Notes for winners

Video call event

• This is an event in which the artist and winners hold 1:1 video calls in turn. Prepare a phone capable of video calls before the start.
• Winners prepare their phone in advance, wait for their turn, and take the video call made to their phone.
• End the call when the video call with the artist ends.
• The event time is limited to 1 minute 30 seconds per member for each winner. After about 1 minute 30 seconds, the screen moves to the next member automatically.
• A signed album is shipped to all winners of this event, with one of the albums you purchased signed.
• This is an online event by video call (KakaoTalk, Facebook or WeChat). Winners must prepare a phone capable of video calls in advance and check their own network environment.
• Video calls are only possible with the phone contact or messenger ID (KakaoTalk, Facebook or WeChat) you provided.
• If you do not answer a call two or more times, the event cannot proceed, so check the event schedule and apply only if you can participate.
• Only the winner in person can participate. If someone other than the winner joins, or two or more people including the winner join, the call may be forcibly ended by the staff.
• 'To.' in the signed album can be written only in the name (Korean or English) you wrote when applying.
• Signing is done on the page designated for each member in the album.
• So that you can focus on talking with the member for the set time, post-it questions or separate P.S. requests are not done during the event.
• If there is inappropriate content toward the artist during the video call, such as unreasonable requests, profanity, or disparaging language, the call is stopped by the staff and later participation may be restricted.

In-person fansign

• Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start. If you arrive after the start time, participation may be restricted. Joining mid-event or changing your participation time is difficult due to the situation on site.
• To maintain order in the venue, entry is limited 30 minutes after the start time and exit is limited from 30 minutes before the end time. Use the restroom before the fansign.
• You cannot get signatures anywhere other than the album you purchased.
• One of the albums purchased is given to winners at the fansign venue, and it is distributed randomly separately from the album you purchased.
• Signing is possible only on the booklet inside the AxMxP 2nd Mini Album [HELLO AxMxP] (HELLO Ver.) album. If you get a signature anywhere else, the item will be collected and discarded.
• Write the winner's name (Korean or English) on the post-it handed out at the venue and attach it to the album, and mark the page you want signed for each member in advance.
• Write 'To.' in your real name (Korean or English).
• Separate P.S. requests are not allowed.
• For post-it questions, each member can take only 1 objective-style (closed) question, not subjective questions. Avoid excessive wording or questions that could make anyone uncomfortable.
• Direct physical contact with the artist is not allowed, and requests that may delay the fansign are discouraged.
• Join the fansign in the order of your designated number.
• Filming and photography, tripod setup, etc. are allowed only at your own seat. Setting up a camera (tripod) elsewhere, placing personal belongings, or moving away from your fansign seat is not allowed. This may result in staff taking measures such as sanctions and removal.
• No gifts are accepted from fans at the venue. Only fan letters and message books are accepted, and any other gift will be returned when the fansign ends.
• Letters cannot be handed directly to the artist, only to the on-site staff.
• This event runs in seat number order. If you do not take part in your own order or do not follow staff guidance, you may not be able to receive a signature.
• Props can be handed to the artist through staff. Props can be used only on your own turn, and must be collected right after your turn ends. Props that were not prepared as guided may not be usable.
