How to enter

• How to enter: Winners are drawn from everyone who buys 'IDID - THE 1st EP [I did it] ('Yesterday' ver. & 'After Sunset' ver.)' at Apple Music Online Mall.
  • You can enter both the in-person fan sign and the video call event, and win both.

Notes on entering

• Purchases from retailers other than Apple Music Online Mall are not eligible for this event.
• Albums bought for entry cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• This product includes an entry right, and entry is made at the same time as purchase. Albums cannot be exchanged or refunded after the entry period ends, so buy carefully.
• You can enter more than once. If the applicant information you enter at purchase is identical, purchase quantities are combined automatically.
• The in-person fan sign and video call event run at the same time, and you can enter both and win both.
• You can enter with 'IDID - THE 1st EP [I did it] ('Yesterday' ver. & 'After Sunset' ver.)' only. You cannot choose the version, and the version is shipped at random.
• Applicant perks, winner perks and purchased albums will be shipped in order after the event ends.
• To take part on the day, winners go through identity verification. Bring a physical ID in your own name that shows a photo and date of birth.
  • The ID standards for winner verification are below. Check them carefully.
  1. Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  2. Korean minors: teen ID, student ID, passport
  3. Foreigners (non-Korean nationals): alien registration card, passport
  • IDs other than those above, expired passports, and student IDs without a date of birth cannot be used for verification.
  • Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for verification.
  • Only physical IDs can be verified. Photos, copies and mobile (phone) IDs are not accepted.
• Only the winner in person can take part. Transferring, selling or using another person's name or ID is prohibited. If this happens, your participation in fan sign and fan club events may be restricted for the whole period.
• [TO.] in the signed album can only be written in the legal name (Korean or English) you gave when entering.
• If you make unreasonable demands of the artist, or use excessive abusive or demeaning language or behavior, on-site staff may stop you.
• For smooth running, follow the notes above. If staff judge that anything, including things not listed, hinders the event, they may stop you. If you do not follow staff guidance, you may be sanctioned and removed.
• This event may be partly or fully changed or canceled without prior notice because of the organizer's circumstances.

Notes for winners

In-person fan sign

• Arrive at the venue by 30 minutes before the start. If you arrive after the start time, you may not be able to take part. Entering midway or changing your participation time may be difficult because of the situation on site.
• To keep order in the hall, entry is limited for 30 minutes after the start and exit is limited from 30 minutes before the end. Use the restroom before the fan sign.
• For smooth running, attend the fan sign according to your designated seat number.
• Filming video and photos, and setting up a tripod, are only allowed at your own seat. Setting up a camera (tripod) anywhere other than your seat, putting personal belongings down, or changing seats during the fan sign is not allowed.
• Each winner gets 1 of the albums they bought, handed out at the venue, for signing. You can only get signatures on that album. Other album contents and personal belongings (photocards, posters, phone cases, etc.) cannot be signed. If you try, staff collect them and they are not returned.
• You can get only one signature per member in the album, and extra signatures are not allowed.
• [To.] in the signed album is done in the legal name (Korean or English) you gave when entering.
• Before the start, prepare the post-it with the name you want signed and the page for each member's signature. Only [To.] and a [question post-it] can be attached inside the album pages. Nothing else is allowed.
• Only 1 question post-it per member is allowed. (7 questions in total.)
  • Questions must be multiple choice, O.X, vs., or short-answer subjective style, and the options can be up to 7 at most.
• Private questions between you and a member, private questions about members, and questions about rumors or false information are not allowed.
• Before the signature, staff check post-it questions on site. If a question is off the guidelines, staff may ask you to remove or revise it.
• When you leave after getting your signature, leave every device that can film or record at your seat. (Includes all electronics such as cameras, phones, Bluetooth earphones, wired earphones and smartwatches.)
• Filming and recording are not allowed while getting a signature, and you cannot bring electronic devices. If you do, staff check and delete it, so be careful.
• Do not make unreasonable requests of a member or ask for anything extra. (e.g., asking them to draw something, write a PS, or do something to a member's body.)
• If you keep up excessive behavior, physical contact or inappropriate language toward the members, staff may sanction you and remove you from the venue. (e.g., attaching a sticker directly, tickling.)
• If you change your number, do not follow staff guidance, do not follow your own order or line up, or do not follow staff instructions, we treat it as giving up your signature, and you will get your signature at the end. We are not responsible for any disadvantage caused by missing this notice, so follow staff instructions without fail.
• If you take photos, turn the flash off. If the flash goes off, on-site staff may stop you.
• Do not move around during the fan sign or set up a tripod anywhere other than your own seat.
• Live streaming the fan sign on SNS or other online channels will get you removed.
• Only letters or messages can be handed over at the fan sign. Gifts cannot be handed over.
• Anything other than a letter is removed before handing over.
• For items a member has to wear directly, such as letters, headbands and hats, hand them to on-site staff and they can help hand them to the member.
• All items are returned after the fan sign ends. Items that are not collected may be discarded, so note this. (We are not responsible for lost items.)
• Staff will check your items while you wait, and inappropriate items may be collected. They will be handed over after the fan sign ends.
• Some members may be absent for unavoidable reasons or schedules, and notice of absence may be given just before the event.
• This event may be changed or canceled on the day without prior notice depending on the organizer's circumstances.
• This notice may be edited further. Check it so that you are not disadvantaged by missing it.

Video call event

• This event is a 1:1 video call between 1 IDID member and 1 winner. Have a phone that can make video calls ready before the start.
• Winners prepare their phone in advance, wait for their turn, receive the video call that comes to their phone, and talk with the artist.
• When the set time is up, the call moves on to the next member, and when the last member's time ends, the call ends automatically.
• This is an online event held by video call (KakaoTalk or WeChat). Winners must have a phone that can make video calls ready in advance and check their own network environment.
• The video call can only go through the phone contact or messenger ID you entered when applying.
• If you miss the call twice or more, the event cannot go ahead, so only enter if you can attend on the event schedule.
• Only the winner in person can take part. If someone other than the winner is on the call, or someone joins the winner, staff may end the video call. If this happens repeatedly, you may not be able to join later IDID video call fan signs, so please cooperate.
• Every winner of this event gets a signed album. (The album is signed on 1 of the albums you bought and shipped. The version is random regardless of the version you bought.)
• [To.] in the signed album can only be written in the legal name (Korean or English) you gave when entering.
• During the video call, requests about the album signature are not allowed. (e.g., please draw something, please write a P.S.)
• During the video call, if there is anything inappropriate toward the artist, such as unreasonable demands, abusive or demeaning language, staff will end the call and your future event participation may be restricted.
• For smooth running, if staff judge that anything other than the notice hinders the event, they may stop you.
• Some members may be absent for unavoidable reasons or schedules, and notice of absence may be given just before the event.
• This event may be changed or canceled on the day without prior notice depending on the organizer's circumstances.
• This notice may be edited further. Check it so that you are not disadvantaged by missing it.

Collection and use of personal information

• Collected personal information is used as follows and not used for other purposes.
  1. Items collected: name, date of birth, contact, address, messenger ID
  2. Purpose: winner draw and identity verification, shipping of winner prizes
  3. Recipients: Apple Music Co., Ltd., Starship Entertainment
  4. Retention period: until the purpose is achieved, or per the site terms of use
