Event schedule

• Part 1: In-person fan sign - 30 people. Nov 5, 2026 (Thu) 19:00 KST. Venue: announced individually to winners only.
• Part 2: Group video call event - 10 people. Nov 5, 2026 (Thu), right after Part 1 ends.
• Part 3: 1:1 video call event - 5 people per member, 20 in total. Nov 5, 2026 (Thu), right after Part 2 ends.

How to participate

• Entry period: Oct 23, 2026 (Fri) 16:00 ~ Oct 25, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 KST (orders count once payment is confirmed)
• How to enter: Winners are drawn from everyone who buys 'ARTMS <Hyper-Ego>' (Aura Ver. / Trauma Ver.) at Apple Music Online Mall.
  • You can enter the in-person event, the group video call and the 1:1 video call at the same time, and win more than one.
  • For the 1:1 video call event, you can enter and win more than once per member.

Notes on entering and event procedure

• Purchases from retailers other than Apple Music Online Mall are not eligible for this event.
• This product includes an entry right, and entry is made at the same time as purchase. Albums cannot be exchanged or refunded after the entry period ends, so buy carefully.
• Multiple entries are possible. If the applicant information entered at purchase is identical, purchase quantities are combined automatically.
• Only 'ARTMS <Hyper-Ego>' (Aura Ver. / Trauma Ver.) is eligible. Objekt Music Album Ver. is not eligible. You can't choose the version; it ships at random.
• The applicant perk, winner perk and purchased albums will be shipped in sequence after the event ends.
• An identity verification procedure will be held for winners on the day of the event. Winners must bring a physical ID in their own name with photo and birth date. These ID standards apply to winner verification. Check them carefully.
  1. Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  2. Korean minors: youth ID, student ID, passport
  3. Foreigners (non-Korean nationals): alien registration card, passport
  • The IDs above are the only ones accepted. Expired passports and student IDs without a birth date are not valid.
  • Except for Korean minors, all winners cannot use a student ID (including university) for verification.
  • Only physical IDs are accepted. Photos, copies and mobile (app) IDs are not accepted.
• Only the winner in person may participate in this event. Transferring, selling, or using another person's name or ID is prohibited. If this occurs, restrictions on participation in all fan sign and fan club events during the period may apply.
• If you make inappropriate remarks to the artist, such as unreasonable demands, excessive questions, profanity or slander, staff may stop you on site.
• Read the notes above carefully for smooth event operation. If staff judge that something other than the listed items hinders the event, they may stop you. Failure to follow staff guidance may result in sanctions and removal.
• Some members may be unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances or schedules, and notice of absence may be announced just before the event.
• Notice details may be partly or fully changed or canceled depending on the organizer's circumstances, without prior notice.

Notes for winners

In-person fan sign

• Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start. If you arrive after the start time, participation may be restricted. Joining mid-event or changing your participation time is difficult due to the situation on site.
• To maintain order in the venue, entry is limited from 30 minutes after the start time and exit is limited from 30 minutes before the end time. Use the restroom before the fan sign.
• This event runs in seat number order. If you do not take part in your turn, or do not follow on-site staff guidance, you may not get a signature.
• From the waiting line, you cannot carry a phone, camera, recording device, etc. Filming and audio recording are strictly prohibited while waiting and during signing. Violations result in data deletion and removal.
• Filming, photography and tripod setup are allowed only at your own seat. Setting up a camera (tripod) anywhere other than your seat, placing personal belongings, or moving away from your seat during the fan sign is not allowed.
• Winners will be given one of the albums they purchased at the venue for signing. Only the photobook and inside pages of that album can be signed. Photocards and other album contents cannot be signed.
• Post-it questions are limited to one objective-style question per member (no short-answer, essay or drawing questions).
• Letters and fan sign props can be handed over, but gifts cannot.
• Items that require full-body clothing (hoodies, mantles, pants, skirts, etc.) may not be allowed without prior notice.
• Costumes (cosplay, etc.) that make you hard to identify may not be allowed, at staff discretion.
• After the event ends, lost or left-behind items cannot be stored and may be discarded on the day depending on the situation.
• Live broadcasting on SNS at the venue results in removal.
• If you make inappropriate remarks to the artist, such as unreasonable demands, excessive questions, profanity or slander, staff may stop you on site.
• Read the notes above carefully for smooth event operation. If staff judge that something other than the listed items hinders the event, they may stop you. Failure to follow staff guidance may result in sanctions and removal.
• If the in-person event cannot be held, it may be replaced with a video call event.
• The event may be partly or fully changed or canceled depending on the organizer's circumstances.

Group video call event

• This event is a video call between the winners and the artist. Have a phone capable of video calls ready before the start.
• When the set time is over, the call moves to the next member. The call ends automatically when the last member's time is over.
• Prepare your phone in advance and wait for your turn. Receive the video call made to your phone and talk with the artist.
• This is an online event held by video call (KakaoTalk or WeChat). Winners must prepare a phone capable of video calls in advance and check their own network environment.
• The video call only works with the phone contact or messenger ID you entered when applying.
• Winners will have one signature given on one of the albums they purchased. (The version is random, regardless of the version you bought.)
• "TO." will be written only in the name (Korean or English) you provided when entering the event.
• If you do not answer a call two or more times, the event cannot proceed. Check the event schedule and apply only if you can participate.
• Only the winner in person may participate. If two or more people, including the winner, join the video call, staff may forcibly end the call.
• If you make inappropriate remarks to the artist during the video call, such as unreasonable demands, excessive questions, profanity or slander, staff may forcibly end the call and future event participation may be restricted.
• Read the notes above carefully for smooth event operation. If staff judge that something other than the listed items hinders the event, they may stop you.
• The event may be partly or fully changed or canceled depending on the organizer's circumstances, without prior notice.

1:1 video call event

• This event is a 1:1 video call between the winner and the artist. Have a phone capable of video calls ready before the start.
• Prepare your phone in advance and wait for your turn. Receive the video call made to your phone and talk with the artist.
• You will talk with one winning member, and the call ends after the set time.
• This is an online event held by video call (KakaoTalk or WeChat). Winners must prepare a phone capable of video calls in advance and check their own network environment.

Personal information collection and use

• Collected personal information is used as follows and not used for other purposes.
  1. Items collected: orderer information, recipient information, applicant name, birth date, contact, messenger ID, COSMO sign-up email address
  2. Purpose: winner draw and identity verification, delivery of winner prizes
  3. Recipients: Apple Music Co., Ltd., Modhaus Co., Ltd.
  4. Retention period: until the purpose is achieved or per the site terms of use
