Event schedule

• Part 1: In-person fan sign (30 people) - Nov 13, 2026 (Fri). Venue and time: announced individually to winners only.
  • Winners get a signing sheet to be signed at the venue [1 per member, 8 in total].
• Part 2: 1:1 video call event (15 people per member, 120 in total) - Nov 13, 2026 (Fri), right after the in-person event ends.
  • One DIGIPACK VER. album among the albums the winner bought is signed and shipped.

How to participate

• Entry period: Oct 23, 2026 (Fri) 15:00 ~ Nov 4, 2026 (Wed) 23:59 KST (orders count once payment is confirmed)
• How to enter: Winners are drawn from everyone who buys 'ATEEZ 15TH MINI ALBUM [GOLDEN HOUR : Part.6] (DIGIPACK VER.)' at Apple Music Online Mall.
  • You can enter the in-person fan sign and the 1:1 video call event at the same time, and win both.
  • For the 1:1 video call event, you can enter and win more than once per member.

Notes on entering and event procedure

• Purchases from retailers other than Apple Music Online Mall are not eligible for this event.
• Albums bought to enter cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• This product includes an entry right, and entry is made at the same time as purchase. Albums cannot be exchanged or refunded after the entry period ends, so buy carefully.
• Multiple entries are possible. If the applicant information entered at purchase is identical, purchase quantities are combined automatically.
• The in-person fan sign and 1:1 video call event held at the same time allow duplicate entries and duplicate wins.
• Only 'ATEEZ 15TH MINI ALBUM [GOLDEN HOUR : Part.6] (DIGIPACK VER.)' is eligible. A / DIARY / Z VER. / DIGIPACK UNIT VER. are not eligible. You can't choose the version; it ships at random.
• The applicant perk and purchased albums will be shipped in sequence after the event ends.
• An identity verification procedure will be held for winners on the day of the event. Winners must bring a physical ID in their own name with photo and birth date. These ID standards apply to winner verification. Check them carefully.
  1. Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  2. Korean minors: youth ID, student ID, passport
  3. Foreigners (non-Korean nationals): alien registration card, passport
  • The IDs above are the only ones accepted. Expired passports and student IDs without a birth date are not valid.
  • Except for Korean minors, all winners cannot use a student ID (including university) for verification.
  • Only physical IDs are accepted. Photos, copies and mobile (app) IDs are not accepted.
• Only the winner in person may participate in this event. Transferring, selling, or using another person's name or ID is prohibited. If this occurs, restrictions on participation in all fan sign and fan club events during the period may apply.
• If you make inappropriate remarks to the artist, such as unreasonable demands, excessive questions, profanity or slander, staff may stop you.
• Read the notes above carefully for smooth event operation. If staff judge that something other than the listed items hinders the event, they may stop you. Failure to follow staff guidance may result in sanctions and removal.
• Some members may be unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances or schedules, and notice of absence may be announced just before the event.
• Notice details may be partly or fully changed or canceled depending on the organizer's circumstances, without prior notice.

Notes for winners

In-person fan sign

• Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start. If you arrive after the start time, participation may be restricted. Joining mid-event or changing your participation time is difficult due to the situation on site.
• To maintain order in the venue, entry is limited from 30 minutes after the start time and exit is limited from 30 minutes before the end time. Use the restroom before the fan sign.
• Take part in the fan sign at your assigned seat for smooth operation.
• Filming, photography and tripod setup are allowed only at your own seat. Setting up a camera (tripod) anywhere other than your seat, placing personal belongings, or moving away from your seat during the fan sign is not allowed.
• This event signs only the signing sheet, and you can only get a signature on that sheet. Photocards, posters, phone cases and other album contents and personal items cannot be signed. If you bring such items, staff will take them and they cannot be returned.
• You can attach your [To.] and [question Post-its] to the signing sheet. Nothing else is allowed.
• Write the name you want on the signature in Korean or English only. (No formulas or P.S.)
• Before the start, write the name for your signature on a Post-it and attach it to the signing sheet.
• For question Post-its, only one question per member is allowed. (8 in total)
• The question must be about the member you are being signed by. Only selection-type questions (A vs. B / O or X) or multiple-choice questions with 5 or fewer options are allowed. (No subjective questions.)
• Private questions between you and the member, private questions about the member, and questions about rumors or false information are not allowed.
• Staff will check your question Post-its on site before the signing. Questions that do not follow the guidance may be collected or you may be asked to edit them.
• Requests for formulas, P.S. or drawings from the artist are not allowed.
• Gifts and support items cannot be handed over. For fan sign items (headbands, light sticks, etc.), hand them over through staff in your signing order.
• Only 1 fan sign item per member can be handed over, and you cannot put it on the artist yourself.
• Staff check fan sign items before signing. Items judged inappropriate may not be handed over.
• All fan sign items will be returned after the fan sign ends. The organizer is not responsible for items that were not collected at the set time.
• Lost items caused by your own carelessness after the fan sign cannot be stored, and may be discarded on the day depending on the situation.
• For letters, hand them to staff before the fan sign starts.
• If you make unreasonable demands to the artist, or use excessive speech or behavior such as profanity or slander, staff may stop you.
• If excessive behavior or physical contact with the members, or inappropriate remarks, continue, staff may stop you or remove you from the venue. (e.g., attaching stickers, pinching)
• Take part in the fan sign in order of your own number.
• If you swap number tickets, do not line up in your own order despite staff guidance, or do not follow staff instructions, it is treated as giving up your signing and you will not get a signature. The organizer is not responsible for any disadvantage caused by not following staff instructions.
• If you make unreasonable demands to the artist, or use excessive speech or behavior such as profanity or slander, staff may stop you.
• Turn off the flash when taking photos. If the flash goes off, staff will take action.
• You cannot move around during the fan sign or set up a tripod anywhere other than your own seat.
• From the waiting line to the signing, leave all items that could record or call at your seat. (All electronic devices, including cameras, phones, Bluetooth earphones, wired earphones and smart watches)
• You cannot carry electronic devices when you receive your signature, and filming and recording are not allowed. Violations will be checked and deleted by staff.
• Live broadcasting on SNS or other online channels at the venue results in removal.

1:1 video call event

• This event is a 1:1 video call between one ATEEZ member and one winner. Have a phone capable of video calls ready before the start.
• Prepare your phone in advance and wait for your turn. Receive the video call made to your phone and talk with the artist.
• You will talk with one winning member, and the call ends when the set time is over.
• This is an online event held by video call (KakaoTalk or WeChat). Winners must prepare a phone capable of video calls in advance and check their own network environment.
• The video call only works with the phone contact or messenger ID you entered when applying.
• One DIGIPACK VER. album among the albums the winner bought is signed and shipped.
• If you do not answer a call two or more times, the event cannot proceed. Check the event schedule and apply only if you can participate.
• Only the winner in person may participate. If anyone other than the winner joins, the video call may be forcibly ended.
• Requests and demands about the album during the video call are not allowed. (e.g., "Draw a picture", "Write a P.S.")
• Unreasonable requests and private questions to the artist are not allowed. If the content of the call is judged inappropriate, the event is stopped and future participation may be restricted.

Personal information collection and use

• Collected personal information is used as follows and not used for other purposes.
  1. Items collected: name, birth date, contact, address, messenger ID
  2. Purpose: winner draw and identity verification, delivery of winner prizes
  3. Recipients: Apple Music Co., Ltd., KQ Entertainment
  4. Retention period: until the purpose is achieved or per the site terms of use
