with no duplicates.
• Winners: 5 of the in-person fansign winners are drawn to get a signed Polaroid.

1:1 mood light DIY

• All applicants: 1 of 5 unreleased 'I'm the ENNVE Star' ver. photocards, at random. Given by quantity purchased; buying 5 gives 1 full set (5 cards) with no duplicates.
• Winners: Every 1:1 mood light DIY winner gets a mood light decorated together with the artist, and a two-shot Polaroid taken with the winning member.

1:1 video call event

• All applicants: 1 of 5 unreleased 'Malang Mandu' ver. photocards, at random. Given by quantity purchased; buying 5 gives 1 full set (5 cards) with no duplicates.
• Winners: From the 1:1 video call winners, 1 per member (5 in total) are drawn for a special video call (5 minutes).
• Winners: In a separate draw, 5 winners get a signed Polaroid of the member they won.

How the in-person fansign works

• ID check and number tickets: starting 30 minutes before the start time.
• Only these IDs are accepted, so check in advance:
  1. Korean nationals: resident registration card, driver's license, passport, youth ID (issued by a community center)
  2. Foreigners: passport or alien registration card
  • Not accepted: student ID, copy of a resident registration card, photocopies, IDs without a photo. Only IDs that have not expired are accepted.
• There is no separate waiting area at the venue. Enter right after the winner check.
• Prepare the name you want the artist to sign to beforehand.
• No entering or leaving once the event starts. Staff may sanction anyone who seriously disrupts the event.
• The two-shot selfie that in-person winners get is taken on the day and sent to you later.

In-person fansign notes

• Bring your ID (birth date and photo required) for the identity check before entry.
• You cannot move to a seat other than your assigned one, and tripods are not allowed anywhere but your own seat. Following staff instructions is required; leaving your seat or setting up a tripod elsewhere can get you removed.
• Staff are not responsible for problems caused by not standing in your number order. Follow staff instructions.
• No flash, AF assist light or strobe light when taking photos.
• "To." can be up to 5 characters, the name you want to receive. No separate PS requests.
• Post-it questions: 1 only, multiple-choice or open-ended.
• Letters and filming props can be handed to the artist directly. Gifts cannot be passed on.
• Unreasonable requests, inappropriate questions about the artist's private life and similar may be edited or refused.
• No live streaming (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, Afreeca TV and so on) at the fansign. No filming or audio recording while waiting in line or getting a signature. Violators are removed on the spot.
• If you bring a phone, Bluetooth earphones, smartwatch or any device that can film or record to your signing, staff will check it. Any filming or recording found is deleted and you are removed.
• Signing is done only on the album provided on the day. Photobooks, photocards and personal belongings cannot be signed.
• A signed CD is not provided if you do not attend.
• No contact with the artist, unreasonable demands, private questions or questions that could be misunderstood. Swearing, insults and other rude behavior can lead to a canceled win, removal, and penalties at later events.
• No food or fresh flowers. Carrying them in can restrict your entry. Water and drinks with a lid are allowed.
• Depending on the venue, some items (bubble guns, confetti, party poppers, flower petals) may not be brought in. You can ask staff to return them when you leave, but items not collected that day are discarded.
• No exchange or refund if you cannot enter because of traffic, parking or similar problems on the day.
• Making or using unapproved cheering tools or illegal items, or filming without prior agreement, leads to deletion of the footage and removal.
• If you act in a way that makes the event hard to run, even if not listed above, you may be removed or sanctioned.

1:1 mood light DIY event notes

• Bring your ID (birth date and photo required) for the identity check before entry.
• You cannot move to a seat other than your assigned one, and tripods are not allowed anywhere but your own seat.

• You decorate the mood light 1:1 with the artist. The event lasts about 5 minutes (may change depending on the situation on site).
• Photos can be taken with a tripod on the desk (phone only).
• No live streaming (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, Afreeca TV and so on) during the event.
• No contact with the artist, unreasonable demands, private questions or questions that could be misunderstood. Swearing, insults and other rude behavior can lead to a canceled win, removal, and penalties at later events.
• No exchange or refund if you cannot enter because of traffic, parking or similar problems on the day.
• Cheering tools and illegal items not approved for the event may not be made or used.
• If you act in a way that makes the event hard to run, even if not listed above, you may be removed or sanctioned.

Video call fansign notes

• Special video call winners get about 5 minutes of video call.
• Enter the applicant's info at purchase to complete your entry. Enter the exact info of the person who will take part.
• An ID check is held before the call, so have your ID ready.
• The call runs through the Face Talk function of the KakaoTalk app, in turn at the announced time. Enter only if you can be reached and have no trouble running KakaoTalk.
• If you do not answer 2 or more calls during your turn, one more call is made at the end of the video call round. If the call still does not connect, the video call cannot proceed, so enter only if you can answer at the event time.
• Only the winner can take the call. Changing the contact or handing the call to someone else is not allowed. The call is ended if someone other than the winner joins or the call is passed to another person.
• Have a phone that can make mobile video calls ready before the event starts. Do not call the organizer's number yourself.
• "To." in the signed album can be up to 5 characters, the name you want to receive.
• Signing is only on the album, at the designated page. Photobooks, photocards and inner items cannot be signed.
• A signed CD is not provided if you do not attend.
• No recording, photos or video with third-party electronic devices, and no live streaming by the winner.
• Do not make unreasonable demands of the artist. Inappropriate behavior ends the call and brings penalties later.
• Check your network environment beforehand, since network problems can make the call hard to run.
• No post-its, props, gestures or PS (extra) requests during the call.
• Staff may stop you if you disrupt the event, even for things not listed here.

Purchase notes

• Items bought for this event cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Event items are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Minors must buy with a legal guardian's consent.
• Applicant info cannot be changed after winners are announced. Check what you entered before applying. Foreign applicants must enter a contact that can receive SMS.
• Fansign spots cannot be transferred or sold. Taking part under another person's name is penalized immediately.
• Winners are drawn from the info entered at purchase. If you buy for someone else, enter the participant's info, not the buyer's.
• Multiple orders with the same applicant info during the entry period are combined automatically.
• Items are shipped by courier after the event ends and the special gifts are produced.
• The event may be partly changed or cancelled without notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances.
• Personal info provided: name, contact, birth date, email, shipping address and so on. Purpose: drawing fansign winners for EVNNE 6th Mini Album [on : our noise]. Recipients: JJ Muze, Jellyfish Entertainment. Retention: deleted once the purpose is achieved.
• Albums bought for this event count toward the Hanteo and Circle charts.
