Notes for entering and how the event runs

• Purchases from retailers other than the Apple Music online store do not count for this event.
• This product includes an entry ticket, so purchase and entry happen at the same time. Albums bought to enter cannot be exchanged or refunded after the entry period ends, so purchase carefully.
• Multiple entries are allowed. If the entrant information you enter at purchase is identical, purchase quantities are added together automatically.
• The 1:1 video call event and the fan sign event run at the same time, and you can enter both and win both.
• You can enter this event only with 'TUNEXX 2ND MINI ALBUM [BLUE MODE] (INDIVIDUAL MODE VER.)'. You cannot choose the version, and the version is shipped at random.
• Applicant benefits, winner benefits and purchased albums will be shipped in order after the event ends.
• An ID check will be held for winners to take part on the day of the event.
  • Winners must bring a physical ID that shows a photo and the date of birth in their own name.
  • Accepted IDs:
  1. Korean adult: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  2. Korean minor: youth ID card, student ID
  3. Foreign national (non-Korean nationality): alien registration card, passport
  • IDs other than the above, expired passports, and student IDs that do not show a date of birth cannot be used for verification.
  • Except for Korean minors, all winners cannot use a student ID (including university) for verification.
  • Only physical IDs are accepted; photos, copies and mobile (app) IDs are not accepted.
• Only the winner in person can take part. Transferring, selling, or using another person's name or ID is prohibited. If this is found, the person may be barred from fan sign and fan club events for the whole period.
• If a participant makes unreasonable demands of the artist, asks overly personal questions, or uses abusive or derogatory language, staff may stop that participant.
• Follow these precautions to keep the event running smoothly. Staff may also restrict anything judged to interfere with the event, even if it is not listed here. Anyone who does not follow staff instructions may be sanctioned or removed.
• This event may be changed in part or in whole, or cancelled, without prior notice depending on the organizer's circumstances.

Notes for winners

1:1 video call event winners

• This is a 1:1 video call between each winner and the artist. Have a mobile phone that can make video calls ready before the start.
• Winners prepare their mobile phone, wait for their turn, then receive the video call on the phone.
• You hold the video call with the artist, and the call ends when the time is up.
• Each winner gets 5 minutes per member.
• This is an online event held by video call (KakaoTalk or Weverse). Winners must have a mobile phone that can make video calls ready in advance and check their network environment.
• Video calls can only be made to the mobile phone contact or messenger ID entered when applying for the event.
• If you do not answer the call twice, the call cannot proceed, so check the event schedule and enter only if you can attend.
• Only the winner in person can take part. If someone other than the winner, or someone in addition to the winner, joins, the video call may be forcibly ended.
• Winners receive 1 of the purchased INDIVIDUAL MODE VER. albums signed.
• Unreasonable requests and personal questions to the artist are not allowed. If the call content is judged inappropriate, the event may be stopped and later participation may be restricted.
• The [To.] name on the signed item is written only with the name entered when applying (Korean or English).
• Drawing requests during the event are possible, but separate P.S. requests are not allowed.

Fan sign event winners

• Arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the event starts. If you arrive after the start time, your participation may be restricted.
• Midway entry or changes to the participation time may be hard depending on the situation at the venue, so please note this.
• To keep order at the venue, entry is restricted from 30 minutes after the start time, and exit is restricted from 30 minutes before the end time.
• If you want to use the restroom, use it before the fan sign.
• To keep the event running smoothly, join the fan sign according to your assigned seat number.
• Video and photo recording and setting up tripods are allowed only at your own seat. Setting up a camera (tripod) anywhere other than your seat, leaving personal items on the floor, and moving seats during the fan sign are not allowed.
• This event is held with signing on a signature sheet, and you can get a signature only on that sheet.
  • You cannot get signatures anywhere else, such as on photocards or album components.
  • If you are caught, the item will be collected by staff and cannot be returned.
• On the post-it handed out at the venue after entry, write the winner's name (the Korean or English name shown on your ID) and attach it to the signature sheet.
• For post-it requests, only 1 member-specific multiple-choice question or drawing request is possible. Post-its with other messages, including P.S., are not allowed.
• You can hand letters directly to the artist at this event, but gifts cannot be handed over.
• Fan sign event items must be passed to staff before the fan sign starts. Items cannot be passed to members or staff after the fan sign starts.
  • Electronic devices that can record and other small items may also be restricted depending on the situation at the venue.
  • Flowers (including dried flowers), food that may spoil or is not packaged (cake, homemade snacks, chocolate, takeout drinks, etc.) and cash-like items (gift certificates, cash, gift cards, etc.) cannot be brought in or given as fan sign items.
• Items lost through your own carelessness after the fan sign ends cannot be kept, and may be discarded on the same day depending on the situation at the venue.
• This event runs in seat number order. If you do not follow your own turn, or do not follow staff guidance, you may not be able to get a signature.
• From the waiting line, you cannot carry a mobile phone, camera, or recording device, and filming and recording are never allowed while waiting or getting a signature. If caught, data may be deleted and you may be asked to leave.
• Live streaming on SNS from the fan sign venue will result in removal.
• If the in-person event cannot be held, it may be replaced with a video call event.

Personal information collection and use

• Collected personal information is used as described below and is not used for any other purpose.
  1. Items collected: name, date of birth, contact number, address, messenger ID
  2. Purpose: winner drawing and identity verification, shipping of winner prizes
  3. Recipients: Apple Music Limited Liability Company, IS Entertainment Co., Ltd.
  4. Retention period: kept until the purpose is achieved or in accordance with the site's terms of use
