This notice covers both the in-person fan sign and the 1:1 video call. This product is the 1:1 video call. The in-person fan sign has its own product.

Event

• Fan sign (in person): Nov 20, 2026 (Fri) 7:00 PM KST. 30 winners. Venue is announced to winners individually. The schedule may change with the artist's schedule, and start and end times may change depending on the situation on site.
• 1:1 video call: Nov 20, 2026 (Fri), after the in-person fan sign ends. 15 winners. One winner talks 1:1 with the artist for a set time over KakaoTalk or LINE app Facetalk. Start and end times may change depending on the situation on site.

• All applicants (in-person fan sign): "Woo-pyeon Jjang! Ver." 1 random unreleased selfie photocard out of 2 types, given 1:1 with albums bought.
• All applicants (1:1 video call): "Woo-pyeon Neo! Ver." 1 random unreleased selfie photocard out of 2 types, given 1:1 with albums bought.
• Fan sign winners: 1 signed Polaroid (3 winners drawn).
• 1:1 video call winners: 1 signed Polaroid (3 winners drawn), and 1 special video call (3 minutes) (1 winner drawn).

How to enter

• How to enter: Buying the PARK WOO JIN 2ND EP [SOLSTICE] album at the Interasia online mall during the entry period enters you automatically (in-person 30 / 1:1 video call 15).
• Entry period: Oct 31, 2026 (Sat) 3:00 PM ~ Nov 3, 2026 (Tue) 11:59 PM KST. Based on completed payment.

• Winner announcement: after Nov 4, 2026 (Tue) 3:00 PM KST, on the winner announcement board of the Interasia website and by individual email to winners.
• Albums entered in this event ship in order after the event ends.
• If you pay by bank transfer, use your real name. Otherwise the deposit may be hard to confirm.

Video call and fan sign cautions

• This is an event where each winner and the artist talk by video call. Prepare a phone that can make video calls before it starts.
• Winners get their call on their own phone, in turn, after preparing it in advance.
• End the call when the artist wraps up.
• Each winner gets a set time. The call ends automatically when the time is up.
• Every winner of this event is sent a signed album (1 of the albums you bought will be signed).
• Albums bought to enter this event cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• You can enter multiple times. If applicant details are all the same within the same video call entry, the quantities are added up.
• All purchased albums ship together after the event ends (winners included).
• The "applicant gift" and "winner gift" are shipped together with your albums.
• This is an online event held over KakaoTalk or LINE Facetalk. Winners must prepare a phone that can make video calls and check their network.
• The video call runs only on the phone contact or the KakaoTalk or LINE messenger ID you entered when applying.
• If you do not answer after 2 or more calls, it cannot proceed. Enter only if you can join on the event schedule.
• Only the winner can join. If someone other than you, or 2 or more people including you, join the call, staff may end it.
• Signatures are done on a random page inside the album.
• If the artist is asked for unreasonable things, or insulted or demeaned during the call, staff stop the call and you may be restricted from future events.
• Staff may restrict anything that disturbs the event beyond what is listed.
• The event may be canceled or postponed for unavoidable reasons, and this may be announced just before the event.
• The event may be partly or fully changed or canceled without notice, depending on the organizer.
• If you disturb the event beyond the cautions, you may be restricted from joining.
• Products bought during the entry period are entered automatically and cannot be canceled or refunded.

In-person fan sign cautions

• Wearing a mask is no longer required, but wearing one is recommended for your health.
• Winner check and number tickets are available from 30 minutes before the event starts.
• Please read the cautions and cooperate with on-site staff.
• The venue follows COVID-19 prevention rules. Seats are assigned in person by drawing after ID check on site. You cannot enter after the event starts, so arrive on time.
• Depending on prevention rules, you may be asked for a temperature check (non-contact) and hand sanitizing. Entry may be restricted with a fever of 37.5 degrees or more.
• Gifts cannot be handed over to the artist. Letters and fan sign items can be handed over in your own turn.
• Special decorations are hard to handle. Anything not in Korean or English may be restricted by staff on site.
• Only the winner can collect the winning ticket. Family and acquaintances cannot collect it for you.
• When you collect the ticket, show ID with your photo to the staff. Bring your ID.
  • Korean nationals: resident registration card, driver's license, passport, student ID with photo, youth ID, or a qualification certificate with photo and resident registration number. Other IDs do not allow entry.
  • Non-Korean nationals: identity is checked only by the English name on the passport. Other IDs (such as student ID) are not accepted.
  • All IDs must be physical and not expired.
• Write your [TO.] (Korean or English) on a Post-it and stick it in the photobook. Mark the page to be signed in advance.
• Fancy writing is hard. Anything not in Korean, English or a nickname may be restricted by staff on site.
• Filming and recording are never allowed while you are waiting (in line, or going up for the autograph). If caught, you will be removed.
• You can only get an autograph in the photobook or the like. (Covers are not allowed. Album gift items [photocards], phone cases and personal items are not allowed either. If caught, the item is collected and not returned.)
• If you say unreasonable things, insults or put-downs, staff may restrict you.
• Only 1 Post-it question is allowed, so prepare one in advance.
  • Staff check the Post-it before the autograph. Questions with another person's name may be collected, and fancy writing or P.S. requests to the artist are not allowed.
• Fan sign items are all returned after the fan sign. Items not picked up at the set return time are not our responsibility, and fan items not picked up on the day are discarded on site.
• Live streaming of the fan sign on SNS (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, AfreecaTV, etc.) is banned. If caught, you are removed.
• If you drink, entry may be restricted.
• Even if not listed, you may be removed or sanctioned if you do something that makes the event hard to run on the day.
• You cannot move between seats. If caught swapping or moving seats, you are removed.
• The event runs without an acrylic partition since social distancing has ended.
• No entry once the fan sign ends.
• Products bought during the entry period are entered automatically and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Personal information

• Items provided: name, contact, channel ID, date of birth, email, address
• Purpose: drawing event winners, shipping winning gifts
• Recipients: Interasia Co., Ltd., Paramusic
• Retention and use period: kept as long as needed for the purpose and per the site's terms of use.
