This is the last video call event and in-person fansign of this promotion.

Event schedule

• Part 1: Video call event - 20 people. Nov 8, 2026 (Sun) 14:00 KST
• Part 2: In-person fansign - 30 people. Nov 8, 2026 (Sun), after Part 1 ends. Venue and time: sent individually to winners only.

How to participate

• Entry period: Oct 26, 2026 (Mon) 12:00 ~ Oct 28, 2026 (Wed) 23:59 KST (orders count once payment is confirmed)
• How to enter: Winners are drawn from everyone who buys 'AtHeart Single [3!4!] (Photobook Ver.)' at Apple Music Online Mall.
  • You can enter both the video call event and the in-person fansign, and win both.

Notes on entering

• Purchases from retailers other than Apple Music Online Mall are not eligible for this event.
• Albums bought for entry cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• This product includes an entry right, and entry is made at the same time as purchase. Albums cannot be exchanged or refunded after the entry period ends, so buy carefully.
• Multiple entries are possible. If the applicant information entered at purchase is identical, purchase quantities are combined automatically.
• The in-person fansign and video call event held at the same time allow multiple entries and multiple wins.
• Only 'AtHeart Single [3!4!] (Photobook Ver.)' is eligible.
• Applicant perks and purchased albums will be shipped in sequence after the event ends.
• An identity verification procedure will be held for winners on the day of the event. Winners must bring a physical ID in their own name with photo and birth date. These ID standards apply to winner verification. Check them carefully.
  1. Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  2. Korean minors: youth ID, student ID, passport
  3. Foreigners (non-Korean nationality): alien registration card, passport
  • Other IDs are not accepted, and student IDs without a birth date or expired passports cannot be used for verification.
  • Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for verification.
  • Only physical IDs are accepted. Photos, copies and mobile (app) IDs are not accepted.
• Only the winner in person can participate. Transferring, selling, or using another person's name or ID is prohibited. If this occurs, restrictions on participation in all fansigns and fan club events during the period may apply.
• 'TO.' in the signed album is written only in the name (Korean or English) you provided when entering. (No decorations or P.S.)
• Unreasonable demands, excessive questions, profanity, or disparaging language toward the artist may be stopped by the staff.
• Follow the notes above for smooth running. If staff judge that something hinders the event even if not listed, they may stop you. Failure to follow staff guidance may result in sanctions and removal.
• This event may be partly or fully changed or canceled without prior notice, depending on the organizer's circumstances.

Notes for winners

Video call event

• This is a 1:1 video call between one AtHeart member and one winner. Prepare a phone capable of video calls before the start.
• Winners prepare their phone in advance, wait for their turn, and take the video call made to their phone.
• When the set time ends, the call moves on to the next member, and the call ends automatically after the last member's time.
• This is an online event by video call (KakaoTalk or WeChat). Winners must prepare a phone capable of video calls in advance and check their own network environment.
• Video calls are only possible with the phone contact or messenger ID entered when you applied.
• One of the albums you purchased will be signed and shipped to winners of this event.
• If you do not answer a call two or more times, the event cannot proceed, so check the event schedule and apply only if you can participate.
• Only the winner in person can participate. If someone other than the winner joins, or anyone besides the winner joins together, the video call may be forcibly ended.
• No unreasonable requests or private questions to the artist during the call.
• If the content of the call is judged inappropriate, the event is stopped and later participation may be restricted.

In-person fansign

• Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start. If you arrive after the start time, participation may be restricted. Joining mid-event or changing your participation time is difficult due to the situation on site.
• To maintain order in the venue, entry is limited 30 minutes after the start time and exit is limited from 30 minutes before the end time. Use the restroom before the fansign.
• You cannot move to any seat other than your designated seat, and you cannot set up a tripod anywhere but your own seat. Ignoring staff guidance, moving seats, or setting up a tripod elsewhere may result in removal.
• This event runs in number-ticket order. You are responsible for any problems that happen when you are not in your number order, so follow staff guidance.
• Winners will be given one of the albums they purchased at the fansign, and signing is possible only inside that album's photobook.
• Other album contents and personal belongings (photocards, posters, phone cases, etc.) cannot be signed. If found, they will be collected by staff and cannot be returned.
• Mark the page where you want the signature with a post-it in advance, and prepare the page for each member.
• If an inappropriate question is found, such as an unreasonable request to the artist or a question about the artist's private life, it may be removed or asked to be revised. For profanity, insults, or other inappropriate or rude language, the win may be canceled and you may be removed by force, with disadvantages at later events.
• Fansign props will be checked by on-site staff before signing, and bringing them in may be refused.
• Food and raw flowers cannot be brought in, and carrying them may restrict entry. Drinks in a container with a lid are allowed.
• Depending on the venue, some props (bubble machines, confetti, streamers, flower petals, etc.) may not be allowed.
• Props cannot be stored after the event ends. Items lost through your own negligence may be discarded on the day depending on the situation, and we are not responsible for items not collected at the designated time.
• From the waiting line, you cannot carry a phone, camera, recording device, etc. Filming and audio recording are strictly prohibited while waiting and during signing.
• If you bring a device that can film or record, such as a phone, Bluetooth earphones, or a smart watch, and are found with it, staff will check it, delete the footage and recordings, and remove you.
• Live broadcasting on SNS (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, SOOP, etc.) at the fansign venue is prohibited.
• If you cannot attend because of traffic or parking on the day, the organizer is not responsible.
• Making or using cheering tools and prohibited items not allowed in this event, or filming without prior agreement, results in deletion of the footage and removal.

Personal information collection and use

• Collected personal information is used as follows and not used for other purposes.
  1. Items collected: name, birth date, contact, address, messenger ID
  2. Purpose: winner draw and identity verification, delivery of winner prizes
  3. Recipients: Apple Music Co., Ltd., Titan Contents Co., Ltd.
  4. Retention period: until the purpose is achieved or per the site terms of use
