• Part 2: 1:1 video call event (10 people per member, 50 in total) - Oct 30, 2026 (Fri) 21:00 KST

How to participate

• Entry period: Oct 23, 2026 (Fri) 15:00 ~ Oct 25, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST (orders count once payment is confirmed)
• How to enter: Winners are drawn from everyone who buys 'SF9 2nd Album [TENACITY] (TENACITY Ver. / LIGHTEN Ver. / INTEND Ver.)' at Apple Music Online Mall.
  • You can enter the in-person fan sign and the 1:1 video call event at the same time, and win both.
  • For the 1:1 video call event, you can enter and win more than once per member.

Notes on entering and event procedure

• Purchases from retailers other than Apple Music Online Mall are not eligible for this event.
• This product includes an entry right, and entry is made at the same time as purchase. Albums bought to enter cannot be exchanged or refunded after the entry period ends, so buy carefully.
• Multiple entries are possible. If the applicant information entered at purchase is identical, purchase quantities are combined automatically.
• The in-person fan sign and 1:1 video call event held at the same time allow duplicate entries and duplicate wins.
• Only 'SF9 2nd Album [TENACITY] (TENACITY Ver. / LIGHTEN Ver. / INTEND Ver.)' is eligible. (You can't choose the version; it ships at random.)
• The applicant perk, winner perk and purchased albums will be shipped in sequence after the event ends.
• An identity verification procedure will be held for winners on the day of the event. Winners must bring a physical ID in their own name with photo and birth date. These ID standards apply to winner verification. Check them carefully.
  1. Korean minors: student ID of an elementary/middle/high school, passport, or a government-issued qualification certificate showing the birth date
  2. Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  3. All foreigners: passport or alien registration card
  • Except for Korean minors, all winners cannot use a student ID (including university) for verification.
  • Only IDs within their validity period are accepted.
• If a physical ID cannot be verified, or if the applicant's name differs from the name on the ID, participation in the event is not possible. (Koreans should write their name in Korean, foreigners in English as shown on their passport or alien registration card.)
• Only the winner in person may participate in this event. Transferring, selling, or using another person's name or ID is prohibited. If this occurs, you may be excluded from all future events.
• Notice details may be partly or fully changed or canceled depending on the organizer's circumstances, without prior notice.
• Some members may be unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances or schedules, and notice of absence may be announced just before the event.

Notes for winners

In-person fan sign

• Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start. If you arrive after the start time, participation may be restricted. Joining mid-event or changing your participation time is difficult due to the situation on site.
• To maintain order in the venue, entry is limited from 30 minutes after the start time and exit is limited from 30 minutes before the end time. Use the restroom before the fan sign.
• This event runs in seat number order. For smooth operation, take part in the fan sign at your assigned number. If you do not take part in your turn, or do not follow on-site staff guidance, you may not get a signature.
• Filming, photography and setting up a camera (tripod) anywhere other than your own seat, placing personal belongings, or moving away from your seat during the fan sign is not allowed.
• Winners will be given one of the albums they purchased at the venue for signing. Only the photobook or inner pages of that album can be signed. (The album is given at random, regardless of the version you bought, so you can't choose the version.)
• After entering the venue, write the winner's name (Korean or English) on the Post-it handed out and attach it to the album. Also mark the page you want signed for each member in advance.
• "TO." in the signed album will be written only in the name (Korean or English) you provided when entering the event.
• Post-it questions are limited to one objective-style question per member. (No subjective questions.) Do not use wording or questions that make each other uncomfortable.
• Do not draw on the artist's skin or ask the members to do so.
• Photocard writing is allowed only on photocards included in the album contents. Attach them to the member's signing page in advance.
• Items judged dangerous, such as sharp objects, may not be handed over. Depending on the situation, the artist may not be able to wear all the items.
• Items for the artist can only be handed over through staff. Except for letters after the fan sign ends, gifts and fan sign items will be collected.
• Lost items caused by your own carelessness after the fan sign cannot be stored, and may be discarded on the day depending on the situation.
• You cannot carry a phone, camera, recording device, etc. from the waiting line. Filming and audio recording are strictly prohibited while waiting and during signing. Violations result in data deletion and removal.
• During and after the fan sign, refrain from making comments about members' personal matters.
• Live broadcasting on SNS at the fan sign venue results in removal.
• If you make unreasonable demands to the artist, or use excessive speech or behavior such as profanity or slander, staff may stop you, and future event participation may be restricted.
• If the in-person event cannot be held due to external factors, it may be replaced with a video call event.
• Read the notes above carefully for smooth event operation. If staff judge that something other than the listed items hinders the event, they may stop you. Failure to follow staff guidance may result in sanctions and removal.

1:1 video call event

• This event is a video call between each winner and the artist. Have a phone capable of video calls ready before the start.
• Prepare your phone in advance and wait for your turn. Receive the video call made to your phone, and end the call when you finish the video call with the artist.
• The event time is limited to 2 minutes per winner. The call ends automatically after about 2 minutes.
• Every winner of this event will get one signed album among the albums they purchased, which will be shipped.
• The applicant perk, winner perk and purchased albums will be shipped in sequence after the event ends.
• If you do not answer a call two or more times, the event cannot proceed. Check the event schedule and apply only if you can participate.
• This is an online event held by video call (KakaoTalk Facetalk or WeChat). Winners must prepare a phone capable of video calls in advance and check their own network environment.
• The video call only works with the phone contact or messenger ID (KakaoTalk or WeChat) you entered when applying.
• Only the winner in person may participate. If anyone other than the winner joins, the video call may be forcibly ended.
• "TO." in the signed album will be written only in the name (Korean or English) you provided when entering the event.
• Signing will be done on the member-designated page inside the album.
• To let you focus on talking with the member during the set time, requests for separate PS (extra requests) during the event are prohibited.
• If there is inappropriate content toward the artist during the video call, such as unreasonable demands, profanity or slander, the call may be cut off by staff, and future event participation may be restricted.
• For smooth operation, if staff judge that something other than the listed items hinders the event, they may stop you.
• Some members may be unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances or schedules, and notice of absence may be announced just before the event.
• Notice details may be partly or fully changed or canceled depending on the organizer's circumstances, without prior notice.
• If something other than the notes hinders the event, your participation may be restricted.

Personal information collection and use

• Collected personal information is used as follows and not used for other purposes.
  1. Items collected: name, birth date, contact, address, messenger ID
  2. Purpose: winner draw and identity verification, delivery of winner prizes
  3. Recipients: Apple Music Co., Ltd., FNC Entertainment Co., Ltd.
  4. Retention period: until the purpose is achieved or per the site terms of use
