• Part 1: In-person fan sign (50 people) - Nov 13, 2026 (Fri) 20:00 KST. Venue: announced individually to winners only.
• Part 2: 1:1 video call event (10 people per member, 100 in total) - Nov 13, 2026 (Fri), after Part 1 ends.

How to participate

• Entry period: Oct 23, 2026 (Fri) 15:00 ~ Oct 28, 2026 (Wed) 23:59 KST (orders count once payment is confirmed)
• How to enter: Winners are drawn from everyone who buys 'xikers - 8TH MINI ALBUM [ROUTE ZERO : The CALLING] (TRICKY ver. / HIKER ver.)' at Apple Music Online Mall.
  • You can enter the in-person fan sign and the 1:1 video call event at the same time, and win both.
  • For the 1:1 video call event, you can enter and win more than once per member.

Notes on entering

• Purchases from retailers other than Apple Music Online Mall are not eligible for this event.
• Albums bought to enter cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• This product includes an entry right, and entry is made at the same time as purchase. Albums cannot be exchanged or refunded after the entry period ends, so buy carefully.
• Multiple entries are possible. If the applicant information entered at purchase is identical, purchase quantities are combined automatically.
• The in-person fan sign and 1:1 video call event held at the same time allow duplicate entries and duplicate wins.
• Only 'xikers - 8TH MINI ALBUM [ROUTE ZERO : The CALLING] (TRICKY ver. / HIKER ver.)' is eligible. You can't choose the version; it ships at random.
• The applicant perk, winner perk and purchased albums will be shipped in sequence after the event ends.
• If you make inappropriate remarks to the artist, such as unreasonable demands, excessive questions, profanity or slander, staff may stop you.
• Read the notes above carefully for smooth event operation. If staff judge that something other than the listed items hinders the event, they may stop you. Failure to follow staff guidance may result in sanctions and removal.
• The event may be partly or fully changed or canceled depending on the organizer's circumstances, without prior notice.

Event guide

In-person fan sign

• An identity verification procedure is held before entry. Have your ID ready.
  • Only a physical ID with a photo is accepted. Photos, scans, copies and resident registration receipts are not accepted.
  • Korean minors: student ID of an elementary/middle/high school showing the birth date, passport, or a government-issued qualification certificate
  • Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  • Foreigners: passport or alien registration card only
  • All IDs must be within their validity period.
  • Except for Korean minors, all winners cannot use a student ID (including university) for verification.
• Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start. If you arrive after the start time, participation may be restricted. Joining mid-event or changing your participation time is difficult due to the situation on site.
• To maintain order in the venue, entry is limited from 30 minutes after the start time and exit is limited from 30 minutes before the end time. Use the restroom before the fan sign.
• Take part in the fan sign with your assigned number for smooth operation.
• Winners can only get a signature on the album handed out at the venue (1 of the albums they purchased). Photocards, posters, phone cases and other album contents and personal items cannot be signed.
• If you bring such items, staff will take them and they cannot be returned.
• Mark the page you want signed for each member in advance.
• Filming and recording are possible at your own seat during the event, but not while receiving your signature. Leave phones, cameras and smart watches at your seat when you go to be signed. (Recording or filming results in removal.)
• You cannot leave your seat, move to another seat, or move around during the fan sign.
• Gifts and support items cannot be handed over. For fan sign items (headbands, light sticks, etc.), up to 1 set (up to 3 items of the same concept) can be handed to one member, regardless of member, per participant.
  • Hand them over through staff in your signing order.
  • Fan sign items are checked by staff before signing. Inappropriate items, or amounts that could interrupt the fan sign, may not be handed over.
  • Fan sign items can only be handed over on stage while you receive your signature, after staff confirm them in your own waiting line.
  • Throwing items at the artist or similar behavior is not allowed.
  • All items will be returned after the fan sign ends. The organizer is not responsible for items that were not collected at the set time.
  • Lost items caused by your own carelessness cannot be stored, and may be discarded on the day depending on the situation.
• For letters, hand them to on-site staff before the fan sign starts.
  • If you hand a letter directly to a member, staff may collect it on site.
  • Use scripts only to check with yourself during the event. If you hand a script directly to a member, staff may collect it depending on the situation.
• You get 1 name (TO.) and 1 Post-it question per member, so write the Post-it in advance.
  • Korean or English only. Formulas and P.S. are not allowed.
  • Only selection-type questions (A vs. B / YES or NO) or multiple-choice questions with 5 or fewer options, and only questions about the member. (Short-answer and essay questions, requests for letters, or questions that steer a specific answer are not allowed.)
  • Staff check Post-it questions on site before the signing. Questions with unreasonable requests or inappropriate content, such as the artist's private life, may be asked to be edited or excluded.
• Using flash, AF assist light and strobe light when taking photos is prohibited.
• Selfie sticks and tripods can only be set up at your own seat. If they bother other participants beyond the height of the seat back, you may be asked to stop using them.
• Live broadcasting on SNS during the fan sign is not allowed. Violations result in removal, regardless of whether you received a signature.
• Drawing directly on the artist's skin or attaching stickers is not allowed.
  • Items that touch the skin, such as ballpoint pens and stickers, cannot be carried during signing.
• Drinking alcohol is prohibited before entry and during the event. If you enter after drinking, entry may be restricted, and you may be forcibly removed if you drink during the event.
• Drinks and food other than water in the venue (lobby, seats, etc.) are not allowed.
• If you do anything not listed above that staff judge hinders smooth operation on the day, you may be forcibly removed and sanctioned, regardless of whether you received a signature.

1:1 video call event

• This event is a 1:1 video call between the winner and the artist. Have a phone capable of video calls ready before the start.
• Prepare your phone in advance and wait for your turn. Receive the video call made to your phone and talk with the artist.
• You will talk with one winning member, and the call ends after the set time.
• This is an online event held by video call (KakaoTalk or WeChat). Winners must prepare a phone capable of video calls in advance and check their own network environment.
• The video call only works with the phone contact or messenger ID you entered when applying.
• Winners will have one signature given on one of the albums they purchased. (The version is random, regardless of the version you bought.)
• "TO." in the signed album will be written only in the name (Korean or English) you provided when entering the event.
• If your network connection or device settings have problems, the event may be hard to run. If the connection fails or drops because of network problems, the call cannot be resumed. Check your network environment, screen and audio settings in advance.
• If you do not answer when the winner is called 2 or more times, staff will call one more time at the end. If the call still cannot be connected, the video call cannot proceed and only the signed album is shipped separately after the event ends.
• Only the winner in person may participate. If you are connected with someone other than the winner, or if 2 or more people including you join the video call, the call will be forcibly ended.
• If you reject or end the call on your own during your turn, it is treated as not participating and the call cannot proceed.

Personal information collection and use

• Collected personal information is used as follows and not used for other purposes.
  1. Items collected: name, birth date, contact, address, messenger ID
  2. Purpose: winner draw and identity verification, delivery of winner prizes
  3. Recipients: Apple Music Co., Ltd., KQ ENTERTAINMENT
  4. Retention period: until the purpose is achieved or per the site terms of use
