Notes for Entering and Event Procedure

• Purchases from retailers other than Apple Music Online Mall are not eligible for this event.
• Albums purchased to enter cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• This product includes an entry right, and entry is made at the same time as purchase. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after the entry period ends, so purchase carefully.
• Multiple entries are possible. If all applicant information entered at purchase is identical, purchase quantities are combined automatically.
• You can enter both the video call event and the in-person fansign, which run at the same time, and win both.
• Only 'Xdinary Heroes 9th Mini Album <IMPULSE> PHOTOBOOK Ver. (BACKSTAGE Ver. / Band of Outsiders Ver.)' is eligible. (Version selection is not possible and the version is shipped randomly; please note this.)
• Albums purchased for this event will be shipped in order after the event ends. (Including winners.)
• An identity verification procedure will be held for winners on the day of the event. Winners must bring a physical ID in their own name showing a photo and birth date. The ID standards below apply to winner verification, so check them carefully.
  1. Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  2. Korean minors: youth ID card, student ID, passport
  3. Foreigners (non-Korean nationality): alien registration card, passport
  • IDs other than the above are not accepted, and expired passports or student IDs that do not show a birth date cannot be used for verification.
  • Except for Korean minors, all winners cannot use a student ID (including university) for verification.
  • Only physical IDs can be verified; photos, photocopies, and mobile (app) IDs are not accepted.
• Only the winner may take part, in person. Transferring, selling, or using another person's name or ID is prohibited. If this occurs, restrictions on participation in all fansign and fan club events may apply for the relevant period.
• Inappropriate remarks such as unreasonable demands, excessive questions, profanity, or slander toward the artist may be stopped by staff.
• The 'TO.' on the signed album can only be written as the name (Korean or English) you provided when entering the event.
• Please observe the above notes for smooth operation; if staff judge that something hinders the event even if not listed, they may stop you. Failure to follow on-site staff guidance may result in sanctions and removal.
• This event may be partly or fully changed or canceled depending on the organizer's circumstances, without prior notice.

Notes for Winners

Video Call Event

• This event is a 1:1 video call between an Xdinary Heroes member and one winner. Be sure to prepare a phone capable of video calls in advance.
• Winners should prepare their phone in advance, wait for their turn, and receive the video call made to their phone and speak with the artist.
• When the set time passes, the call moves on to the next member, and when the last member's time ends, the call ends automatically.
• The video call event is run for all winners at the same time.
• This is an online event held by video call (KakaoTalk or WeChat); winners must prepare a phone capable of video calls in advance and check their own network environment.
• The video call can only proceed with the phone contact or messenger ID provided when entering the event.
• If you do not answer a call two or more times, the event cannot proceed, so please check the event schedule and apply only if you can participate.
• Only the winner in person may participate; if someone other than the winner participates, or another person joins with the winner, the video call may be forcibly ended.
• Unreasonable requests and personal questions to the artist are not allowed. If call content is judged inappropriate, the event will be stopped and future participation may be restricted.
• For winners, 1 album from the quantity you purchased will be signed and then shipped. (The version is random regardless of the version you purchased; please understand.)
• Requests for PS (extra requests) other than the signature are not allowed.

In-person Fansign

• Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the start; if you arrive after the start time, participation may be restricted. Mid-event entry or changes in participation time may be difficult due to the situation on site, so please note this.
• To maintain order in the signing venue, entry is limited 30 minutes after the start time and exit is limited from 30 minutes before the end time. Anyone who needs to use the restroom should do so before the fansign.
• For a smooth event, please attend the fansign at the seat number designated to you.
• Filming and photography, tripod setup, etc. are possible only at your own seat. Setting up cameras (tripods) anywhere other than your seat, placing personal belongings, or moving away from the fansign seat is not allowed.
• Winners of this event will be handed 1 of the albums they purchased at the fansign venue, and signing is only possible on the photobook inside that album. Other album components and personal items (photocards, posters, phone cases, etc.) cannot be signed.
• Please write the name you want on a post-it in advance, attach it to the album, and mark the page you want signed beforehand.
• PS requests other than signing are not allowed; only question post-its are accepted.
• Please refrain from drawing directly on skin or asking the members to do so.
• Gifts can only be handed over as letters. All gifts other than letters will be returned after the fansign ends, and items that are not collected may be discarded.
• Letters will be collected in advance via a box for each member before the fansign starts.
• For items members must wear themselves, such as headbands and hats, they will be collected in advance via a box for each member before the fansign starts, and collected back after the event ends. (Items judged to have inappropriate designs or that may cause misunderstanding will be difficult to hand over.)
• Use of items such as party poppers, confetti, and firecrackers may be restricted depending on the venue. Electronic devices with filming or recording functions, such as toy cameras, cannot be handed over or used.
• Lost items or belongings left behind after the fansign cannot be stored and may be discarded on the day depending on the situation.
• For the artist's safety, items carried onto the stage where the artist is located will be checked in advance by on-site staff, and if an item contains elements that may endanger the artist or has a design that cannot be identified, it cannot be brought onto the stage; please confirm this before attending.
• This event runs in seat number order. If you do not take part in your order or do not follow on-site staff guidance, you may not be able to receive a signature.
• Phones, cameras, recording devices, etc. cannot be carried from the waiting line, and filming and audio recording are strictly prohibited while waiting and during signing. Violations result in data deletion and removal.
• Live broadcasting on SNS at the fansign venue will result in removal.
• Unreasonable demands, profanity, or slander toward the artist may be stopped by on-site staff.
• If an in-person event cannot be held, it may be replaced with a video call event.

Personal Information Collection and Use

• Collected personal information is used as follows and not used for other purposes.
  1. Items collected: name, birth date, contact, address, messenger ID
  2. Purpose: winner draw, identity verification, delivery of winner prizes
  3. Recipients: Apple Music Co., Ltd. (limited liability company), JYP Entertainment, Dreamus Company
  4. Retention period: until the purpose is achieved or per the site terms of use
